I have been a member of anytime fitness for 5 years and counting, with that said, this gym has been my favorite to go to (been going for 2 years now). It’s really spacious, the rooms on the back are my personal favorite, & it’s not overcrowded. The machines are always working and if one of them breaks they fix it promptly. The people is really respectful & the bathrooms are always clean. Staff is also friendly.

On my FitQuest70 journey from Sacramento to Texas, I stopped at gym #85, the Katy Freeway location in Katy, Texas, this evening. This is a large gym, with cardio equipment spread across the main floor and upstairs, plus a separate studio area as well as a functional training space where I spent a lot of time stretching today. The gym has several unique pieces of equipment that I’ve not seen before. The weight machines were all in good condition, except for one with a bit of tape. The free weight section is a decent size, with plenty of options. They’ve got shirts, supplements, and bathing suits for sale with a QR code payment system. The showers were spotless and provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. I found the scale in the changing room, and checked it for accuracy - it was off just a bit but it doesn’t take away from the overall 5/5 star rating, this is a great gym.

I travel full time for work and I’ve been to a lot of different locations. This is by far the coolest and cleanest location I’ve ever been to! The floor plan and dedicated cardio areas are awesome and I way prefer it over the open floor plan they usually have. The equipment is well maintained and they have every machine you could want. The bathrooms are big and there are a lot of accommodations when it comes to towels and drinks. I’m super jealous of Katy locals that get to come here everyday. You can tell the owner for this anytime fitness really cares!

I appreciate the personal attention that I get. Always a nice "Hi good to see you. " They are alway responsive to any concerns that I may have. This is not your huge gym with a huge crowd. I know most of the people I work out with. There training staff is excellent.

Just had an unpleasant experience at this gym. I approach a machine to use and upon arrival I was met by a man who was one of the trainers at the gym and immediately gave me an attitude stating he was using that. His anger was obvious and the look was one of starring down in a demeaning way. I apologized because I didn’t see anyone on it and didn’t know it was being used. He continued to give me an attitude and I responded with “are you good.” I love going to this gym and love the equipment however this event really needs to be addressed because if this man was a trainer for the gym I believe this was poor representation for the quality of the gym overall.

Came here for a quick workout and man, I wish I had more time to workout here. They had a great array of machines. Gym was laid out incredibly well with equipment that you typically don't see at any times. Which is a great thing.

My only need, only one bike and it was recumbent and constantly had folks on it. Get rid of a elliptical machine for just one more bike.

Gym was clean. Organized. Everything I used seemed to be in great condition. Honestly, wish my anytime had a lot of this equipment. Alas, they don't.

If I'm in Katy again, I'll workout here for sure!

I've been going to Anytime Fitness for 6 months now and am glad I decided to join. This place has all of the free weights and equipment you could want and everyone does an excellent job of wiping down the after the workouts. On top of it all, it is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with staff and attendees to match.

I started going here Post-Lockdown as it was the only gym in my area that was ACTUALLY 24 Hours. I came in relatively good shape but thanks to the variety of machines as well a fantastic atmosphere created by the staff and the other members, I am on a fast track to compete in an actual bodybuilding competition!! Id give this gym 6 Stars if I could. Ive also been to other Anytimes in the state, and this one is far and away the biggest and nicest.

I chose this gym on a return road trip from Florida to Austin. A day later I received an email from the the club owner, Sabryna Espinal, notifying me that I left my workout program notebook and that she had it in her office. Sabryna searched the video footage to catch a glimpse of me with the notebook then was able to search the system to see what member logged in at the time of the video and then get my contact email. Am sincerely appreciative of her taking all those steps along with her absolute willingness to mail my notebook to Austin and email pictures of the last 2 pages so that I had my recorded weights !
Many thanks to Sabryna. The gym was also very well organized, had good separation and was very clean. 5 stars across the board and thank you many times over Sabryna!

I've been to 6 different anytime fitness locations in other cities. This is the largest sq ft I've seen. They have the same equipment and some others don't have however I didn't find an ab machine otherwise I'd have rated 5 stars. I use the ab machine so I don't stress my lower back doing sit ups it's important to me. Overall very clean and spacious.

I really like this place. It's a friendly and safe environment- quite literally too, there are plenty of safety features in place.

The equipment has a large variety for all your needs. I personally stick to cardio and the machines are very great. They're modern and in great condition.

I've never seen any cleanliness issues. They have a bathroom and 2 showers which are always in great condition. They also have plenty of towels and paper dispensers with cleaning spray available to allow you to disinfect a device before hand and clean up afterwards.

There is a new Anytime Fitness in Katy, TX off of fry rd. This gym is the biggest Anytime Fitness we have ever been to. There is so much room to workout at this gym. I also liked that they sell pre-workout drinks.

Clean, well-equipped club. I was in town on business and neded a gym to work out at. So, I called and spoke with the owner, Sabrina. She let me work out for $10/day! One of her "big-chain" competitors charged me $17 the first night I was in town. (Way too much!) This WILL BE and WOULD BE my gym of choice if/when the situation arises.
