This is one of the best gyms in Keller. Chad and Tamara are always accommodating and keep the gym in great shape. It’s offers a little for everyone. Classes are great. Equipment is adequate and it’s clean! I love training here!

It's hard to cancel your membership. When you first sign up the employees are nice but when you go to cancel no more kindness. Also, someone else mentioned a treadmill that has an indention. I know exactly which treadmill they are talking about and it is a safety hazard. Also, a couple times the AC breaks down and it gets super hot in the gym that we have to open the doors. Normally, I would let it go but this business nickel and dimes you any way they can. So if a business nickel and dimes people then of course that business better be high performing.

This was once a decent gym, but not anymore. I don't know what happened during the 4 years that i've been gone, but when I moved back to the area and returned to this gym, it was NOT the same. It is filthy. I touched a piece of equipment today and it was totally sticky. The equipment is old, rusty, and in disrepair. In fact, one of the 4 treadmills is an injury waiting to happen. There is an indention that spans the length of the conveyor belt, which, if you step into it, will cause you to lose your footing.
None of the TVs on the treadmills work, except for one (and it only provides 3 channels and no closed caption).

This is a 21st century gym. It’s big, has 2 bench/squat racks, and a smith machine, plenty of iron, and almost every machine I’ve seen in the other gyms. Here is where this one sets itself apart from ALL the gyms I’ve been to, they have 3 large showers, they have their supplements, and drinks set up with square so you can pay while someone isn’t there, and you don’t lose money to the vending machine. Last but not least they have a freaking treatment room!!! I mean, they literally have a room for their trainers to treat members, so mean, this gym is just everything I’ve ever dreamed of in a place to work out. My only regret is I’m here for just a few days and don’t live here.

This is my favorite gym of all. The owners are so caring and willing to help you with your journey in reaching goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. The size is bigger than most but the environment and helpfulness in getting on track is like no other. They know how to help you help yourself. What more can you ask for.

This negative review has to do with the financial/contract side of this business. I had contact with two club locations, in two different cities, and both clubs were clean and staff positive and helpful. The problem was trying to cancel my membership. I thought I had signed up for a month to month membership with the ability to cancel at any time, only to discover that I had a two year contract which would require that I pay off the remaining part of the two years. I had almost one year done, so the payoff amount was almost $500. I asked to get a copy of this contract and the manager indicated that he didn't have one, just an account summary listing start date, payments, and length of contract time, etc..
I don't believe that I signed up for a two year unbreakable contract, and if I did I didn't know it. The irony is that I joined Any Time to avoid a contract-lock in ! I am currently in the process of taking care of this, one way or another.

Steer clear from this location. Called Sunday, did not leave a message. Got a call back just now. Shane, the sales representative. I asked for the cost of membership, he asked "how much are you willing to spend." Not what I asked, he gave me a price range of $30-$40 a month. Didn't mention any initiation fee or key fob fee.

I wish someone would have told me to STEER CLEAR of this gym. We were treated great upon signing up, but trying to cancel our membership has been a horrible headache.

I initially called Anytime Fitness to ask about a large charge on our account which they described as their annual “Enhancement Fee”. I explained this to my husband and he called back to get further information due to how high the charge was. Staff member Shane proceeded to explain the charge to my husband and tell him more “bad news” that they would have to increase our monthly dues. My husband then stated he wanted to cancel the membership. Shane explained their 30 day policy, which is understandable. However, they told us that we MUST pay the new higher membership rate for the next 30 days, knowing that we aren’t in the area and will clearly not be using the membership. I’m highly disappointed that we have been treated like this by the staff. Furthermore, when I told Shane I would be writing a poor review for them he attempted to tell me to write a “fair review” and not to bash the actual facility, just the process of canceling the membership. I believe Shane needs to read up about free speech. I find it highly inappropriate that the staff would try to direct me on how to write my own review for this facility. PLEASE FIND A BETTER GYM FOR YOUR FAMILY.

This is one of, if not, the cleanest and nicest ANYTIME FITNESS' I have seen yet. The owners are there, meeting each guest/ member that comes in the door. They made me feel welcome and comfortable which can be a task at some gyms. The equipment is top of the line, tons of cardio, a functional training room as well as a group fitness studio. All levels of fitness fit in perfectly.
To add a note addressing the disgruntled guest, I bet if you would have let the owner know up front what your situation is, everything would have been fine but you didn't give him a chance. I believe it is that simple... Guest passes are always for local residents, otherwise, most gyms charge no less than $10 for a single day pass, so you saved $50.

I've been looking for a new gym for a while and gotta say Anytime Fitness in Keller is awesome (goodbye LA Fitness ). Rob Lowe gave us a free week and after using it we are hooked. All new equipment , super clean, with great personal trainers ! I would highly recommend this club

I'm sorry to say we had a terrible experience here. We were verbally harassed by the president and managing partner, Robert Lowe, simply because we were college students and he assumed we were mooching off a 7-day free pass before we headed back to school. In reality, we were looking for a suitable gym to call home once we graduated from college after this year. We've had memberships at the Keller Pointe, Anytime Fitness, and Lifetime Fitness, and were excited about trying out a more affordable gym. Once we let Robert know that we would be returning to school soon and wouldn't be able to sign up for this year but are looking for a gym once we return, his demeanor and customer service towards us from then on was inappropriate, contemptible, and easily the worst display of professionalism I have ever experienced. His assumption that we had "no intent to sign up" led him to cancel our membership two days early and act as if it was the system's fault and that the computer "didn't have us registered anymore", surreptitiously trying to force us out of his gym. Upon confrontation, he revealed that he canceled our 7 day membership the day we told him we were students in college. How can you not honor a 7-day free pass when you haven't even officially opened yet and are lacking a customer base? We are well-paying customers and would have recommended this place to family and friends in the Keller area, but after the harassment began on our second day here, I strongly advise you to stay away from this gym. You will not be treated like a customer, but rather just another monthly payment. As Robert said to us today as we left for good, "Who paid half a million dollars for this place? You guys didn't. I need paying customers through this door, not some college students who want a free place to workout before they head back to school." I'm sorry, but you cannot treat your potential customers with a preconceived disposition based on unwarranted assumptions and expect them to become paying customers. I can see no future for this gym or this business with employees harboring this hostile mindset towards its potential customers. For those of you familiar with this gym's location, the gym that was here before this one stole all of its customers' money after offering special sign up deals and then closing down and running out of town soon after with no compensation.
