Jeremy has done a great job at creating a nice environment. Light covers have been cleaned up from all the bugs. We have gotten new items in. It’s clean, friendly and he listens to what you have to say. Most people here are nice and welcoming and kind. I would recommend to anyone looking first an affordable gym, especially if you travel a lot.

If you're serious about working out avoid this gym. Luckily there is another local gym. People walk around talking on their phones, people reserve multiple pieces of equipment even tho the place is small. I did have to sign a form about guidelines, both examples above are on the do not do list, but AF mgmt doesn't care at all. I've provided feedback multiple times to no avail. If you don't care about gym etiquette and don't enforce your guidelines then set those expectations up front. Absolutely NOT worth their membership fees.

Don’t join. Awful gym. Worst I have ever been to in my life. Price gouging and their bi-annual fee is a straight up scam. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, get a home gym, or just get fat and out of shape. All of those are substantially better options rather than going here.

It's one of TWO overall gym optionS in La Vernia (for men, anyways). Has plenty of equipment for cardio, classes, and personal coaching available. I just wish there were more free weight options like incline bench, flat bench, squat, and deadlift space. You can do those but you have to improvise a bit using what they have.

I want to be very careful with this review. This gym is perfect the way it is. The management is active and keeps the establishment neat, tidy, and we'll informed. They keep track of good habits as well as bad and make no qualms about it. I love the people who come here because they are courteous and keep up with their activities. So if you like loud music, not putting your weights away, making a mess or a ruckus then then place is NOT for you, but if you genuinely care for your community then I encourage you to get a membership.

Very Positive atmosphere here!! I’ve worked out at many other Gyms and by far this one is my favorite. The Manger is very professional , as well as helpful with any concerns and is always willing to go out of her way to help you! Also the Gym is always very Clean and well kept up with and that’s a big thing for me with so many other people around!! Thank you!!

Weight training made easy, ie. almost everything here is machine/resistance training equipment. But there are a few places where you can still use dumbbells, and the entire gym is very spacious. The staff there are very friendly, though they are rarely there when i work out (5-6 am most days). There are also quite a variety of machines for just about every exercise you can think of. In a nutshell, a good place to get your sweat on.
