Setup is great, large enough to do what you need. Other guests are not really courteous and pass really close where you have to actually move over mid rep. As a female I’ve had a bad experience on a couple occasions with this aggressive behavior... Not sure what’s going on in NB. Could use a machine update but otherwise the facility is good.

This gym smells like Bath and Body works

They use waaay too much air freshener and it’s overwhelming. Trying to workout and the smell and headache it gives me is distracting.

Different machines to try out than another location I tried. Some of the machines were down and didn't have signs, but I like that they do events and have festivities. That was also better than the other location. Overall I enjoyed my work out.

I’m very impressed with the service I received from Alexa. Customer service now a days has gone downhill. She had the knowledge and wisdom to handle my application as a Siver sneakers customer. They are rude when you go in to cancel your membership. They don't have the whole story, so no need to be rude. People can have a change in circumstances & may want to rejoin later. But now I will never go back. It will be a gym with a better ,friendlier culture

Great local owned gym. I hired Daniel to be my personal trainer and my experience working out with him has been life changing. Fantastic staff at this gym! Terrible customer service. Tried multiple times to cancel membership with no response. ABC Financial, the billing company, kept calling me to collect an annual fee, after I explained that I tried to cancel my membership they continued to refer me to the same unresponsive email before billing $500.

Recently moved to South Texas and started lifting at this location. Have been an Anytime Fitness member for over 10 years and worked out at numerous Anytime locations all over the US . After meeting the owners, Grant and Amanda, I was instantly sold by their enthusiasm and drive to make sure their members felt like family. Location offers a lot of different equipment for the size.

I've visited anytime fitness locations all over the country; this location is one of my favorites. I love the layout, organization, equipment, and evident high standards. The ladies shower room has a private, spacious shower. And even though the stretching area is open air to the rest of the gym it is sectioned off attractively and offers equipment that fun for maximizing a workout.

Stay away! It's is impossible to get out of a contract. My contract is over and I am still getting charged. When I spoke to the manager Austin he told me it was the old managers fault. Said there was nothing he could do and he would call higher ups about it but chance are he can't fix it. Still waiting on a call back from Austin. Just going to call my bank to stop the payments. This gym is a scam. So small, $40 a month, bad managment. Go to das rec, American fitness or even gold's gym were they care about there customers.

I love this gym. That said, I prefer the Canyon Lake/Sattler location as it's a little more spread out and you have more places to set up for your workout. I prefer the cardio setup in Sattler a little more, but love the fact that the TRX setups here are in the studio. Both have their benefits, and are more than worth the membership price.

Wanted to give an updated review. RJ does a fantastic job at keeping this place clean. He goes above and beyond what is required and it really shows. The equipment is decent and there is something for everyone. Esteban is a good guy and has worked with me in the past to make sure my experience is good. Only real issue that keeps me from 5 stars is that the dumbells seem to be loose and they jiggle when you use them. I have never seen one break or anything, just makes me nervous.

Visiting New Braunfels and looked for a gym while here. Found this anytime Fitness on Loop 337. Staff were great, Esteban the manager was very helpful, the place was clean and well-organized and it felt very friendly. I was there on my silver sneakers pass and I highly recommend this place to any senior who has doubts about gyms.

Old cardio machines, missing equipment, too small. I signed up to a different Anytime Fitness that was larger and new. Unfortunately, when you move.. it's not that easy to cancel. They make it difficult to cancel and when you provide the required document they request, they come back with an excuse on why your paperwork isn't sufficient. Tried to Cancel My Wife's and My Membership with 30 day Notice. Our Membership was tided together with Funds coming out each month for both. Filled out the Paperwork and followed the Policy. Noticed after 3 months they are still Billing us for 1 Membership. There Reason was because my Wife did not sign the Paperwork as well. They also did nothing to try and resolve. STAY AWAY!

Its a pretty cool place the workout. The trainer Jordan is very positive, upbeat, and very helpful. Other people at the gym are also for the most part nice and motivating. I have had significant gains since joining the gym and working with Jordan, I recommend the gym and the trainers there.

My husband enjoyed working out here. However we decided to cancel his membership. Fulfilled our contract and submitted proper form for cancellation.
Yet that are still taking money out. We have called and gone by yet they won't pay us back nor stop. Seemed to have misplace the paper. Should correct their mistake. Had to call bank to stop payments.

A contract is required. No out, was told had 30 days however they still charged my bank account. Then when I told my bank to stop paying they sent to collection without notice. Ignored 30 day request to cancel. Membership dues are collected by a seperate company called ABC credit. Niether communicate with each other and don't know what the other is doing.
