Clean equipment, friendly staff, and almost always accessible machines—even during busy hours. This gym has become my steady go-to because it’s never overly packed, and everything’s well maintained. Bonus: the showers and bathrooms are actually nice, which isn’t always the case in chain gyms. 24-hour access seals the deal for my weird schedule.

DO NOT JOIN HERE! I moved very far away from my location and called to cancel the contract. They said I can’t cancel until I pay the past due. That is unacceptable. They said they will continue charging me until past due has been paid.
The employee laughed at me and said she doesn’t care because she makes $12/hr. This is a predatory contract practice and their employees aren’t paid living wages.

This Anytime is my go to while I’m in the area. One of the first things that stood out to me is how incredibly *clean* the entire facility is. From the bathrooms and showers to the gym floor, it's clear they take cleanliness seriously. I especially appreciate the use of microfiber cloths and cleaning solution instead of the usual paper towels, this prevents the trash cans from getting overloaded, which is often a problem at other gyms—especially over the weekends.
The equipment selection is impressive, with a wide variety of machines to suit any workout routine. They even have two StairMasters and a Jacob's Ladder, which is perfect for anyone looking for a killer cardio workout!
What really impressed me, though, was the extra mile they went by welding the landmine row bar into its sleeve and even welding the handle onto the bar. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that show their commitment to providing a top-notch experience for their members.
Highly recommend Anytime Fitness for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped gym!

I love this gym. First, it has everything I need- machines and free weights. It’s clean and tidy and the staff is always nice and helpful. The equipment always works and, if there is an issue with equipment, it is fixed immediately. I love that we get a key fob and that it is open 24/7.

Just resigned with this gym the are the ONLY location in our area with a low monthly rate with NO CONTRACT. Highly recommend signing up there and then use the local gym near you. They have the app now so there is no more waiting 30days for your key fob to work at other locations.
For reference I live near this one and called all gyms between Downtown Houston, Stafford Alvin/Santa Fe and League City / Clear Lake. Most other location charge about $25-35 every 2 weeks with a 1 year commitment.
Highly recommend and look forward to getting after it again.
****The only thing I wish they had was space for a sled area like the Shadow Creek location

Have been using this gym for 4+ yrs now. Always well kept and clean. If anything breaks they fix it quickly. They get new equipment periodically. Everyone is friendly here and only there to workout. Staff is very personable and helpful as well!

When I moved to the area and needed to find a new gym, this location made my list due to the great reviews. I took a tour and everyone was super friendly and the facility was well-kept, so I signed up for a membership while I was there.
That was about a year ago and I have no complaints! The staff are nice, the gym is clean, and the other people working out have been nice as well. The staff are quick to answer questions and get equipment fixed when needed. It’s also really nice members get a key to access the gym 24/7. It may be a small gym, but it has everything you’ll need!

After joining last night I decided to stay for about 2.5 hours working back, abs, and throwing in a little cardio. Initially, I trained at Planet Fitness in Shadow Creek. However; the crowd became too much along with people not understanding how to not hog virtually everything. Last night was one of the best and longest workouts I've had in a long time. Management was on point and quick to get me in. I got to witness one of the trainers working with a few people doing an excellent job. The people working out were actually really polite and even allowed me to hop on a few machines in between sets. The gym was clean, the people were clean, and overall it was just a great feeling. If all my workouts end up being like that I can see this being my gym for a very long time.

These guys run a really clean gym, and are super easy to deal with if you ever run into any issues. There was a small billing issue that I had and the owner actually called me personally to apologize and resolve the issue the same day that I brought it to their attention. My wife and I visited and joined the gym today. We met with staff member Kaylee and she was awesome. She took her time in explaining procedures and signing us up. Hassle free. Extremely professional and friendly. We can't wait to start our work outs. Oh! I forgot to mention... This place looks spotless clean. Great layout with all the equipment needed. I really loved my experience at this gym, and I only cancelled because I had to move and there wasn’t any close to my new apartment. The equipment is really great and it’s never crowded. I used the studio room with the projector for spinning class (there’s two spin bikes), kick boxing and a HITT class. The owner is really helpful and has great customer service. The only con is the treadmill thread is a little worn out on one of the machines. It’s a really convenient and safe gym. I always felt comfortable going as a single woman at 4am, 5am and even 11pm.

Since the new owner, Charlie, took ownership of this location he has made some HUGE improvements. Before he came along, the equipment was outdated, the gym was dirty, and it wasn't ever properly staffed.
The gym has been reorganized with a more efficient layout, he added a new deadlift zone in the free weight area, new equipment is arriving almost daily, and the amenities that were recently added to the restrooms are amazing (towels, toothbrushes, hair ties, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, deodorant, etc.). As a member, these improvements mean a lot because it shows that the owner cares.
After talking to Charlie, you will immediately feel at home and always welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares, not just about his gym, but about his members experience and their fitness goals.
No excuses, ladies and gents. This place is legit!

If you're looking for a 24/7 inclusive and clean gym with impeccable customer service, Anytime Fitness on Broadway is the gym for you. I was tired of overcrowding at other global gyms and spent a lot of my workout time waiting on gym equipment. At Anytime on Broadway, I can go at peak hours and get my workout done without any issues.
I believe that the owner, Charlie, makes this gym incredible. He is attentive and accommodating to your needs.

Being a member of Anytime Fitness is awesome, no matter where you go you walk in with confidence that everything is in order and clean. BUT Pearland is my absolute favorite. From all the new equipment to the staff. Charlie has really taken the time to create the best enviornment. It's rare for me to see and have direct contact with the owner of a gym. But he does this to make sure that you have the best expierence as a member and part of this fit cummunity.

When it comes to choosing gyms I take it very seriously. I've been to many Anytime locations and recently since one of the new owners Charlie has taken this gym over, it has gone through major improvements and the gyms atmosphere Followed by awesome upgrades with the equipment. Restrooms are much more sanitary and also training areas. I talked to many other members and they are very happy what they are seeing lately. Some days you might even see Charlie in the gym cleaning, maintaining equipment are just stopping in just to make sure we are all happy with the gym. I'm very happy that someone like him that is sincere about health & fitness has taken this gym over. Anytime Fitness Pearland is the way to go!!!!

This gym is by far one of the best gyms I have been to. I have always maintained a gym membership, and currently have 2 seperated gyms due to commuting an hour everyday for work. I have to say when the new owners took over this particular gym, they know how to make their business stand out. the staff is extremely helpful, and the owner is very personable. They made many modifications to this location to make it accommodating for both genders. the equipment is very clean, and you never have to "wait your turn". I also like that they provide essential toiletries available when needed. I have never experienced a gym that provides; hair ties, razors, tooth brush ect for your convenience. This gym and facility has by far, exceeded my expectations.

Charlie recently took over as owner of this place and has made a HUGE difference. First and foremost, he is ALWAYS there greeting every customer as if they are his one and only. He greets everyone with a genuine and welcoming smile, and is never too busy to take a question, comment, or concern. He recently brought in a TON of new equipment, stocked all of the private showers with everything anyone could need, and everyone can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. Charlie is a great man and I am a lifelong customer.

Bad experience and I haven't even used this gym yet. We got a groupon scam and the manager confirmed it was a scam when we showed up to an appointment that we made with a trainer. The trainer nowhere to be found. However, the manager known about this since last month. As to what reason that they failed to remove the listing (as it is still available to purchase), is beyond me. If you known this was a scam, why not call groupon? Don't you care about your business name? Clearly not!
This incident alone just show me that they don't have a good team communication, don't care about their business name and their potential clients. Anyhow, I'm working with groupon to get my refund now but I'm not returning here. That's for sure.

Ok gym, bad policy. I signed up for month to month instead of a yearly contract, as I travel a lot. After a month they notified me that they have to cancel my membership if I don't get at least a yearly contract. Wow, commercial gyms, great sense of business! Note to Owner: I travel throughout the southeast with work. Visit many Anytimes in my schedule. Housekeeping standards in the gym here are subpar at best. Went two days in a row and the garbage cans were full and bathrooms filthy. You also need more 45lb plates. You have (7) machines that take plates and a combined 630lbs between all of them.
