I have had nothing but a good experience here. Yes, you sign a contract, but it states very clearly what their guidelines are. If you have questions, ask before you sign and that goes with any contract you're signing.

They hound your phone for payments, send emails, and are too in your business to be doing business for a measley $60.00 a month.

They are still actively trying to debit from my bank account.
Bad Business.

The actual gym is clean and equipment is well taken care of. I wish there was a better variety of equipment but that's really just me being picky. If you never have to move or cancel your membership this location is good. If you ever move or have to cancel, however, you're in for an absolute nightmare of a time. After six months of contacting the location, being told they would send the forms needed to cancel and never receiving them, and then being told by multiple people that they were taking care of it, I finally just blocked them from taking out payments and of course they immediately sent the account to collections. Awful time, do not recommend, by far the most negative experience I've ever had with a business like this. Do not sign that membership unless you know you'll be there forever.

The actual gym looks nice from the outside looking in, however, my husband and I made an appointment twice to use our free trial and both times that we showed up at the scheduled time, no staff members were there, so we could not get into the building. Additionally, we attempted to call a few times during the week and have gotten no answer, I left a voicemail, and still no one returned the call. We were both planning on getting a membership to this gym out of convenience, however, at this point I am willing to make the extra 20 minute drive to a more reliable gym that is half the cost.

I cannot name a time I’ve walked into the gym and was not greeted with a smiling face, kind word, and a simple wave from all workers at ATF. The gym is extremely clean and I never find plates thrown around the floor or stacked up on the bar (big plus). The new equipment has been amazing!

Really 0 stars.BEWARE I was injure in a car accident and unable to use membership contacted them to cancel my never used membership and the were unwilling to cancel. They will never let you cancel beware. I wasctold I could cancel in 30 days and was given a free trial membership that they won't let me cancel .BEWARE

Bad service manager was disrespectful, do not recommend getting a membership here. I can't point any names but the new manager is the one ya'll need to watch out for, he has a bald head. They made adjustments to the gym but somehow became clueless when it came to appreciating customers and communicating with us as members. #bringtheoldanytimeback

I decided to train with a personal trainer here and ever since training with Diana I’ve gained the knowledge and most importantly the confidence to go to the gym on my own. Also the amazing result I’ve had at reaching my fitness goals since training with her, that I never could obtain before, are incredible. What Diana taught me I will carry forever and that to me is priceless. I would highly recommend Diana as a trainer to anyone! She really is the best!

Ok gym , not very big but it's very clean. Not the most ideal gym for me. Works in a pinch for a decent lift. There's no platforms and not much space by the squat rack and Smith machine. Plus there's only one stairmaster. However, all the machines work ! The upside is not many people are in the gym. So you would have it mostly to yourself.

Manager is awesome ( Dianne), ownership horrible, I understand ownership has 4 other franchises but obviously stepchild this location , went back last week ( we are opening gyms at 50 % right), clear violations of occupancy, social distances give me a break, nobody had gloves on , no temp checks, no masks, no hourly cleaning , please stay away folks , not worth it until ownership figures it out

The following is a letter I sent to the owner about my situation:

I am writing you to inform you of a situation at your facility at Pilot Point that I have been unable to resolve over the course of more than 3 weeks.

At some point early this month, I called your facility to check on the status of my membership (I was not sure if I was on a month-to-month or still in contract). No one was able to provide me information and I was told a manager would return my call. This never happened. Since that time, I have contacted the facility nearly 10 other times, and each time have been told a manger would get back with me, and only they can handle my account. I have never been contacted in return, except for yesterday, when after a great deal of frustration with some of your representatives, my call was returned by Robert who was not even able to speak to me in regards to my account or schedule an appointment for my cancellation. I was told to call the same number back and schedule an appoint for essentially a week out (I later was told that Robert is actually in the office today). I did so, as outrageous as that is, and was told by the rep on the phone that they were unable to schedule an appointment for that week, and Robert would have to call me back. He has not done so.

This has left me with the impression that your establishment is intentionally giving me the run around so as to continue charging my account. I have contacted my credit card company and have submitted a disputed charge claim because of my complete inability to cancel my service despite numerous attempts over the course of multiple weeks. I am also compelled to write a review on various sites in regards to this situation, not merely out of anger, but so that others may fairly consider how they may be treated by your establishment before entering into a contract. You may very well have good intentions toward your customers, but those who are managing your business and the system that is in place to meet the needs of your members is woefully suspect.

Listen to what the manager told me! So 3 months back I tried to cancel my membership with them as I never use it (only 4 times, one of which was them testing it to make sure it worked) and I get told that they would check with the owner and call me back. Never called me back, so I called again left a voicemail and no reply, called again a couple days later and no reply. Went ahead and put a hold on my credit card and put it out of my mind for 3 months. Go back in this month to finally get this resolved and get out of this ridiculous contract (greedy owners) I bring my account to current and then ask for them to start the cancellation process. He says (the manager) “I can’t do that yet because then you wouldn’t have to pay the rest of the balance.” What the heck!!!! That’s what I’ve wanted to do this whole time!! So you could cancel me, you just don’t want to cause your greedy A holes who just want to scrounge as much money as you can for your crappy gym!! Be ware of this gym!! Greedy low life people manage and run this place!! I’m not the first and won’t be the last sucker!!

Wishing they allowed negative ratings! BEWARE of this business. They allowed my 17 year old daughter to sign a contract with their gym. When I found about it we tried calling for 8 months to cancel the membership! They refused to call us back a single time to allow us to cancel the membership. Continuing to deduct their monthly fee from my 17 year old daughters bank account! Today by a sheer miracle I got a live person on the phone. Julie(claiming to be the owner) was her name. I told her of the issues, including the fact that they were allowing my minor to tan in the tanning bed while it is against state law! She basically told me TOO BAD SO SAD! I have only owned the gym since July. When I informed her that we have called at least 15 times since July and left messages every time...she of course denied it! They are refusing to give my kids money back! THIEVES!!! They might not have done the original contract but the damn sure have been stealing from my child since JULY! DISHONEST, despicable excuses for business owners. Be careful before you give them access to your bank account or it will take you 8 months to stop your bank deductions too!
