The best gym I’ve seen in the area. Clean and a good variety of machines. Good customer service too. I don’t know what customers are doing to the machines though. Obviously mishandling for the rubber and padding to be torn off equipment. I do like that I can use my phone for access now.

High prices, no soap in showers, no where to sit in showers to put shoes on, or hang your clothes. Machines used to have the program on them to watch channels and stuff too while working out. Now you gotta pay for it. Old location was definitely better.

The response of biweekly is bogus. Plus there's a additional gym fee so it ends up being more than the promotional you're signing up for.

TVs on the top are on stupid channels and even if one catches your eye, you can't hear anything...

Update! Beware when you cancel... They refunded the money, but never cancelled it. Had to call and make a stink about it. Almost like they were trying to screw you.

Go to Alpha or invest in your own gym. Don't go here.

Anytime Fitness is hands down the best gym in town! The facility is always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming for all fitness levels. Canceled my membership, and they charged me twice after the end of my cancelation date. I used to be able to reach the staff about my issue but lately haven't been able to get a hold of them. This has been going on for about 3 months now. Issue still unresolved and on-going

New equipment great atmosphere! Only reason it’s a 4 star and not 5 is because the showers are cold 🥶 😞. The entrance door is getting stuck more often now should get checked out.

They wanna be called anytime fitness but they dont want to go by there advertised 7 day free trial and the franchise standard pricing.
Very shaddy place. I dont expect them to be around very long so be careful signing contracts. Way to small and not very clean.

My contract expired in March and they kept charging my account until I brought it up to them in June when i noticed. Then they say I need to sign something else that says I need to cancel my contract even though it was up in March. I go in and cancel and they continue to charge my account. Then call me and say that they aren't able to pull from my account and I tell them because I stopped their transactions from pulling and they said they just need to pull for 30 more days even if I haven't gone to their gym in in 5 months since Imy contract expired.
Now they say that I owe them. What a joke of a place!

Filthy - owners are never present. If you put feedback in the suggestion box they watch video to see who did it so they can attempt to embarrass you in the gym. Take pride in your business - I’ve been to several Anytime Fitness gyms in other areas and they are impeccable. Not this one- the condition is vile.
