A medium sized gym with plenty of machines and other gear for whatever type of weight and/or aerobic training you like. My fitness consultation helped get me started in the right direction. POST review- I have seen an improvement on quality of the facility. They have remodeled and hired a very good cleaning crew! Out of the 3 locations I use this one is always the cleanest!!! I joined this gym in January 2023, signing what I believed to be a one-year contract. However, a month ago, I was sued by the gym, claiming I had stopped paying. I was unaware that I was still a member. I rarely went due to the poor quality of the facilities and had already joined another gym. To resolve the issue, I had to reinstate my membership and pay fees to get out of collections. I never agreed to a two-year contract, and a staff member with black hair is aware of this. Unfortunately, I didn't scrutinize the contract for a two-year term because I trusted the gym based on our discussions.

A word of advice: thoroughly read the terms and agreements when signing up to ensure there are no hidden clauses. Now, I'm stuck with this membership until January 25. I don't use the gym, but I will start going back and documenting the issues.

While the front desk staff is professional and friendly, my main concerns are with the cleanliness, equipment quality, and overall environment. There have been no upgrades to this location despite being charged an enhancement fee and $20 biweekly. The shower room is dirty and smelly, with a broken door handle unless it has been fixed. There are always groups of people who seem to be using the facilities without paying. The sinks and toilets do not function properly, the equipment is outdated or broken, and there is no sauna. This is especially problematic for elderly members with weaker immune systems.

This is the worst gym in the area—overpriced and low quality. The machinery is old and faulty, the carpet is worn and dirty, and the place is musty and hot/humid. DO NOT COME HERE!

Female working there during the evening was rude as heck to me and my kid, didn't ask his age and didn't want to listen to me at all. Insisting she knew best and the age of my kid. The same kid that is in fact old enough, cleans up after himself, and treats equipment with respect. I'm sure there's plenty of video proof of that. Especially him on the treadmill taking it seriously while some 20 year old dudes were trying to run backwards on it next to him and fell. Nothing was said to them.

I enjoyed going to this gym for years. Unfortunately, when I moved out of state, they refused to cancel my membership. After sending two certified letters stating my intent to cancel, they have completely ignored my requests. Several phone calls were answered by employees who were rude and dismissive. If I could give negative stars I would. I would not recommend this gym at all. They are unprofessional from bottom to top. They only care about the money you give them, not you as a paying customer. I have heard management talk bad about members, as well as the regional manager talk down about employees, current and prior. Being a manager myself and prior Human Resources, it is very unprofessional. On top of when there is a situation the manager herself will not call, but have new employees or regional staff to try and rectify the situation. Why have a manager that can not take care of or handle a situation properly? Join at your own risk!

We got a membership at this place about 2 months ago and I really like it. I take my daughter and she has a really great time she is a special needs and everybody seems very respectful of her and have actually said that she makes them want to come work out because if she can do it they can do it so that's really cool. All the people working there has been super super nice and all the people even going there has either capture themselves or been extremely nice as well. I haven't seen anyone be disrespected or made to feel uneasy at this place and that's what I really like about it. I also have a tanning machine and a Zumba fitness room me and my daughter did go to the Zumba room once it's at like 6:00 in the evening and the weekdays which is hard for us to make that time and Saturday it's early morning which is hard for us to make that time but we absolutely loved it and the girl teaching it is just as awesome as can be. Definitely recommend this place even though they charge a little bit more than planet fitness I think it's definitely worth it to pay that extra to be able to have machines open that you can use and to have a comfortable setting without people being loud around you and acting crazy around you and stuff like that so if that's what you're looking for this is definitely the place

I called to cancel. I live in another state and cannot come into this location to cancel in person. The girl I spoke with was extremely rude and said that they do not take email cancellations. She couldn't give me a reason why they don't take email. The only reason I can think is it makes it harder and more inconvenient to cancel. Any time fitness speaks for itself. I like the small gym atmosphere. I wake up around 3a to 4a, head to the gym, maybe 2 or 3 people there. No one's in your way! Get my workout in and over with, clean my stations and I'm out. For the busy person, the early bird, the noon luncher, evening average goer, and the late late show stopper, this place is for all of you. Couch potato, get up, talk to someone, everyone is helpful! The office will accommodate all of your needs, you just go to make the first move and start.

This place is a great place. I don’t know why there are some bad reviews. They have some great pricing for what you get. You get free great classes such as yoga and boot camp which at other gyms you have to pay for. Also, it’s not cold in the gym if you work out hard. Also, they have member appreciation with free snacks and a coffee bar! No other gym does that. If you sign a contract you are responsible to understand what you are signing. The team here are great and will never let you sign something that they did not talk to you about. :)

Gym is nice overall but always so cold. When I first signed up I was promised someone would call so I could come back in and go over the equipment. I waited a few weeks and nothing. I requested again for someone to show me how to use some of the equipment since it’s been awhile and I wanted to know how to use properly and was promised that someone would call. I never received a call and that was about 2/3 months ago. I figured out how to use it on my own. It’s overly priced and I should have signed up with planet fitness but this location was closest to home. Once my contract ends I won’t renew.

My husband signed up for this gym under a false contract originated by one of the employees, the employee let him know that he would be able to transfer his membership to the other gym in the state we were moving to. Long story short, that was not the case, the employee signed him up for a month to month membership and he was not allowed to switch locations without oaying all new fees. All in all, this gym jipped my husband out of his sign up fees leading him to believe that he would be able to transfer which he was not. We spoke to the manager and he said he wont do angthing to reconcile the issue because it was “he said she said” and he was basically siding with the employee who said he “misunderstood what my husband meant”..... sketchy sketchy
