Asked for a 2 day pass and was told almost 16 dollar's a day... I told them, you LOST YOUR MIND.. I was in town for work, I don't even that at PLANET FITNESS!!! NO WONDER WHY IT ALWAY'S LOOKS EMPTY ... 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Jessica is an awesome manager for Sweetwater she does her job alone cleans everyday while having to make calls,emails etc.. and for getting the trophy almost 3 times in a row that should show that she does her job pretty well. Overall she is a 5 star manager for Sweetwaters anytime fitness

My husband and I have been members of the Sweetwater Anytime Fitness for several years and have always been treated with respect by management. Currently, Jessica does a great job of addressing member’s needs to the best of her ability and always keeps the facility clean and tidy. Highly recommend this facility for all your fitness needs!

Would not recommend. My son signed up there during Covid, and was never told of a contract. Then, when he completed his contract after a year, and they never told him he had to sign cancelation paperwork, and owed $50 for canceling. They continued to draw money from his account every two weeks, but wait, instead of drawing out the agreed amount which was $28 biweekly, they drew out $28, $23, and $47.50, and this was all after he cancelled his membership. I tried calling them numerous times, but no one ever answers the phone. I finally had my son deactivate his bank account because that was the only way to truly cancel his membership. Plus, $28 biweekly???. Really??? That's $56 a month. I've been a member of a gym for at least 10 years and never paid over $32 a month and I workout with better equipment. SMDH.

Literally stealing my money. Lying to me. Talked to her in January asking to cancel the membership and was told no but it wouldn't auto renew. Ok, fine. Contract was started in October so last month should have been September 2022. Nope. Here it is November and still getting charged.

I have liked this place in past. Member since 2018. Today, out of blue, got $30 charge on my card. Membership fees come out of check each month about 20th. I called and new manager apologized and said she was told she might be getting calls about 30 dollar charge, when I first called she said, "is this about 30 dollar charge?" So apparently, I might have ..back in 2018, agreed that someday I could receive a one time charge in fine print for upgrade to facility one time . No notice? Just boom 4 years later there is a charge ? I transferred money with FFB to my joint account with my wife Roscoe State bank ..we move money around..what if I had emptied the account completely? I would have been charged an extra 35 plus the 30 for overdraft. .been happy with anytime fitness.. they did this fee knowing people might call...if it is not cleared up I will cancel my membership immediately.

Set up an appointment to sign up a couple days in advanced. I took off early from work to make the appointment. Made the 15 minute drive and showed up 5 minutes early only to find nobody was here. Waited 20 minutes and nobody showed up. No call, text, or email was sent to reschedule.

My daughter and Son in law have membership to

Gym is good sized with lots of good equipment however gym etiquette is non existent here ie. trash all over the ground, no one wipes down equipment or re-racks their weights. Gym staff doesn’t seem to mind.

This is the gym that started it all for me. I started my fitness journey here and loved the gym, the Anytime Fitness model and what they stand for so much we own and manage our own now!
The Sweetwater location is large with great Precor equipment. I've seen quite a few staff members go through there and everyone has always been very kind, knowledgeable and ready to help you with whatever you need. Thank you to Sweetwater Anytime for everything : )

Seems the equipment is getting dated. Several of the treadmills are not working properly and have been broken over a week. Monitor not working, incline not working and one will not do anything. The fan inside the area by the treadmills the motor went out. Then I looked at the clock and it had stopped working. I thought seriously, what's next! Please get things up and working!

I love this gym! Once you become a regular it's like second home with second family!!
After reading some of the comments, I just laugh. This is a CONTRACT MEMBERSHIP!! You don't get to stop paying when you want, plus if you move your membership follows you and you can use it everywhere! There's an app to check locations.
In 5 years with Anytime I've never had an issue. This gym is one of the cleanest. You always have those members who still dirty it after hours though, same with any gym.

This is the best gym. it has everything you could need or want. The staff and trainers are very approachable, ready to answer questions for you, and always looking out for you when you train. This gym is constantly making improvements, kept very neat, and clean. I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to change to a healthy life style!

I have had nothing but bad dealings with the money side of anytime fitness. when I sign the contract for 17 months the person I talked to lead me to believe if I had my account and one for my son I could drop his with no problem. This was wrong. I had to carry both memberships for the full 17 months. I walked in on my contract end date and signed a cancelation paper and they drew another $98.14 out of my account. $68.14 was monthly dues, $30.00 was gym enhancement fees. if I am no longer a member why do need to pay enhancement fees? I would never sign up for this gym again, due to being miss lead and/or being taking advantage of. in sweetwater ,texas there is a gym at the hospital that you can attend for about $30 a month with no contract. now that is being there for the public.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! Though this could be a great gym they have no payout or other such program to get out of contract if you buy. BEware and be smart ensure you see no life changes coming before signing up.
My children and grandchildren go hungry, but Anytime fitness still gets their money. Something is wrong with that, call corporate office and they say it's a contract period. I understand that. An example they gave was if you puchases a new car and did not pay it would be repossed. (they debit their bank account) My point would be yes, no car but no payments either. Anytime fitness still gets their money. So before signing up realize you could really get yourself in a bind.
