Always clean, never have to wait on equipment, they have free classes, which I don't use, but many may enjoy. I have been to both the Chandler and Tyler spots, and will honestly say I like the Chandler location best, it's more convenient and fits my schedule better.

After years as sole caregiver for my mother, who is now deceased, I was eager to renew my membership at Anytime fitness. Having been given limited and inaccurate information, Chad was most helpful in searching and eventually finding the information from several years ago that was needed in order for me to renew my membership. He was very courteous, professional and pleasant. His patience is unmatched. I will be forever grateful to Chad for helping to get me back with Anytime fitness to resume a much needed fitness regimen.

The gym is great… canceling is an absolute nightmare! I moved out of state, haven’t been in to the gym in over a year… yet I have to have a mailed paper copy saying I wish to cancel my membership. Then I have to wait an extra 30days for cancellation. This is absolutely archaic. There should be some form of online cancellation.

Management never fixes anything. I have been going here since July of 2021 and equipment had been off limits and broken for 6-8 months. It has gotten better recently with some NEW equipment, but fix the old stuff. What are you even doing with my club fees???

The place is always clean and organized too. The equipment looks tired and some walls have holes but won't stop you from getting s great work out. After all is always better than going to an overcrowded planet or chuse fitness;) the manager, owner is always there during the day and is always helpful also.

I don’t think the owner has been in here in years. Everything is bent broke or extremely rusted. Cable has been broke for 3 years now and still has yet to be replaced. Along with the fact they don’t have a heater apparently. It’s just as cold in here as it is outside. Which is 40 degrees. Literally any other anytime fitness is better.

The manager is fantastic! He gave me a tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of the membership fees and what that entails. The fees for membership are very reasonable too. The facility itself was clean and organized. The equipment is well maintained and kept very clean. The safety of the gym members seems to be of the utmost importance. So entry into the building is by way of electronic remote pass that only members have access to. The facility is only busy at certain times which allows for the equipment to be available to use and helps those of us who need a little bit of extra space to focus on our goals and work hard on why we're there to begin with! Also available to use, which is included in the membership fees, is the unlimited use of a tanning bed.

The General Manager is very nice and professional! She thoroughly explains everything you need to know about your membership and addresses issues quickly and they are resolved without hesitation! The trainer here is very knowledgeable at what he does. He will guide you to a personalized routine for your goals and will coach you to believe in yourself and push past your limits! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS GYM!

....if your looking for s gym that has no soap, paper towels or hand sanitizer this is your gym. The equipment is old and worn with some even broken. A perfect place to catch Covid 19. Probably a new strain in here no one has discovered yet, covid 20

The gym facility is nice and clean. However, do not sign any of their personal training session at all. Because they hire trainer who does not explain clearly term and agreement of the contract and talked you in to sign sessions where consumer gets a cheap deal but in reality they hide truth of the contract. They also use an online training software named Fitness Management Group which ripped off people in a huge amount of money. If you google FMG LLC you will find several complaints already filled with Better Business Bureau (BBB) with similar circumstance as I have today. I was told by the trainer that I would not be charged for the session if I didn't come to facility for training (Lied to me) and never provided me a copy of my contract either so how would I follow up with the contract? I've made multiple attempts with the facility and FMG to cancel my contract but never resolve it. You will be Better Off "if you stay away from their contract and personal training session". Because I've been attempting to resolve my contract since December 2019 now its April 2020 but still no luck.. I've been dealing with Anytime Fitness since 2014 but never been this disappointed with their care for customer.

I cancelled my gym membership, but they lost the paperwork and continued to charge me. When I contacted them to correct the issue and showed them that I had not used the gym and was attending a different gym, they refused to cancel the charges or refund my money. There are a lot of gym options. Choose someone else.

Response: Your exact wording in the email was "we are unable to issue any kind of refund". I replied to the October email with questions, and did not receive a response. I was going to drop the issue until you sent the outstanding charges to a debt collection agency instead of cancelling. I sent you a certified letter of demands, which you received, but also did not respond to. My only option at this point is to pursue the matter in court. I intend to file this week. If you wish to contact me further, or avoid this matter going to court, use email or regular mail as I requested in the letter of demands so that our correspondence can be properly documented.

This is the worst Anytime Fitness I’ve ever been to. It is abundantly obvious that this place holds more of a value on their own money than they do the quality of this facility.

The weights are literally falling apart, the benches are cracking, there is watered down soap the restrooms for crying out loud. I hate that this Anytime is conveniently located near where I live because the Anytime Fitness on old Jacksonville and the one in Flint are immaculate compared to this facility.

heavy dumbbells, old style set ups, extreme machines, stairmasters, and plenty of benches.

This place has gone downhill. Place has turned into a muscle head gym atmosphere instead of the comfortable gym atmosphere it used to be. The management and staff are more worried about their own workouts, vice the customer. Any gym would be better even if it is a longer drive.

Went here with my wife to see about signing up for a new membership. I have worked out at countless Anytimes across the nation from traveling with work. This one has the worst customer service I have seen so far. We entered the gym and sat at the little waiting table after realizing that a manager wasn't available at the time. When two workers returned from lunch, they merely looked at us and walked into a nearby office. We sat a few minutes longer then decided to leave. Obviously they must not be concerned with signing up new members.

Horrible customer service, and the gym isn't anything special. Hardly any equipment or classes available. Either save money and go to planet fitness or spend a little extra and go to a bigger gym that also cares about its customers. One of my selling points on this gym is that you could bring guests during business hours as long as they signed in and had a license. The manager, Angela, failed to mention that guests also have to pay a 15 dollar day fee. When I asked her why she didn't make me aware of this fee when I joined, she stated "I didn't have to." Yes you really should have though, leaving out fees when joining anywhere is bad business and a "hook line and sink" gimmic. Angela and the trainer Ashton had horrible attitudes about this situation today. They didn't care at all, and there's no doubt customer service goes out the window here after you join. They don't care about their customers because when you sign a year or longer membership you sign an agreement saying that if you want to leave you still have to pay the remaining balance. They get their money no matter what, so why care about their members? Such a horrible attitude for a business to have, and I'm very disappointed.

In a word....AWESOME. But maybe more than one word... How about, SUPPORTIVE, WILLINGNESS, ENCOURAGEING..... We've been members for 4+ yrs and have always found the staff and facility to be far above our expectations and exceed any other gym we've been members of. KUDDOS to the owner for having the foresight to employee a management staff who not only understands the physical aspects each member may need, but to also put together classes that anyone can tailor to meet their needs. I've been a member of the Anytime Fitness on Troup since the gym first opened more than 5years ago. My husband and I have been loyal to this gym because of the classes they offer and most importantly the staff.

The classes are the best around and they offer at least 2-3 each day from Spin, Ironman (a Cross Fit training), S.W.A.T., Zumba and Pilates.

The staff is amazing and the manager, Angela makes this gym. I've said this since day one. The staff motivates you to do better and work harder.

If you want to be a healthier and fit person, THIS should be your gym!

this is a terrible place with extremely disrespectful customer service. the lady here named Angela, who calls herself the manager/owner, is one of the rudest people in the city. Because of one mistake, this lady calls me and threatens to press charges on me. I have canceled my membership here only because of this witch, and I warn others to do the same. there are plenty of other fine gyms around with much better customer service. Hint to the real owner: fire this woman and save yourself some customers.
