Sign up at any Anytime Fitness except the one on Hwy 64. Multiple people say that this gym is dirty and ran improperly. My husband was charged $200 because a string on a string machine broke, and it didn't even happen when he used it. He is an amateur body builder and knows how to properly use machines. He was told by the owner that it was his fault and when we asked for video or proof, they have nothing to provide. The managers laughed at us when we told them that the unexpected $200 was grocery money for our family. DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS GYM. Every other anytime fitness we have been to has been great.

So disappointed with anytime fitness on hwy 64 has been going there for nearly one year because closer to my home. Bike only one HAS NOT WORKED, this place need a good cleaning especially the work out machines, very dirty, Bike still don’t work ,Reported to management, Still not fixed, Equipment in dis repair. So I decided to go to TROUP HWY. Anytime fitness, So glad I did very clean, Have machine with TV, at HWY 64 tv on WaII one TV Need to be repaired, at TROUP HWY better MACHINES I feel comfortable there. Also there is a big hole in wall that need to be repaired at HWY 64 location, Take me a little longer to get to TROUP HWY location, but it is worth my time. THANKS.

Outrageous!!! $15 for a day pass. There's no pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball court or anything else. There's one of ANYTHING except treadmills/bikes. I have and do workout at other Anytime fitness centers and only pay $5 at most! Sometimes it's free! You have nothing to offer for $15! Period! Guess I'll go find another gym to attend when I'm in town.

I will not renew membership at Hwy 64 location. Owner does not work with customers. She is set in her ways and will never succeed with that kind of relation with customers. In four years she has bought one machine and painted. There are better Anytime Fitness gyms than that one.

Tried to debit 250 dollars from.my account without authorization....they suspended my account for letting a guy in without notice ....the guys key fob wasn't working....and we had seen him.many nights....no call nothing....then I call the manager and these clowns said it was taken.care of only to try to steal 250 from me.without telling me....it is my personal mission to have this place shut down forever....messed with the wrong Texan

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE! My wife and I have been a member of this gym for over a year, I just started going and I did not have my key so I used her key, I walked in and was stopped by a woman staff member. I proceed to explain to her that I did not have my key, she told me to workout and she would call the owner. After I got done I went back by the office, she told me that she spoke to the owner and that I needed a key and it would be $40, I said ok no problem I did not have my wallet so I told her I would have my wife come by and pay. Well I get a call from My wife saying that they contacted her and BLOCKED her Key! JUST BECAUSE I USED IT ONCE! ONCE! AND IM ON THE ACCOUNT!!!!!She was VERY upset! We have been paying $70 a month for over a year and this is how you treat us! We ARE CANCELING OUR MEMBERSHIP and will reopen it At anytime fitness IN Bullard, the owner is very Rude and does not care about his clientele. B.S..

Owner is extremely rude! My friend and I both had memberships several a months ago. His key only worked at his home gym so I got him in. I called her and left a message just so she'd know he was a member and we'd come by after work to prove it. She probably wouldn't have even known if I hadn't called her. There's been few times someone has talked that rude to me. She even told me she was blocking my card or I could bring her $50 for bringing a "guest". I told her I would never visit again and encourage all my fellow rail road workers not to support someone so rude. Please read the other reviews and don't support such a horrible person.
