I’ve had a membership at AF for a few years and every encounter I’ve had with the staff has been great. Specifically the manager, J. Luna. She’s always been super friendly, nice and professional and has always done an exceptional job at making sure me and all the other people who workout have everything we need. She embodies what a manager is supposed to be and I wish there were more people like her out in the world. I almost kept my membership solely because of her, however due to me moving, I was forced to cancel my membership. 10/10 would recommend.

Had an amazing experience when i went to sign up, i got a tour of the entire gym and what it has to offer personally by luna, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel better about starting to go to the gym as a beginner and even offered tips on how to stay motivated and push my self further! I was here at this gym today April 29. The lady working kept giving us ugly looks. I don’t know what her problem was.. I don’t think I did anything to upset her. Usually at all the other Anytime gyms they treat us nicely but I guess it has to do with the owner or politics or something. Hopefully she has a better day.. she made it very obvious and uncomfortable, thank god she may leave at nine and we finish our work out comfortably.

I’ve tried just about every "big" gym in El Paso, but ever since I started coming here, I haven’t looked back. The staff is super friendly, and the managers always make it a point to say hello. The other members are really nice as well so it's always pleasant working out here. Cleanliness is a huge deal for me so the fact that the staff is always cleaning gives me peace of mind. They even have someone come in after hours to make sure everything stays spotless. The 24-hour access is a nice bonus, but honestly, I’d still choose this gym even if it wasn’t. The comfort in knowing I’m working out in a clean space, not surrounded by days-old sweat, is well worth it. And for what you get, the price is totally fair, especially compared to other gyms around here. Lastly, they're super passionate about member engagement. They always have something going on that everyone can participate in which I think fosters a sense of community that I also haven't seen at other gyms.

Anytime Fitness has many claims as to why one should choose them. 24-hours. Nationwide. However, that is only as good as the employees. My account was suspended for inactivity. Nationwide. Maybe I am attending a different AF in another city. Military member. I travel extensively. Imagine my inconvenience when I return and try to go to a local AF. My account has been canceled. I call and try to speak with a knowledgeable representative. A female who identified herself as Emily seems wholly incapable of answering the most basic questions. I am at a good AF. The representative calls the El Paso site. She cannot find any identifying account information that would allow him to fix my account. If you choose AF avoid the ones in El Paso. Horrible attitudes. Horrible service. Apathetic at best. Hostile and ignorant more likely.

AF gym members, I highly recommend you sign up for training with Samantha Escalera. She's very an awesome trainer and guide you in the right path to your fittness goals. I Started in March 2023 @ 212 lbs , body fat @ 25.7my goal besides losing weight is to lose body fat percentage! Now 198 lbs and 20.3 body fat, I'm on the right direction and with Samantha's help, I know I'll get to my goals.

I’m very happy with choosing Anytime Fitness. It is great to be able to use any of the AF gyms in town any time after 30 days of membership. Zaragoza’s gym is clean, has a separate room for mat work and some privacy, has free fruit and little extras periodically. There are ample disinfectant towels, and towels to borrow as needed during your work out. I tried the personal trainers and they worked hard to work with my schedule and taught me valuable routines. I would recommend this gym. They have plenty of machines, great variety of exercise equipment, and good number of cardio machines. It can get busy so I try mid day on week days, weekends are not too busy.

This one is on the small side. It doesn't have the lockers you can lock. It also only has a couple towelette dispensers. Overall it's still a great gym. I'm giving this one one less star because of the size as it was more busy feeling because of the actual building being smaller. I know from personal experience that the trainers are absolutely amazing at this gym. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been a member at this gym for about 2 years and never had a complaint about anything. The machines are top quality and everything is ALWAYS clean. The trainers are amazing and are always around for any questions and even go out of their way to show and teach you. I wouldn’t change locations at all. I feel bad for anyone whose home gym this is. The manager is going around going green the wrong way with so many restrictions. One disinfecting wipe per machine, one towel per workout, and no paper towels anywhere. There is also no locked belonging spaces available. The space is way too crammed and there is only private room with everything including yoga mats and bikes into one area. The treadmills are so old that they have pre-lightning charging/data cords for iPods and no touchscreens. It's a brand new gym and don't see where their maintenance fees are going to.

I’m from Wisconsin and was visiting family but found this great place to workout. This location definitely has more amenities than in my small town of Wisconsin. The vending machine, towels to dry sweat, multi mode rope trainer, and punching bag are all great. I was definitely was impressed with this club.
