These coaches and this facility is a gem for this area. As a coach for a decade prior to coming to Tyler, TX, I can confidently say this is the best facility, programming and staff I have encountered. The level of care from Sam and his coaches, Logan, Brandon, Jalen, and Conner is unmatched. My wife and I started here a year ago with their spherical adult program and it has been truly life changing. We drive from Ben Wheeler, which is 45 minutes away because of all that I have stated above. Thank you APEC for everything!

I really enjoyed the workouts—truly fantastic. However, I moved out of town in May after purchasing a home, which made attending much less convenient. I attempted to cancel my membership in June and reached out multiple times to the Tyler location via phone, email, and even social media, but I never received a response.

After two weeks of no communication, I contacted the Fort Worth location the day before I was billed for July. They were helpful and processed both my cancellation and a refund for June, which I appreciated. That said, it’s unacceptable that I had to go through another location to get a resolution.

Additionally, despite requesting it, I never received a copy of my membership agreement to understand the cancellation policy and ensure I was following the proper process.

Great workouts, but the customer service at the Tyler location was very disappointing. Prompt and clear communication should be a basic standard.

I've tried my entire life to find a workout plan that works for me. APEC Spherical provides an engaging and high-intensity program that's kept my routine consistent for several years now. Professional athlete training. They offer something for everyone. Whether you are a professional or you are recovering from a medical issue. They offer the support the knowledge and the motivation to get you back where you need to be. Next time I have to be rehabbed this is where it will be. You can get a real support system here good luck getting it at some of these other rehabs in Tyler. Well...they started turning on the stadium lights at 5am. They shine right in the bedroom...man oh man. They turn on the music at 5am. Sometimes til 9pm. Guess what? Not my kind of music. Real drag. I dont see how these people get up and work out before dawn. Plus me waking up that early? Better just crash all day and stay up all nite.
