This started out being a really great experience with APEX until I needed to cancel for medical reasons, I am now being treated as if I am a liar because I am not sending them a doctors note??? I am under NO CONTRACT and was told at the time of joining that I can cancel my membership at any time which is absolutely incorrect, I have REPEATEDLY attempted to cancel and told by Brad that I have to cancel IN PERSON???? They are so desperate they CONTINUE to try and draft a payment. Please be cautious about joining here, you never know what curve ball life throws you and it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to get out, also the last month I was there I paid for a FULL month and only went to 2 sessions and they are saying I owe them money, I’m the one that’s owed … this is really upsetting. I regret coming here!!!

I joined Apex Fitness Prosper in my 60s with a specific goal: to build strength for my aerial classes—something I never imagined doing at my age. I had not worked out much before as I would get bored by myself but D’mitri at Apex made me feel completely comfortable from day one. He created a workout plan that was manageable and tailored to my level and goals.
After just a few months, I’m already feeling stronger and more balanced. My aerials have improved as well. The environment is positive and supportive, and very encouraging. If you’re older and just starting out like me, I can’t recommend Apex Fitness enough. It’s never too late to start something new!

I’ve been going to Apex for a little over a month now, and I’m blown away with the results so far. I’ve lost weight, but more importantly, I’m gaining critical muscle mass, strengthening my core and establishing a consistent routine.
Coaches Mary & Brad have been awesome to work with. They’re highly encouraging and provide a custom plan to help you achieve your goals.
I look so forward to continue this journey with Apex so I can finally realize my lifetime fitness and health goals!

This is a fantastic place, and Coach Brad and Coach Mary are incredible. Monthly in-body measurements give you an unbiased review of your progress, and they follow and adjust based on that. I highly recommend and have been going there for a long time.

Fantastic coaches who are able to work with your needs and personalize the workouts for YOU. I wanted to build strength and correct my posture - its been only 3 months since I’ve joined and I can positively say I’m slowly and steadily getting there. Discipline and consistency is all you need. Would highly recommend taking your first step and joining APEX.

I am very happy with my progress at Apex Fitness. D’mitri and AJ are excellent coaches who genuinely care about your progress and posture. Once you discuss your goals they work with you to add workouts that cater to your goals. Highly recommend!!

I’ve had an amazing experience at the apex fitness center, and I especially want to highlight how awesome Mary is! She is incredibly kind, encouraging, and genuinely cares about your progress. She creates such a positive and motivating environment that makes working out something I actually look forward to. Mary has a real talent for pushing you past your limits in the best way - I’ve seen such a difference in my strength and confidence thanks to her. I absolutely love the small group personal training sessions; they are fun, effective and perfectly tailored. Highly recommend.

I'm 65+ and suffer from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've battled with my weight for years and recently developed sciatica problems. To say I deal with chronic and debilitating pain is an understatement. Brad has been an absolute savior in my journey to overcome these issues. Whether it's advice on diet or exercise, nutritional needs or just good old positive encouragement, Brad has proven to be instrumental in my success! Without doubt, I am now in the best shape I've been in in years, my weight is no longer a health issue/concern, my RA no longer prevents me from working out the way I want to and the unbearable sciatica pain is gone thanks to Brad and a lacrosse ball! He is passionate, intense, professional, friendly and sincerely there to help. This guy is the real deal.
