Great friendly people! They push you without time limits or scoreboards that rush or shame anyone.
Be careful to park directly against the APTX building and not at the other properties.

This is the best gym in Tyler. I've been in town here for a few months and have tried quite a few now and the people, workouts, and atmosphere can't be beat. Definitely worth a try!
