I've enrolled all of my kiddos here beginning at 9 months old. The kids love it and are progressing with their swimming skills nicely. There have been times when we needed a coach change because we didnt really jive - nothing serious or dangerous - but the front desk helped us get with another coach without a hitch. I can say the program may be a bit slower than some other swim schools but the kids look forward to it every weekend.

One critique would be that finding a dressing room before and after the classes at peak times is a pain, but that can be worked around.

Water is cold , I told one of the girls up front that on the website they promote water temp at a certain degree but in reality it’s not. As per the employee the regional manager does not want to change it. I also asked why there’s days where is really warm in there and feel muggy and again was told the ac is control by the regional manager. I don’t understand how the regional manager wants things to benefit them and not the kids who pay to attend and be in a comfortable environment.

I visited this facility and my experience was not the best to say the least. This location was not organized at all, one person manning the front desk this person seemed bothered and overwhelmed with the amount of people coming in. Very slow in processing payments, documentation, etc. she was very short with her communication and seemed she did not know a lot of information we as customers need. She was so rude with one lady trying to enroll her child I overheard her continuously referring her to another location? I get it, it’s the weekend she’s young but your business hours are not crazy! Management needs to be better! We are trusting you with our children and yes I understand it’s a choice but you too have a choice in doing what is right all the time because at the end of the day it is your job.

I've been bringing my toddler here since they were old enough to participate (4 months I believe). The classes are more than the city BUT their schedule/flexibility and class sizes made it the right option for our family. We've been through many coaches and most have been wonderful, the perfect loving, firm, professional and efficient (even when handling multiple toddlers). Coach Angela was our favorite at level 2. At level 3 coach Aaron and Maite always take the cake. But again, all coaches have been great and the front staff the kindest to our babe.

Had my daughters 1st birthday party here and it was all very disorganized and showed no one was communicating with each other. To the party planner/instructor not reaching out to us until the week of my daughters party only because we had called twice and showed up the third time, after we showed up she texted us that night. To staff not keeping me informed of how much time I had left, to saying they had more long tables but actually only had 2 long tables only for the “kids table”, it was all false advertisement too on them showing me all these beautiful party pictures they had previously but yet didn’t even decorate the glass wall they had informed me the night prior saying it was going to be decorated. The only thing they did was a sad kids table. I would ask and ask about how much time I had left and I would get told I had 10 more minutes or 30 more minutes we paid for 2 extra hours and getting out of the pool after being told I only had 30 mins left i was told I actually had an hour left…I was already changed and ready to go home… I give it 2 out of 5 stars simply because the pool was cool and my daughter loves water but wouldn’t be returning to experience all that again.

Not all instructors are equally invested, so I tried different schedules until I found an instructor and small class that I liked for my kids. I don’t have a pool, so I’d book a weekend at local hotels to have the girls swim for hours. We were able to stop Aqua-Tots classes in less than five months. Please be quick to cancel your membership; otherwise, an automatic, annual renewal fee will be charged to your account.

Very disappointed with our experience with the Aqua-Tots on north side. My daughter had attended this school before COVID and management and the instructors were very nice and on top of things. We started up again in summer of 2023 and classes were cancelled with very short notice (informed by email before class so if not signed on your out of luck), instructors would report how great my daughter was doing and how much she had improved after her class, but failed on several occassions to update her chart so never advanced to next level even though several of her instructors commented on how she should have already been moved to the next level. I never complained because my daughter actually liked going and staff was nice, but sad to see how management & staff is just not up to par post COVID.

I registered my children for swimming lessons. Initially, there were errors in the registration process, resulting in incorrect amounts being charged. These were later rectified with a credit. However, the requested dates were not honored due to scheduling conflicts with makeup classes. As a result, we opted for a summer intensive program.

Prior to the summer intensive, my children and I experienced a medical situation that was supported by documentation. Despite our efforts to reach out and provide this information, we did not receive a response for several months. Eventually, after persistent follow-up, including an inquiry made by my sister when she brought her daughter for lessons, a credit was issued after a three-month delay.

Unfortunately, the credit was utilized to schedule makeup classes without our explicit consent. All of our credit was exhausted in this manner, and my children only attended the initial complimentary lesson without fully benefiting from the membership. Our attempts to communicate and resolve this issue have been met with unresponsiveness, with assurances of callbacks that never materialize and emails that go unanswered.

This place is very poorly managed. From the very start it’s been a hassle, they never answer phones, their business hours online and on their door don’t match up with their true business hours.
The staff are not knowledgeable in their plans, it took a while for us to even sign our daughter up because the staff member was confused about the plans.

Lastly, they cancel without giving any prior notice, though they claim that they do. I had my 16 month old enrolled here and it’s not easy to pack up, get her ready, and drive to this place just to find out that they canceled. I was told that they would provide us with a free makeup class, but to their convenience the staff member couldn’t find any availability for this free makeup class.

My son is doing the fast track here and has completed week one. In that one week he has already picked up on a lot of tips to help him continue to use at pools. The staff are very nice and helpful. I love I get an email on how he's progressing each day. My tip is that there is a lot of kids going in and out of the pool area so you do have to make sure that your child is there right before their slot time and make sure you don't miss them starting without your child. I do want to note that my son has been eagerly trying to learn to swim on his own prior to the session starting but couldn't figure out how to get his body to move, or find the right rhythm with his legs, this class has been helping him with all of that in the first week.

This place is the worst. If you want to waste your money, go right ahead. Everything they promise is a lie. They can’t keep their swimming instructors. My daughter had nothing but different coaches for an entire month and all the good coaches that are left only teach private classes. The general manager is probably the worst manager I’ve ever interacted with.She lacks empathy and should probably find a different job where she doesn’t interact with people. She called me and didn’t even listen to any of my complaints. She’s so delusional of how the place is actually running. My daughter has been there for 4 months and hasn’t progressed. $175 x4 months=$700 of no accountability. Still waiting for regional manager to call.

Had to find an activity for the kids to keep them out of the heat and off of their devices so I brought them here!! The ladies at the front counter were always there to make changes and help out with the schedule we had. Only thing I would change is a bigger space for parent to hang out. My toddler loved going to swimming and the instructors are nice! But there was a boy who wouldn’t stop trying to push her/shove her into the water and nothing was really done about it which made her not want to go anymore. The parents wouldn’t do anything they would just watch it happen, I feel like the instructor should at least tell the parents something but they wouldn’t. The instructor has to deal with many kids at once, that little boy could have pushed my child into the water and something bad could have happened!

It's a great place to take your kiddos to learn how to swim. I love that the pool is indoors, so that my child learns how to swim without being cooked by the sun.
I'm not sure what the hiring process is for Aquatots, but I think one of the application questions is, "Can you take a child spitting out water in your face and then screaming at you at the top of their lungs? THEN YOU'RE HIRED"!
So basically the staff is very patient and understandable.

Pay my son private lesson for six month and get one month free, not satisfied the school. the coach nerve gave enough time. One time the coach only gave 20 mins( 30 mins/per class), I did complained to the manager, the manager only said sorry to me. That is not what I want to hear, I want to hear they promise me this will not happen again. But the fact is they not only cut class time, but also change my son 's coach frequently. within 7 months they changed 3 time coath.

Today I notice the school charged my Credit card without my permission! Terrible! I am so angry! I didn't signed the contract, and nobody called me before charge my credit card. Terrible School!
