My husband and I both feel comfortable and well taken care of here. No pushy diets talk or unsupervised workouts. Form is quickly corrected to avoid injuries. Jessica and Stephanie are both very professional, attentive, and upbeat- and their attitudes make workouts fun. I highly recommend personal training with Jessica, she is knowledgeable and encouraging.
