Took many programs here and each one was very helpgul in its own way. One of them was the SKY Breath Meditation Program ... there i learned an easy to do breathing technique that's took me to a deep state of meditation ... rejuvenating the whole system. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a meditation practice or just looking for improving overall wellbeing.

Very serene place! I Have gone to multiple yoga programs and picnics here. A lot to explore and have fun or just to chill out! The Programs have been wonderful! A place to recharge and revitalize oneself from the busy world. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Art of living community is very helpful in San Antonio. When I first came to San Antonio I got a very good support from them, just like a big join family.
They do lot of yoga and meditation regularly. They do lot of service for free for the needy people. They help to get destress and lot of other cool activity.
I would say you should join their free yoga class and intra talk

It's outrageous to do the Art of Living workshop. It has increased my focus and ability to concentrate. It has helped me find peace in the midst of life's challenges...divorce, illness, financial stress, family stuff..everything. I often think that "Oh no! I've lost it" but then rather than being stuck there within a short time I can move on. This I like.
