We absolutely love ASI Gymnastics, and we especially want to highlight Coach Maiya. She has been coaching our son Oliver for over a year now, and he absolutely adores her. Maiya has a gift for connecting with kids she’s patient, encouraging, and knows exactly how to bring out the best in them.

We’ve watched Oliver grow so much in his confidence and his skills, and it’s all thanks to her consistency, positivity, and genuine passion for what she does. Every class is something he looks forward to.

My daughter loves coming here! She has been in tiny tots for a year and is about to move up soon. The coaches are great and the updated facility is amazing.....
I really dislike that they did away with the lollipop treats. the kids are so disappointed. All because 1 parent complained that their children didn't get a treat because their kids weren't listening. Since when do you treat bad behavior??? My daughters lollipop was taken away 1 time and that's all it took for her to come back and act right the next week. Please bring back the treats for the kids. Most of them actually deserve them and if a parent disagrees with their rules, they probably don't belong there anyways!

My daughter has been attending ASI for quite sometime. She has had her share of coaches and I can say with ease that Coach Aerris, Maiya and Jade are all top notch. The new remodel is fantastic and allows for more space and room for all the gymnasts and parents. I love the discipline and commitment each coach has for these guys and gals. 💯 recommend.

If your kids want to learn gymnastics, I would not recommend sending them here.
We started with a trial class and loved it! My daughters had a coach for a few sessions that they really loved but once that coach left they had 3 others. Just so much inconsistency with coaches.. seems like they can’t keep coaches to stay or someone is always out sick. We even showed up to class once and no one was ready to coach and we didn’t have a heads up. And who did coach the class looked shocked that they would have to, probably because they weren’t certified yet (I found out the next week).
There’s inconsistency in the terms the coaches use as well when doing different skills which is confusing for the kids.
They just got the whole facility remodeled which is great… but if there’s no personalized attention with the kids, inconsistency, and they’re not doing real gymnastics.. then it’s not worth it to me.
I felt like I should write this review to help other parents because if I had seen an honest review like this then I wouldn’t have brought my girls here since I did a lot of research beforehand.
So if you’re only looking for a good physical activity to get your kids moving then this place could work for you since it’s like a glorified PE class with some gymnastics equipment.. but if your kid wants to genuinely learn gymnastics then this is not the place for you.

Never in my life have I been so outraged by a place or teacher. First of all picking on little kids and isolating them. Let me explain
I first enrolled my kids in gymnastics because they wanted to try it. I deliberately enrolled them in a class with very few kids after a couple of weeks. The teacher didn’t even show up so we got pushed to join a bigger class which I was OK with because at this age it is just for fun. Honestly, after a couple more sessions, I really wasn’t that happy with the class because the teacher looked overwhelmed and cannot focus on the kids. But as I was saying at an age 3 and four gymnastics is just to get some exposure. But yesterday was the most frustrating livid thing I ever experienced as a parent. Both my kids were not focusing as well as they usually do because like everybody they have good days and bad days. They weren’t doing anything bad they were just being kids. At one point or another they were crying so I had to talk with them to make sure they focus for the rest of the class. At the end of class, everybody lines up and gets a sticker and a lollipop. Both my kids comes running, bawling, crying so I asked him what was wrong. They couldn’t even talk. So finally my little one said the teacher didn’t give us a lollipop. I thought it was a mistake so I asked a teacher and she said they didn’t listen so they didn’t deserve one. You do not isolate one kid and embarrass them in front of everybody in there, especially in front of other parents and kids. You give everybody one or you don’t give anybody anything especially at three and four years old. Just last week a little girl pulled on my youngest daughter’s hair and nothing was done, but she was also given a lollipop that day so I don’t know why my kids are getting treated that way. Just the fact, the teacher haley embarrass my kids like that was just unjustified for. I hope she doesn’t teach anymore. There was no apology which I’m still waiting for. I told the front desk we are done and we are quitting gymnastics. I hope other people read this and watch out for how their kids get treated.

We love ASI Gymnastics!! We recently had my daughter’s 9th birthday there and Coach Chelsea and Coach Jeremiah were amazing! They assisted with setup for the party and really made the process less stressful for me. One suggestion I would like to make is give more time to set up for the parties because 15 minutes simply is not enough. Despite this I was pleased with the Ninja Party and the coaches!!

Let me tell y’all this place is amazing. 🤩 My daughter loves to come, and she is always counting the days for her class. All coaches are great, but she really loves coach Annabelle. Coach Annabelle is very nice with the kids and motivates them. Also, she is good explaining every routine and doesn’t stop until the student feels more confident doing it. I will definitely keep bringing my daughter here and probably my other kids once they have the appropriate age.

We recently held our Son's 9th Birthday party at ASI. He wanted a Ninja birthday party and this was the closest thing we could find. While they do have several different obstacles that are a lot the show America Ninja warrior, they were also able to cater to the littles that cannot do those things. My son had a great time, Coach Lucas and Coach Austin were absolutely fantastic. They were very good at keeping the kiddos under control and actively engaged. My message would be to the owners/leadership. While most of the kids were younger, they did have older siblings that were a tad bored. Due to the safety policy, the older kids were not really allowed to deviate from the activity that the coaches had the kids on. For example, not allowed to free jump on the trampolines. Structure is nice however, the kids did want some time to have free run of the place ( obviously with a bit of oversight to keep them from hurting each other). The concern from the business side was injury liability. While I understand this, I would think that the waivers you are required to sign would attempt to cover that. We did have the entire facility to ourselves for the party which was nice. Something to note, all floor activity is first before any food/snacks and Cake. This is so the kids don't get super active immediately after eating and make a mess on the equipment and floor. Totally a great move in my opinion. Overall a pretty cool place for a fun Birthday. The entire staff was over the top helpful and polite and, the facility was clean.

We were very excited to start gymnastics with our toddler, and found a perfect fit with Coach Elenor! She’s great with all the kids, keeps them engaged for all 50 minutes and communicates well with the parents. I was a little worried at first going to a gym that wasn’t just for toddlers, but ASI Arlington has a great program and coach!

We had our daughter's birthday party there and it was fantastic! Our daughter and her friends loved it. We also had great compliments from other parents. Our hosts, Jorge and Brandon, were awesome! They helped from carrying food and drinks upstairs to decorating the tables, serving the food, and handing out the cupcakes, and cleaning up in addition to doing all the fun games with the kids. We had our son’s 4th birthday at ASI gymnastics in Arlington and it was incredible! I’ve never had such great customer service, attention to details and kindness when planning a birthday party. I didn’t expect all of the help they would provide. They even setup an area for the little kids (2 and under) to play while the bigger kids (4year +) participated in the birthday activities. It was so kind! We had wonderful coaches Jorge, Brandon and David. They exceeded our expectations! The kids and parents had such a great time. This facility is so nice, spacious and clean. Here in Arlington if you have you kid think twice when is time for competition if you kid is on competition level!!

Also the communication with the staff they are so rude, stop paying to this gym if you daughter is in competition level they will squeeze all you money with this type of lies and stupid uniforms, I’m really upset the sand think is may daughter doesn’t want to go no more because she lost her first competition 1.- the Leo’s she didn’t get those on time i ordered since September 2024 I just picked them up 1/3/25
2.- the staff never informed that it was going to be competition.
According to them the send a email that never received that later when I ask about it they told me that my email wasn’t working properly ( another lie)

My 3 and 4 year old do gymnastics here once a week. They absolutely love Coach Haley and so do I! She keeps it engaging and fun, but is helping my 4 year old learn how to listen. My kids always are excited for gymnastics day and I cannot thank Haley enough for that. It’s not cheap, but they really have invested the money in their staff and equipment. Everything is in good shape and they change it up every single lesson. They incorporate concepts outside of gymnastics like colors, numbers, active listening, and imagination. My daughter started at 3 yrs old and has been attending for about 6 months. They offer lots of classes, including Saturday and evenings. She’s had her coaches switched out a few times but she’s spent the most time with coach Maya and coach Jerry. They are my favorites because they are attentive with the children and patient. He’s a fantastic instructor who clearly loves his job, as shown by how he interacts with each gymnast. We have LOVED ASI! Our daughter joined at 18 months and has learned so much more than just gymnastics. They teach basic ballet poses as well as so many social skills. Many of our friends try other gymnastics places that are geared to only toddlers, but we love being somewhere where our daughter can grow into a sport and stay where she is loved and cared for. Our time at ASI Gymnastics has been fantastic thus far. The rapport Coach Mya has built with my daughter has greatly improved her confidence and skill within the sport. As a parent, I appreciate the attention Coach Mya gives each student and the recommendations for additional training to strengthen their skill outside of class. ASI Gymnastics is nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a safe and fun environment. Coach Eleanor instantly made us feel welcomed, setting the tone for a fantastic experience. The coaching staff, including Taylor, Kiara, Coach Cruz, and Chelsea, are exceptional. I recently enrolled my son into the summer camp at asi , he came home and told be he had the best time ! , one specific coach he told me about was a lady named coach Miranda , she made sure he wasn’t feeling alone and that he was involved. He definitely broke out of his shell and will definitely be coming again this summer , thank you to Miranda for making sure he felt safe and involved .

Coach Aeris is absolutely amazing!! She’s helped my girls grow in gymnastics so much!! She takes the time and makes sure they understand a drill and even does videos for at home practice!!! My youngest is ADHD and she keeps her on track and engaged the entire class!! I can’t forget about coach Carson he can show my baby something one time and they have it!! Coach Maya is also an amazing coach my daughter started with her in gymnastics and she worked with her and she advanced to the next level before she even turned 5!! They really have more awesome coaches but my children just have not had the chance to work with them but just watching them they are so good with the children. Even the manager Ellenor is awesome she watches out for the babies and when my baby finally got a concept we all celebrated she was so happy for her, we all were but it was a great feeling seeing Ellenor and coach Aeris celebrate with us! Love this place so much we’re never leaving‼️

We love ASI Arlington. My 5 y/o and 3 y/o attend classes here and they look forward to going. When we started out my 5 y/o had a goal to learn how to cartwheel and she definitely met that goal with Coach Kimmy. She’s great with the kids and really helps them to trust their bodies. We also love Coach Maya who works with our 3 y/o. She’s is spectacular with the littles. She knows how to deescalate the meltdowns and refocus their attention. The prices are comparable to any other gym. I believe you get more for your money here as the classes are almost a full hour opposed to 30-45 mins like other gyms. The facility is clean as well. I highly recommend this gym.

My Daughter loves going to gymnastics every week. We have been in since October 2023 and my 4 year old has already advanced 2 times. Coach Maiya is so patient with my daughter who can get a little off track at times (as young children do lol). Everyone is always extra kind. Anytime i call i normally get Taylor on the phone and she always provides great customer service.

I also like that they have waitlists available for different class times to notify you if something else becomes available.

We started back pre-Covid and My daughter has grown here! We have experienced the Girls: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Advance Gold, Power Tumbling + Gold and Advance Gold! She loves the coaches she has been with and has experienced a wonderful time with Coach Jade and Coach Kailey. (Specifically Coach Kailey is passionate with her position and is very skilled and educated on the techniques she teachers her students). I could go on but you just have to visit for a trail class or come in and try a Parents night out!

Would never recommend a birthday party here unless your children are toddler age. They do not let kids free play at any time. Our whole group had to travel to each “station” with a coach. These are 10 year old kids. They were so disappointed! My daughter had been looking forward to an open gym experience with her friends for so long. I would never have paid the $400+ if I would have known that the kids would be so greatly limited! I would understand if some activities were off limits, but not allowing kids to free play was such a disappointment!!! Go somewhere else for your birthday experience.

We've had two birthday parties here and they were both fantastic! Both the regular party and the ninja party went well. There are two coaches who lead the whole party ... from activities to cake to presents and even bring the presents out to the car. Everyone was helpful, kind and fun - Our girls had a blast!

We had our daughters 6th birthday party at ASI. The employees went above and beyond our expectations. The team there were so attentive and had such incredible energy! Benji and Dillon did such an amazing job helping us set up, clean up, served food/ cupcakes and kept the kids entertained. Natalie and Taylor greeted all of our guest, made sure everyone signed the waiver and continued to follow up us throughout the party if we needed anything. To say we were satisfied is an understatement. Thank you so much to all of them for making the party so easy! Highly recommend.

My girls have been attending ASI Arlington since March 2022, and we love it. All of the coaches have been wonderful and caring about the children's performance and skills learning. We Love coach Ashley (arlington location) ! The manager and coaches are super sweet, kind and caring! My little Dino hurt her arm doing a routine seat drop on the trampoline. They called me twice a day to check in my little Dino, and relayed the information to all the coaches. Communication was very top notch! The classes for toddlers are super fun, very active, and the kids LOVE EVERY MINUTE!

ASI gymnastics did an absolutely amazing field trip for Northstar School. Our students are ages 12 to 18 and everyone had a great time, whether playing a game led by an ASI coach or running around having free time. It was the absolute perfect thing to do on Friday before spring break! The ASI coaches were so helpful, so energetic, and so interactive with our students. We could not have asked for more!

All the way around WOW!!!! Just had our 2 daughters’ joint birthday party at ASI today and I am absolutely blown away. Literally the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted by smiling coaches who assisted with unloading my car AND setting up the whole party! It just went up from there. The children were thoroughly entertained for the duration and the staff was so fun and positive- they truly cared about making our experience phenomenal. The staff made balloon animals which I had no idea was going to happen, but was such a special touch. I wish I could give 10 stars!! My only regret is that I did not get their names. I will be spreading the word and will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

We've only been here for birthday parties, but we are huge fans! We had my son's birthday party here today and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The facility is clean, well-lit, and much cooler than expected for a gym. They do a great mixture of fun and challenging things that keep the kids engaged and active. The staff is absolutely phenomenal! They're so great with the kids, they do an amazing job.

We had Jade, Andy (for a bit), and Jeffrey for our party and they were all beyond fabulous. Easiest party ever :)

My sons have both had amazing coaches. Coach Andrew, Natalie, and Kayle(not sure on spelling) are all really perfect with kids. For younger coaches, they all have really solid grasps on teaching through positive reinforcement, great control of larger groups, and seem so positive all the time. Props to those three. They have made my kids experience here great.

My grandson who is now 7 has been going to ASI since he was 2. Now we've learned this gym will no longer be offering boys gymnastics. only "ninja classes." Not sure what that is but if we wanted him to learn martial arts we would have him at a dojo thst teaches real mattial arts. Since he is a promising gymnast we will have to move him to another gym
He's very disappointed and has lost some of his enthusiasm for the sports. Hopefully he will adjust to the new place and continue with the sport.
