We had our son’s 4th birthday party here. He had so much fun! Landon & Savannah were our coaches and made it so fun for the kids! They facilitated games & activities & kept the party running smoothly. 10/10 would host another party here! The only thing I wish was different was more time. 1.5 hr goes by so quick, but there’s no option to extend it longer unless you’re the last party of the day. Good place for girls to do gymnastics. Just 2 things I suggest to improve.

1. Between class organization. Its a mess every time class is about to start that we have to keep looking for the coach. Specially since they rotate coaches very often.

2. Waiting area for parents. Definetely need more places to seat.

I wish there is a zero star to give, I had my kids at ASI Gymnastics in Keller for three years, hoping to see progress in their skills, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and they seem to prioritize flashy advertisements and clean facilities over the actual development of the children. While the gym looks nice, the coaching quality does not match up.

Despite the high prices compared to other gyms, there was little to no improvement in my kids' abilities. It became clear that their focus is more on collecting fees than truly training and nurturing young gymnasts. If you're looking for a place that genuinely invests in your child’s growth, I would recommend exploring other options.

This was the most amazing experience ever! All the party hosts were super sweet, polite, and on top of the schedule. They helped set up, kept the kids safe and entertained, helped with handing out food, cake, breakdown, and getting everything into our car at the end. When we decided to put our daughter in gymnastics, we did research on different gymnastics gyms in the DFW area. We did a few different trial classes at different gyms before making our decision. From the moment we walked into ASI Keller, we were treated with the best customer service. The Gym Manager, Katie, met us at the door and got us all checked in. She gave us a tour of the facility and got us introduced to our coach. We started in the Tiny Tots class with Coach Melanie. Melanie is the absolute best! Our daughter was extremely nervous and very scared to try anything new. Melanie was so patient and took the time to help her overcome her fears. Our daughter had the best time, so we signed up immediately!!
We have been in class at ASI Keller for about year now. Our daughter has since moved up to Kidz Gym 1 and is learning and growing each week! Coach Melanie is still our coach and we have done classes with Coach Katie as well. Our daughter LOVES Coach Melanie and she loves Coach Katie just as much. She has made great improvements from being super shy when we walked in to the gym and wanting mom or dad to come with, to walking in and running straight for her coach!! I cannot say enough great things about this gym and their coaches!!

I love the fact that they close the entire space down for the party and you actually get the space to yourself and there’s no public access to the space. Stating my experience. They create their own rating. So based on my experience, this is the rating they chose to let me leave with. They say 3 and up but it should be 5 and up as free play is not allowed. Also, from a party perspective, the activities are for 5 and up. A childs feelings do not matter here. The teenager coaches are not patient with toddlers and dont have the childcare training to keep them engaged didnt try to make things right. They only quote policy and there are no real adults anywhere. They don't get a coach to play with them at their age level. They aren't allowed to play on their own. Not even on the small trampolines. Their consolation prize is a small bucket with random toys. They don't consider the different spectrums in some children who don't understand what they did wrong and can't play. Nor do they, considering the price and the goal of returning customers, try and make it work. No manager came out to help cover the front desk, so the coach manning the front desk could help with the 1 party going on. It wasn't great taking my autistic child out of the fun, in the car, and driving away. Luckily, Altitude saved the day with only charging a parent fee of $2.00. Even helped me fill out my form, considering my son was still having a meltdown from the experience at ASI. She was very patient, helped me zip my purse, and kept the line calm. She was sorry to hear about my situation and knew getting him on a trampoline was key. For a kindhearted loving kid, he shouldn't have gone through this. Nor putting the hostess in a very awkward position. Really, a guest leaving a party they were invited to? Where the host paid so they could be there. No refund, no credit for the experience, and most importantly, no apology. Thank you for the great party experience ASI. I've never had to leave a party before. By the way, USA Ninja challenge in Keller allows free play. And has enough coaches to keep an eye on all age levels. And if there is a group activity about to happen that isn't age appropriate, they give the parents a heads up with what it is and how long until free play returns. Still can't believe my 3 year old son, who was excited about going to a party, had to leave a party just because he was being a 3 year old.

I love this place! My daughter really enjoys coming here. She has continuously progressed while attending Emily’s class and she is always excited to come in. Emily is a wonderful instructor. She is patient and gentle with every child in her class. She is one of the best toddler group instructors. I have never met a more patient staff. My daughter is having a hard time learning the routine of what’s it’s like to be at gymnastics. She has ran away, screamed, cried, etc. (She is 3) They have ALL been so patient and sweet. I’m so happy to have found such a caring gym. She loves coming here and gets super excited every time we tell her it’s time to go to ASI. Even though she has some separation anxiety, she has done very well thanks to everyone here.

We had a great time for our daughters fifth birthday. The coaches were great with the kids and made it do easy on the parents. From set up to clean up- so easy. All kids had a great time!

Hosted my daughter's birthday party at the Keller location. Staff went above and beyond! From helping to unload/load our vehicle, set up decorations, serve the guests food, and write names down and what gift was given. I was able to entertain and talk with the parents. It was a stress event! I highly recommend to have your kids party here or sign them up for gymnastics!

AMAZING place for a birthday party!!
We had all ages of kids and every single one had a blast! The staff handled literally everything. They helped set up, served cake, helped with presents, cleaned everything up. I can't say enough about how great our experience was. Thanks ASI !!!

The manager Taryn fired 1 of the best longtime coaches. This left poor kids and parents wondering whom is going to teach their children. Most of the other coaches don't have as much experience???? BAD MANAGEMENT!

All of the staff has been professional and extremely courteous. The front desk staff are friendly and treated my children with extreme kindness beyond the scope of their duties. I cannot recommend ASI Keller enough for anyone.

Don’t waste your time, this place is basically trying to have as many students in class as possible, they do not make sure the girls are learning and progressing. Complete waste of your child’s time and your money!

We love ASI gymnastics! My daughter has been going here about 5 years. She was new to gymnastics at the time and is currently on team level 2. They have recently taught her to do a back handspring and we are so happy about it. She likes the coaches here, too many to list. I have always liked that she is active during the whole class. There is not much standing around at all. So there is no wasted time during class (as opposed to my older daughter’s experience at a different place). She has started going here for daycare also and it is by far her favorite place. No surprise since it is full of equipment to enjoy. My only negative comment would be that there isn’t enough parent seating and parking during prime times. But those are pretty much non-issues to me since she enjoys the place so much and the coaches are really good. And they are very nice about doing make up classes without needing any reason at all. The people at the front desk will bend over backwards to be helpful (get it? lol).

5 and 6 pm classes are packed. A big crowd forms in front of the entrance waiting for someone to leave and then people try to grab that spot not caring if you were standing there before them. I have heard coaches complain of them adding more students to their classes and I have seen whole classes added to the time slots. There is not enough seating for this. I do really like the coaches and my daughter loves it here. I just wish they would somehow add seating. Even on the toddler side seating runs out and parents sit along the floors. This has become frustrating enough that I am searching for a new gymnastics place.

My child Channing loves this place. She doesn’t quit if it is too hard because her coach(coach Jenifer) helps her through the skill.At the trampoline at our house she does flips on it everyday that she learned from her coach at ASI.
