I’ve been bringing my kids to ASI Gymnastics – The Woodlands for a little over a year now, and it continues to be an incredible experience every time. My kids absolutely love it here! The coaching staff—Terrence, Taylor, Jordan, Shieana, and Britney—are fantastic. They’re not only skilled and attentive but also genuinely care about the kids’ progress and confidence.

And I can’t forget to highlight the amazing team at the front desk—Ms. Lisa, Shanaria, and Chase are always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. Their professionalism and friendliness make every visit smooth and enjoyable. Whether it’s answering questions or helping with scheduling, they always go above and beyond.

We had the most wonderful birthday party at ASI Gymnastics! From start to finish, the experience was stress-frew for the parents and so much fun for the kids!

The staff went above and beyond to make everything special. They helped us carry our decorations in and out, set up, and pack up! They were incredibly sweet with the kids, making sure everyone felt included and had a great time.

One of the best parts? We had the whole facility to ourselves! The kids had a blast running, jumping, tumbling, and playing freely in a safe and clean environment. It felt like a private celebration tailored just for us.

My family moves A LOT and we have been apart of many different gyms. ASI Gymnastics in The Woodlands is by far the best we’ve ever been apart of - nationwide. The coaches really care about your child, teaches them and progresses them better than I have ever seen. One of the things that will get any parents attention is being informed regarding their children. Chase at the front desk had great customer service! Coach Jessica works well with our daughter and created an atmosphere she enjoyed. Outside of the communication the ringing of the bell gave me the impression of the culture. We recently had our son's birthday party here and it was the absolute best experience! The entire staff made it to where we didn't have to lift a finger and we could just enjoy the party. I love ASI at the Woodlands! Just had a very successful 8th Birthday party for my daughter. The staff was super friendly and so helpful! Would recommend anyone to have a party with ASI. As soon as I arrived they took care of everything! Unloaded my car, set up the decorations, played with the kids for an hour, then came back to serve pizza, and cake! We have gone to ASI for their day camps for the last year. Today was no different except for the amazing Lisa!
I left early to pick up my daughter at 1pm from the day camp only to find myself in the worst unexpected construction/accident traffic on 1488. I called ASI to let them know I would be late and they were kind and even tried to help me find an alternative route to get there. I arrived at 2:30pm and found out some pretty terrible news while I waited in traffic. Needless to say I was very upset that my daughter had to wait on me for an hour and a half as well as the burden I placed on them for having to watch over her.
In all of the chaos, Lisa was so calm and wonderful. She gave my daughter coloring pages and lovingly watched over her. She also had some kind words for me. Her kindness was exactly what was needed and I appreciated her so very much!! You have a real keeper ASI Woodlands!

My daughter has been attending for a year and a half, and we absolutely love it. She's had the pleasure of working with Coach Victoria, Coach Makayla, and Coach Anthony—each of whom she’s had fantastic experiences with. She’s also built relationships with the other coaches through Parents Night Out and Open Gym. We even hosted her 4th birthday here, and it was a 10/10 experience! I highly recommend this place to anyone considering enrolling their little one in gymnastics. Cumpleaños de mi hijo en ASÍ Gimnastics Woodlands.. El año pasado lo habíamos celebrado allí y nos había ido bárbaro, con un coordinador más que amable con los niños, quien no solo entretuvo a lo niños, sino que también brindó un servicio de atención y organización de la fiesta excelente, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de la celebración.
Lamentablemente , este año volvimos a elegir ASÍ. La experiencia fue “triste”, brindaron un servicio desorganizado y poco amable, no entretuvieron a los niños y lo que debía ser una fiesta de 1 hora y 30 minutos, a la hora estaba finalizado. Las coordinadoras se mostraban de mal humor hacia los padres y los niños, respondían de mala gana, no atendieron la fiesta (con lo cual nos tocó, decorar, servir la pizza y el pastel a los invitados, ya que no se encargaron de ello). Las coordinadoras se mostraron superadas y poco profesionales. Realmente considero que deberían devolverme el
Dinero, pero para mi sorpresa , me cobraron $160 dólares por la cantidad de niños extra. Una vergüenza, no vuelvo a elegir ASÍ y no lo recomiendo. Realmente, pido que me regresen el dinero que aboné , porque no cumplieron con las condiciones del servicio,

I loved everything about ASI - my kids Coach, venue, proximity from my home, equipments and the course; till the sales team misled me before I purchased my Groupon. I had loose my money used to purchase Groupon. This bad experience was due to wrong information provided by the staff who later didn't help resolve the fault, instead left me deal with Groupon for refund.

Make up policies stink..AsI gymastics used to honor makeups due to absences but now they only allow 3 to 4 makeups a year which is not fair due to any circumstances..What is fair is to have makeups for any time a child is absent because you don't know when a child will be Ill and every month your being charged so parents beware your children are not allowed to be sick more that 4 times during the whole year or else you pay for it.
Also am not a fan of Lisa who's seems indifferent to sitautions..

Very disappointed with them. I was always wrong. Their people would tell me one thing and they would do another. Charges were wrong and when I was told I would get a month refund.... It never happened. They scheduled things multiple times at our scheduled class without telling me. Then it was my responsibility to make it up.
Just when I think they were taking responsibility for some of the things they had done, the conversation I had with a manager was like it never happened. Stay away.

Absolutely the best place for kids. Our grandson loves the interaction and the day camp. He also participated in a parents night out the past month with the Toy Story theme. He had a blast.
I needed some help with our account regarding a groupon and we contacted Lisa Hammond and she took care of everything for us. She was extremely professional and also gave us some great ideas for our grandson to be a part of the Ninja Classes. Lisa was awesome and very friendly. We hosted our daughter’s birthday here last month and it was by far the easiest birthday party I’ve ever thrown. The coaches were amazing and so helpful. They met me at my car and unlauded everything. The party was set up in a matter of minutes and they took care of clean up too! This left me so much free time to be in the moment with my little ones and enjoy mingling with everyone. They were great the kiddos and everyone had so much fun. I took my six year old son to their ninja training today. BIG MISTAKE. A boy, “Child X”, was constantly distracting the whole class (throwing things, pushing people out of line, throwing his hands in other kids faces). Child X threw himself on the mat and kicked my son in the back. Child X pinched my son in his back and neck while waiting in line. Child X pushed my son off one of the platforms right in front of the coach. Child X continued to distract and knock everyone’s water bottles over the whole class. When it came time for my son to do the drill he had no idea what to do. The coach was overwhelmed.

I involved Lisa (the manager) and she went and talked to my son (without my permission and out on the mat while I remained at the front desk) then she talked to Child X and the coach. She came back and said that my son told her none of those things happened. Child X and the coach also said nothing happened. I told Lisa, “and…”

She said “…and what?” I decided not to argue and just walked away.

I went and sat back down to wait for the class to be over. I was approached by one of the the other kid’s fathers. This gentleman said that this was ridiculous and that his son was getting nothing out of the class because of Child X’s constant distractions. I agreed with him and said Child X keeps throwing his hands in the other kids faces. He said he was going to complain to the manager.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. There’s too many distractions allowed to get anything out of it. Also, it encourages my kids to be disruptive like Child X. If we’re going there just to act wild I’d rather take my kids to the park (and it’d be free).

Lisa’s response was horrid and not befitting a manager. I’m not going to pay $22/visit for my son to be kicked in the back and pushed off the platforms. We decided to pull our son out of the class because of Lisa’s inept response.

Just had an amazing experience where Lisa the sales manager went above and beyond to get my girls scheduled together. I am pregnant with twins right now and traveling to two places twice a week with teo toddlers in tow was a lot. Lisa communicated with me, called me back in a timely manner, solved my problem! I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive here. Also, Coach Hannah is teaching my kids and she is absolutely amazing with 2 year olds. I like that there are 2 teachers now. It seemed a little chaotic when there was only 1 teacher per 4+ students . With two teachers every kid gets more one on one time and it seems like the activities run a little smother with 2. I have attended two birthday parties at ASI for my nieces. Every party has been handled professionally and efficiently. The girls who have assisted running the event there were always polite and went over and beyond our expectations. My nieces had a blast too.

My son loves gymnastics at ASI and he loves his coach! Coach Kyle has really helped him focus and work hard to advance to the next level. He communicates with us so we know what to do to help him advance also. It is so good for my hyper son! Highly recommend!

My daughter loves ASI Gymnastics. We love the parents night out , that is a must when your a parent it's from 7-11pm with pizza included. It gives the parents a good little break .

My daughter loves coach David in silver tumbling! She has been taking lessons at ASI for almost a year and has had 2 coaches. She started with coach Jessel in bronze tumbling and loved him too! Both are great teachers! She looks forward to gymnastics every week.

It's a really good facility, wide spaces, I have to give special praise to coach Michael who he gone above and beyond making my 4 year old feel comfortable, being the first time in gymnastics. Totally recommended.

We love ASI The Woodlands! My girls have been students since we moved in November of 2014, and Coach Kallie has been our coach for almost two years of that time. She is knowledgeable, fun, entertaining, and all around fantastic. We couldn't be happier with our experience at ASI, and especially with Kallie!

They made my child's class of 8 combine with another class of 9 with a total of 17! kids in one class because they don't have the staff. They all line up for the tumble tramp in one single file line take one pass and then go to the back of the line to wait for another turn, ridiculous. This place goes through staff/coaches like crazy. There is no consistency for the kids in the coaching which makes progress extremely slow. There is absolutely NO care or concern for your child's progression or experience.

Has gotten worse in the last few months. Children spectators not being supervised by their parents running around on the mat past the barrier in front of bleachers throwing balls and etc casing actually paying kids to be distracted and interrupted during training. 2/21/17 600-700pm lack of management lack of supervision lack of inforcing the rules great coaches by being run as a daycare

Coach Lauren, Kaitlyn and Michella are awesome! My child loves them. There is this annoying guy who constantly runs around and is crazy. I've seen him and he seems to be a distraction. He is very annoying

You can see my first review of this place below but they have improved and deserve a revision - we joined ASI again and my now 6 year old has been to two classes, the teacher seems better this time. She is much more involved and never stops attending to the kids and teaching them. We had our daughter's 6th Birthday party here as well because she requested it because of the trampolines and ball pits - the party was a smashing success and the two coaches we awesome.....there were one guy and one girl and the guy's name was Ryan (i hope I'm getting that right) and he was absolutely amazing with the kids, (we had 22 so it was a job) he was funny, exciting and organized - the kids had plenty to do and finally this time we had some music.....so the coaches you get really make a difference - overall we enjoyed it, the kids enjoyed it and we will use ASI again and keep our fingers crossed

This place is a waste of time and money, even though its relatively cheap. We had our 3 year old daughter going here and in the class she took they did the same thing for 3 months, the same exact little thing for an hour, every week --- and its not as though they were learning a lot running around in a circle and making a basket with a kids basketball goal --- also the teacher sat down on the floor for the entire class, just lazy -- we changed gyms but had already made the deal to have my daughters 4th birthday party here -- which was a mistake because we should have known that would suck as well -- its advertised as though you are getting the entire place and while thats technically true when we walked in there were sign in sheets for two parties and the other party was on the floor in the large part of the gym, they finished up as our time began and went to one of the party rooms which is connected to our party room, so the parents of the kids hanging out and dropping off presents are listening to the other party kids ---- we've previously rented The Little Gym and you get the entire place, no other parties until you are out --- also while we didn't know it at the time The Little Gym must really clean well because it never smelled like body odor which ASI does, the entire place stinks, which makes me wonder when was the last time they really cleaned everything ----- it was a bit warm which is no fun for the kids or the parents, also there was no music--- none - a quiet friggin' party, while there was always music playing during the regular classes ---- the kids that work there have zero enthusiasm as they must be paid minimum wage because their attitudes are on par with disgruntled fast food workers -- they never got the kids pumped up for a party and were only telling the kids what they couldn't do instead of engaging them to the point where they would only want to do the activity --- while we were opening presents one of my daughters friends walked up to see what presents my daughter was opening and the employee girl told her to go sit down to which the little girl replied I just want to see what she got and then the employee girl told her to go sit down and get out of the way.....now come on, its a party and they're opening presents and this really pissed me off -- there was no reason to be rude or an ass when when the kid wasn't doing anything, i have no problem getting onto a child thats misbehaving but this was not called for
--- so there ya go, thats our experience with ASI

Teenagers coaches made fun of my daughters messy hair. She is 7 and won't challenge her coaches. As you can imagine it she came back in tears that day.

Most importantly we have been trying to advance our daughter that does gymnastics all day long and they won't pay attention at all.

This is just like any other franchise that does nothing but sucking money out of parents with low experience teenager coaches.

I love ASI! I am currently in Power Tumbling Silver and was previously in Girls' Gold (the only reason I switched was because I wanted to do more tumbling and didn't really want to do bars or beam). I've had at least 7 coaches (including substitutes), and I've become friends with most of them. The coaches are so nice! This gym is definitely oriented towards having fun, but all classes learn a lot. The gym is always cool and clean, and the coaches try to make sure that music is playing most of the time to make classes more exciting. The coaches are very helpful and genuinely want you to improve. My current coach, Coach Holland, has helped me improve a lot on my roundoff, and I almost have my back handspring. Tumbling is definitely the best part of my week, which isn't something I've encountered a lot with previous gyms. Open gym is especially fun, as the coaches really try to make it exciting.

My daughter attended classes at ASI for over a year. While we were there the coaching staff approached other parents and discussed private information without my knowledge. The same coaching staff then made inappropriate comments about my daughter. Management acknowledged these issues but did nothing to rectify the situation. Don't waste your money!

My kids have been attending classes for 4 years. Most of the coaches are great with the kids, but I don't see them giving the kids the necessary incentive and information to move forward to the next level. Communication with the parents is almost nonexistent unless we go to the coach. Also, for the camps, start time is way too late. Most parents need to be at work by 8am.
