Adequate parking. Modern equipment. Open gym not full of people like a marketplace. Airconditioning adequate. My only complaint is the lockers. The open ones have towels in them that has been there each time i go back looking exactly the same since i saw them last. And some have personal belongings that looked like dirty clothes (unlocked).I hope they have a policy of clearing out the lockers by end of business day and clean them out. Closed on sundays and shortened Saturday hrs.

This place is awesome. You train under qualified coaches to build your upper, core, and lower body. In addition to the class, you can get recommendations for exercises to help with your specific issues. At the same time, you build friendly relationships with others in the class. If classes are not your thing, you can work out individually. It's a great place to train and build a healthy body.

I went to see Dr. Adam Park this morning. He thoroughly went over my MRIs and X-rays with me and answered all of my questions. I do not need surgery quite yet.😊 I highly recommend Dr. Park because I'm sure he is just as patient and detail oriented in surgery as he was in explaining everything to me. The facility at the practice is top notch! Everywhere was immaculately clean. I had X-rays before being seen by the doctor and the radiology staff were very friendly and professional. All the nurses were caring. This is a busy practice and the front desk and exit staff were still very pleasant and helpful. The front waiting room is huge and there is a small waiting room in the back with dressing rooms outside of X-ray. All the seats had enough padding to still be comfortable if you have pinched nerves. The medical practice is on the second floor. On the first floor is a top-notch athlete training facility(partnered between Memorial Hermann UT Physicians and ATH[Athlete Training and Health]). It has all kinds of professional sports equipment and fields. Also on the first floor, was the very cool-looking Memorial Hermann / Rockets Sports Medicine Institute. There are restrooms on the first floor, second floor, and in the back near patient treatment rooms. Parking at the complex is free.

Great people and doctors. All the nurses and the front desk associates are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nurses are absolutely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They do return calls promptly.

I started ATH in October and I already feel stronger. The 5am class is a great way to start the day. The coaches are all awesome. And my fellow “forever athletes” inspire me to be better. ATH is a well rounded program including stretching and strength training, with activation that gets your heart rate up in between! My husband and I are enjoying the program very much.

I had the worst experience ever at this gym. I have been a member here since they opened and today was the first time I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
I asked the front desk to turn the music down and the coach yelled at the front desk. I then told him it was me. So the coach turned the music off completely which is not what I asked. Another member asked for music to be back on and he turned it on at a lower volume. Everything was fine until he started to do the demo. Usually when the coaches demo they turn the music down a little and really focus on showing us what we are doing. So I asked if during the demo he could turn the music down. He paused the music and looked straight at me and said “I can’t make everyone happy here.” And I said “I understand that but it’s not safe to demo if we can’t hear you” and he said “I can’t make everyone happy”
So I left. This was Anton BTW who is part of upper management. He creates the environment for everyone else to follow.
I spoke to the front desk and they didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation.

I have been attending ATH (Athlete Training and Health) and it’s been a fantastic experience. The gym’s campus-like environment is truly invigorating, providing a refreshing change from typical gym setups.

This is our regular training ground. The facility is phenomenal, but the staff are even better. Doesn’t get better than this. We will sign a year-long contract with them for our club at this point. Madison is great, but Ally is the real star of the entire organization.
Fantastic service. Fantastic facility. I just wish they would add another field so we can use some time slots during the weekdays. Because sadly a super wealthy but stingy club like PSG has taken over the entire facility at the expense of smaller community clubs.

Big fan of ATH. I needed some motivation to workout and to love it again & luckily I found this place!! The classes are part of a workout plan and you build on it every week. I feel healthier and stronger every week! All the coaches are great and I truly enjoy every morning. There’s plenty of classes throughout the day, giving you the opportunity to find the one the fits best.

I've been training at ATH for 3 weeks and I've had a great experience so far. The facility is very clean and the equipment is in great condition. The best part are the trainers. They are knowledgeable and friendly; they'll push you to do your best but they are also patient and will provide you with modifications as needed. If you're looking for a place to train with qualified trainers and a supportive environment, this is a great option for you.

I went to ATH Pearland to help me overcome a running injury and get back on track for a half marathon. Antwan was amazing to help me achieve that goal. I became a much stronger runner. I decided to join the Forever Athlete program and am loving those classes. Melvin has been an amazing trainer/coach. The workouts are great. The staff is wonderful and the facility is beautiful, clean, and a great place to work out. Highly recommend that you check it out. So much more personal than going to a regular gym. I totally love it!
