Both work there and was a student there. Small cozy yoga studio, experience teachers. Just make sure you find the one that is good for your energy. All teachers are different

This studio is fantastic! I would highly recommend for any age or level. My 7 year old and I started going this year, and it's been fantastic! We've done the beginner floor yoga on Thursday and aerial yoga on Saturday. The staff is terrific at aiding you and is always super welcoming. Sandra and Stephanie have been tremendous help to my little one and I! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
