If you’re on the fence about which gymnastics program to start your child in, Austin Elite Gymnastics is a phenomenal program. They have options for recreational gymnastics to competitive gymnastics and even ninja warrior programs. The coaches are all amazing and truly love coaching this sport, each with their unique approach to building confidence in your athlete. The head coach’s philosophy is what sets this gym apart. Some athletes have even gone on to full college scholarships. Of course, that is not expected of every athlete but the program has definitely produced results. If your child is just into rec, they will have an awesome time learning proper technique in a safe and supportive environment. Our kids started in rec, then moved into the competitive program and have had an amazing experience.

WISH WE WOULD HAVE COME SOONER! My family loves Austin Elite! My gymnast is on the competition team. We started at another gym in town before my daughter began competitive gymnastics. I could kick myself for not starting at Austin Elite, where my daughter would have learned proper technique along with being in a fun environment. My competitive gymnast joined Austin Elite after being at another local gym. She LOVES Austin Elite so much. She loves the other girls who made her feel welcome and part of the team on day 1 and she loves the level of attention and care she gets from each coach during every practice. My recent experience with Elite Gymnastics was incredibly disappointing due to their abysmal customer service. After signing up my kids for a day camp which was 165$ - they unfortunately woke up not feeling well so since i had to call last minute and cancel i of course did not expect a refund but a makeup token to be able to rebook a camp day in the future!! They gave me a credit for only one of my kids which was 82$,despite repeated attempts to get credit back for the entire amount .. my concerns were largely ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and completely disregarded as a customer.

We love Austin Elite! My kids attend the afterschool program which has been wonderful. They pick up with their own bus and the kids absolutely love being there. We started them there for three days a week and they enjoyed it so much, they asked to go every day. They want to stay right up to the end of their time and are always engaged either somewhere in the gym or with arts and crafts activities. Our family is so happy and grateful for this wonderful program and for Austin Elite!

My 4-year-old and I have attended the open gym at 11AM several times and enjoyed exploring the gym and all of the equipment. The gym is clean, and there is plenty of equipment to keep little ones active and curious for hours. My son loved the ninja course in particular!

My son LOVES it here. He is a very active boy, loves climbing, jumping, hanging, running...all of it. So when we found this place it seemed perfect. He's been here for a year now and is doing so good. He loves his teachers and his friends. When he first started, he didn't want to go and when we pull up he would get a huge smile and tell us "I'll be happy here!!" And couldn't get out of the car fast enough. He still tells us about his day and that he's happy and has fun! His teachers have been great and Jay has been amazing, working with us on any difficulties and transition to a new preschool and a new class. I know they take care of him and I feel comfortable and know my little boy is safe and happy.

To put frankly, experience was appalling. We called to get our daughter enrolled as she was always wishing to do gymnastics, practicing home cart wheels and whatever else she can handle on her own.

On the phone things were fine and I had a pleasant conversation with booking a trial. However, upon coming to the class at the assigned time, the experience was a disappointment.

First, no one cared. Three people at the reception, did pretty much nothing to facilitate the trial, never bothered to say where to go (see below why it was unclear). After trying to reach the "coach" through kids (on that below) she was not aware daughter was there for a trial, nor did she provide any information on what to do.

Second, I was never told or even remotely mentioned on the phone that the only kids would be those half the age of my daughter (my daughter is 10). Whoever has kids, knows how much of a difference that is. It was difficult to understand when to "warm up" because the "warm up" was apparently a bunch of kids jumping on the teacher while they were running around. After doing a few laps with kids with zero discipline in the class, daughter gave up and quietly crying went to sit out this charade.

Third, after the "warm up" was finished, there was still zero interest from "coaches" for anyone who is for the trials. We decided to just leave as no one was really interested in a kid joining. The only interest was when we were already in a car, with a confusing question as to why we decided to leave. Not a single person was interested before that in making, as it is stated in one of the reviews by the staff here at google maps, comfortable. Upon giving a brief explanation, the only answer was "ah, okay", which basically confirmed no one cares to obtain / retain a client.

So, if you are looking for anything that remotely runs professionally, seek elsewhere. We'll be looking for an other place which does care for the kids and understand basic things like age.

Was thrilled to have a party here for my son but 0/10, don’t recommend. The owner and Brianna Hutt are terrible. Between lies, misinformation, trying to triple charge us for a party, and the lack of professionalism. The owner herself hung up on me and told me we’d never be allowed back when I told her I would dispute a charge because they were trying to triple charge us. Charge myself, charge father, and tell us there was still an outstanding balance…processed payment on my card and then said they never collected the money but yet it was posted to my account days prior… there were other things that happened prior party that were major red flags but I went ahead and kept our booking due to lack of availability elsewhere for a party.. let me save you the headache, money, and nightmare of dealing with this business!

Absolutely useless classes. They have high school kids teaching who don’t know anything. If you have money to burn and want to sit on your laptop with a lousy Wi-Fi, by all means, bring your kids here. I got my kid here for more than a year and the kid learnt nothing because the teacher was practically useless and they’re not open to feedback.

Our daughter joined the competitive team in May 2022 after being at a different local gym for a year prior. We could not have asked for a better change. My daughter has grown tremendously in terms of her skill set and confidence over the last 1.5 years. She has also made genuine, close friendships with her training group whom she now holds very near and dear to her heart. The coaches and staff have been incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Not only do they have a great rapport with these girls but they are teaching them the technical skills and strength they need to succeed in this sport long-term. My daughter truly looks forward to each of her training sessions at Austin Elite and we are so lucky to have them as a part of the Lakeway community.

Our family joined AEG in June after leaving Champions for our oldest to have some JO Level experience. She loves it so much and made new friends on day one. All the Coaches are very supportive and very knowledgeable when it comes to teaching skills. This will be our first year competing with AEG for level 3 and I can not wait. Our youngest is in the Beginner class. She loves being there when he sister is, but I think her favorite right now is to just jump on the trampoline any chance she gets. Also- great spot for to host a birthday party! AEG thank you and we can not wait to be with you guys over the next few years!!!

As a parent of an upper-level gymnast, Austin Elite Gymnastics is a great home for our daughter, it's really her second home as she trains there 5 days a week. We've experienced great gyms, and unfortunately too have known unhealthy gyms, as we moved across Texas. Hands-down, Austin Elite is top-notch in the Coaches our daughter has (had), equipment, support and expectations.
