Founded by Coach Brittany Pittman, we focus on helping everyday people—from busy moms to athletes—build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies. Our programming blends evidence-based training, mindset support, and nutritional coaching in an empowering, non-intimidating environment. We offer structured group classes, personal coaching, youth development, and virtual training options.

I have had such a great experience thus far. I have really big problems with anxiety and she made me feel absolutely comfortable. I haven’t worked out in forever and she has taught me so much already. It is hard for me to get out of my comfort zone and to be around other women in a gym, but the other women combined with Coach Britt has totally changed my mindset and has allowed me to get into a place where I can finally work on me. Great experience, great environment, clean equipment and clear instructions are what you will be given!!!

I have had one of the best experiences in this gym with Brittany ! She focuses on every aspect of health from physical to mental to meal prepping ideas ! The other clients help life my spirits on my down days and that community motivation helps Me tremendously ! I have never left hurting as she takes all my prior injuries into consideration before we even start the workout ! She keeps Me inspired with her competitive nature and the success stories she shares ! I have even brought my 10 year old to train with her as he is a youth athlete and loves to work out !
