This studio is incredible. They offer a variety of yoga classes both warm and heated. The classes I’ve tried have a great flow and pace. Not only are the instructors pleasant and friendly but so are the other members. I felt welcomed by the other individuals in class which is so endearing when visiting a new yoga studio for the first time. My favorite part of class is the cold lavender towel the instructor places over your eyes during savasana. They also have a great boutique with a great selection of lululemon and other quality brands. I highly recommend trying them out.

I went to Balance Yoga while visiting the area for the weekend. The class was small that the instructor was a rock star! She was patient and helpful and had that amazing yoga glow. At the end of the class, she gave everyone a cool washcloth that had been soaked in cold water and a lovely essential oil. Such a nice way to end the class.

I adore this place. I love doing the hot yoga classes, with the icy cold flannel at the end. Ah! The music, the movements, the teachers, the entire class is wonderful. It can get very crowded, as it's so popular. I wish it was a little more affordable, but I still think this is the best studio in Lakeway.

Excellent teachers and facility. I started as a complete novice and they provided terrific guidance on proper form and spiritual approach. It allowed me to get up to speed quickly and has truly been a life changing experience. I have had the privilege of practicing with most of the instructors and can honestly say that to a person they are exceptional. Balance Yoga gets my unconditional endorsement.

Im in love .. this is so additive the struggle to achieve your flow , breathing and make it threw the class is such a reward.. I love all the instructors and how they truly care .. They come over and help adjust you in the correct position or deepen into it.. I would have to say my favorite part is the cooling towel at the end its AMAZING !!!.. I have been to other studios and this one is by far the cleanest , friendliest, relaxing and just all around awesome. I see my self becoming a yogi here :)
