Our 9 year old son has been working with the Bares Taekwondo family since he was 4 years old. They know how to teach & motivate children, as well as adults! Classic Forms are taught, in addition to self protection and sparring techniques. It’s helped my son develop discipline, self confidence and body control! I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Family owned and operated! Both my boys and myself have been attending Bares TKD for roughly 7 months. They have a cubs class for my younger (3 year old) and they are just incredible with kids. Teaching them to use their bodies and have good listening skills and discipline. I am still so surprised and impressed how well they get them to listen and pay attention! My 6 year old is in Juniors and cannot get enough. He still asks almost everyday to go to class. He has already learned so many life skills both physically and mentally through their training. Very Highly recommended by my family! Thanks for all you do Bares TKD!
