If you haven’t tried, you’re missing out! I visited my daughter this weekend in Austin and tried 3 different classes. They were all GREAT! Instructors are so good and helpful. It’s new and perfect location. The owners are the sweetest. It’s definitely a community gym. Classes are good with fun music!!! Sign up to try and you’ll want to join for sure! I’ll definitely be going when I come visit again.

Love this studio! They offer 4 different types of classes so you will never get sick of the workout. Also, you don’t have to bring anything. They provide a mat, sweat towel, cold towel & equipment! Highly recommend trying a class!

I’ve taken a few classes here and absolutely love it! The studio is super clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe from the moment you walk in. The studio’s instructors are amazing—so knowledgeable, encouraging, and make sure everyone feels comfortable while still getting a great workout. Every time I leave a class, I feel stronger, more relaxed, and excited to come back.
The best part is the variety of classes. If I want a recovery workout, I can do that. Or if I need to let out some extra energy, I can take a high intensity class. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality instruction and a great experience!

Took my first class at BASE last weekend & loved it! I was a bit nervous at first because I’m 8 months pregnant, but Katie was phenomenal and gave me modifications where necessary. The Engage class was challenging but super fun, and I left feeling like I got an amazing workout. Definitely planning to return & would highly recommend others to check it out!

This fitness studio is awesome and a great addition to this area! They have four types of classes: strength training yoga, HIIT, mat Pilates, and recovery yoga. Classes are held throughout the day, and you definitely leave feeling accomplished. All the instructors are incredible and teach great classes, and the owners are so nice and welcoming. Such a cool space too! I’m so happy to have this in the neighborhood.

BASE Fitness is easily one of the best workouts in Austin. The classes are high energy, fun and supportive. It's a solid mix of high intensity, strength/core yoga and balance exercises that hits everything. You’re not just lifting or stretching , you’re training and feeling the burn.
The coaches know their stuff and the music keeps you moving. Every workout feels different, and you walk out feeling stronger and sharper, not just wrecked. This place is legit!
