Will through Battle Tested Strength, has been instrumental in building my strength. I’m doing things my body has never been able to. Lifting, endurance, confidence in my abilities.
Definitely ask about the self defense, striking, and martial arts as well.
I’ve regained a youthfulness I didn’t know I still had and encourages me to work harder everytime. You simply can’t go wrong.

After a over decade of being sedentary, heavy smoking and ballooning to almost 300lbs since high school; becoming stronger, faster, and more confident seemed impossibly out of reach. But, when you're sick of needing nap every couple of hours because your body can't keep up or feel the need to rush past every mirror in a 15 foot radius, it's time to change.
I've been working with Will at Battle Tested Strength for about 6 months and to say that all of the things I was amendment were out of reach, couldn't be further from the truth. Under the guidance of coach Will, I've gone from not being able to do a single push up and wheezing from doing 10 lunges to dead lifting twice my body weight and taking an almost 600lb yoke for a run on my back and still feeling ready for more.
Whether you're a total beginner in the gym just trying to look and feel better or a seasoned athlete looking to fix your weaknesses and break PR plateaus, Battle Tested Strength has the skills and knowledge to help you achieve your goals and become faster, stronger and more confident than you've ever been.

I’ve trained with Coach Will Barlow of Battle Tested Strength for almost 2 years now. He is honestly one of the strongest and most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met when it comes to fitness and training! Will is so well-rounded in his own training, he can really help meet your needs no matter what they are. He’s helped me lose weight, get in shape, lift heavy, and even begin dabbling in Strongman/Strongwoman type competitions. I won 1st place in my first Strongwoman competition after only a few months of training, and I must give most of the credit to Will. Even if you’re a beginner looking for good basic workouts and a feel for how to maximize your time at the gym, Coach Will is your guy. I’ve learned so much, grown so much, and fallen in love with working out again. I cannot recommend Will at Battle Tested Strength enough. Best. Coach. Ever.
