BE Fit | Modern Pilates is a HIGH intensity, but low impact workout. Our trainers design routines that will allow you to transition quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another to maintain an increased heart rate and keep your blood pumping. It is the core-building and muscle lengthening principals of Pilates, with an added intensity to kick-start metabolism. At BE Fit, you can expect 45-minutes of heart- pumping music, muscle-quivering, total body strengthening workout. We fuse Pilates, cardio, and resistance training that will engage your slow-twitch muscle fibers. With higher reps, focus on a slower tempo, and avoiding rest periods, the workout will push your muscles to SHAKE which results in faster change.

I took Robyn’s class and was shaking and sore for days following. So good! The studio is so cute and clean and I love the area. On one of the days, I was a little late to class but was greeted with a smile by lady who invited me in graciously and checked me in (Some studios say the doors lock after a few minutes) such a great experience! I’ll be back!

I love this studio! Not only is it spacious with so many reformers, but each class is challenging in its own way. The instructors are encouraging and helpful. Highly recommend Anna or Camryn’s classes!

Fairly new to Pilates but took a class here and loved it. Be prepared to feel every muscle after a workout but I haven’t tried anything else that matches working out with the reformer.

Kim L. has been such an amazing instructor. Since day 1 she’s been so friendly and helpful. Every class has been challenging yet so rewarding and I feel so much stronger! I would highly recommend her class or Be Fit in general!

I discovered BeFit late last year and have been hooked! It’s one of my favorite studios in the Dallas area, all the instructors I’ve had are great and I keep going back to specific classes for some of the instructors. There isn’t too much difficulty finding availability for classes (which I love) so I can book a last minute workout on ClassPass! The studio itself is clean and super modern/cute. My only issue sometimes is that could be more parking spaces.

Kim is an amazing instructor! I always leave her classes feeling stronger. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to follow and makes sure each person gets the attention they need, whether you’re brand new or more experienced. Kim creates such a comfortable environment and is incredibly encouraging, I can’t recommend her enough!

Love working out here. Nice & clean studio. I’ve been coming to all their locations since the beginning and have loved every workout. If you’re new to Pilates they offer modifications and even amplifications if you are more advanced. I always leave with the shakes! Love that every workout is different and every instructor has a different style!

I've had the absolute pleasure of taking classes here with instructors Kim and Susie! I gave this place 5 stars because it truly exudes all levels of excellence! Each class is perfect for beginners and pros, the staff super friendly and welcoming, the cleanliness always immaculate, and the overall vibe is always on point! Can’t wait to be back for more!

Be Fit is literally my favorite modern Pilates studio in Dallas! I love coming here, and always feel so rejuvenated, the classes are hard but in the best way! I’ve taken classes with so many different instructors and every single one has been amazing. I took my first (ever) Pilates class here with Marie months ago, and I never looked back! The music and lighting give the studio the best vibe. Highly highly recommend!!

I’ve been calling for two days and can’t get anyone to answer the phone, sometimes there’s not even a voicemail to leave a message.
I had to drive up to the studio to ask questions since no one will answer the phone.
Showed up today for an 11:45 AM class and the doors were locked and nobody inside. This is not the way to run a business if you’re trying to Attract new customers or build a business. You are giving the impression you are going out of business.

My hot take, this is a new studio brand that is trying to expand way to fast without building clientele and sub par customer service.
I have been here 7 times, the instructors are okay. Nothing to rave about. Of these 7 times I have been the only person in the class 3 times. I work at the airport, get the latest class possible so I am always scratching with time. All 3 times, completely on me - I showed up late but within the 5 minute mark. All 3 times the instructors made it seem like I was their biggest inconvenience because I ended up showing up and tried to bully me into not taking the class. If there’s only one person, just cancel the class then?!?? Granted I am not new at Pilates so when I book a class I won’t be easily bullied into not taking it, especially when the 5 min mark hasn’t passed…. Imagine it being your first time, you’re already intimidated and the instructors act like this. Me being the only person in the class, I think they try to go harder on me, whatever besides the point.
So what brought me to write a review, well today I showed up on time for my class and the door was locked, literally on the dot of 15. I am honestly not surprised because it seems like all the instructors I have encountered here think they are the next best thing. Which is crazy because their classes are never full… sometimes empty. You would think they would want to build a nice repertoire with the clientele since they are the new studio in town. I have encountered many studios but this one by far ranks at the lowest for customer service in Dallas.
If you are new to Pilates, please go somewhere else. I would hate for one more thing to draw you away from your fitness journey like these sub par instructors.
