Caley is fantastic! I’ve been going once a week for the past 4 weeks, working on my lower belly and waistline. I have been doing body contouring and working out 2-3 times a week to reach my goals. I have been struggling with my weight for a couple months now, wasn’t really seeing any changes but once I started adding body contouring to the mix I’m starting to see a difference in my shape and I started dropping the pounds slowly but surely. I’m on a membership so I get to use something called a “Styku” which measures everything and I mean everything. Body fat percentages and muscle mass, the size of your calves and biceps. I like it because seeing the scale not change can be disheartening but seeing that my body fat percentage has been going down shows me that I’m still on the right track. Definitely stop by and get a trial done! Or try a Month of her services! There are no contracts so you can cancel after 4 sessions. I’m excited to see where my progress goes!

Beast Bodies is very helpful and knowledgeable in the benefits of the tools being used. I utilized the sauna bed for 30min. I was feeling pain in my hip flexor all day and it was nonexistent after the 30min. I recommend bring extra set of clothes for this service. Thanks Caley for helping me out :)

I did a freebie session with Beast Bodies when they first opened and loved how Caley explained the process before and during the session. The room was kept cleaned and sanitize. Caley made sure you felt comfortable and asked if you want play your music or play music in general. I enjoy the variety of sessions.

I highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a little help on your weight loss or your self-care routine.

Callie was awesome. She definitely is very informative and professional at what she does. The Infrared sauna was amazing followed by sculpt body massage. The place is very clean and sanitized. I am definitely stopping in again soon.
