Big Star Gymnastics is the best “family” Kids gymnastics academy in Southlake Texas. The athletes love her their and they love their athletes. This makes their youth gymnastics classes outstanding.

I have two kids attending Big Star Gymnastics. My 7yr old son does Ninja Gymnastics and my 6yr old daughter does regular gymnastics. Both of them are new to gymnastics and doing sports in general. I absolutely LOVE this gym! The classes are smaller. You don’t have 20 kids lined up and waiting to do something, it’s constant movement 99% of the time. The Ninja gymnastics is such a unique class not offered anywhere else I have looked. My son is obsessed with this class. His coach, Coach T, is super patient and supportive of his students. My 6yr old daughter is very nervous when trying new things. Her coach is so patient and encouraging of her. I stress patience, because let’s face it, when you’re working with kids, patience is key! I know these coaches would not be as amazing as they are without Coach George, who owns the gym. He cares about his students and it shows in his staff and the programs! We will be enrolling our youngest after her 2nd bday.

We absolutely love this gym my daughter had gained so much strength and confidence . We absolutely love Coach George for his positive influence and dedication. Coach Hallie also has a gift with these young girls . Super lucky to have found a place our daughter loves.

Looking for a great place for your kids to learn gymnastics, then be sure to check out this gym! I couldn't be happier with the instruction and support my daughter has received. There is new ownership. It is a great place for kids to be active and learn gymnastics. They have amped up their classes to include ninja classes, tumbling and mother’s night out. The owners seem to care about the new direction that they are taking this gym.

I highly recommend Gymnastics Plus. This place was my home. I learned so much in my 3 years of being there. And the coaches were the best I ever had. They taught me so much, and competing was the best feeling ever. I really felt like I belonged. But also, I met my best friends through this program. And even though I no longer do gymnastics, I will always call this place home, and those friendships will never dissolve, no matter what.

We stumbled on this place 3 years ago and are very thankful that we did. Prior to finding Gymnastics Plus, my daughter had done a little gymnastics elsewhere, but didn't really like the place and ultimately quit. She liked gymnastics though, so we gave Gymnastics plus a try and she has loved it every step of the way. Her gymnastics have improved dramatically. She went from just knowing some basic stuff to being on the team. She loves going and she really loves all the coaches. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We moved from Top Flight back to Gym Plus which verified to us that Gym Plus is the best gym in the area. After months at the other gym my daughter was only doing summersaults and cart wheels. Upon returning to Gym Plus, my daughter was encouraged to join the competition team and has excelled at gymnastics under their careful and meticulous coaching!

My son and daughter have been going to Gymnastics Plus for the last 2 years and love it. The staff takes great care of the gymnasts whether they are attending for fun or for more serious gymnastics competition. It is comforting to know the staff is mindful of different personalities and helps talk through any fears/concerns of their students. They are also extremely considerate of unnecessary costs and training hours. I'm so happy we found this place!!

We have tried several gyms in the DFW area and Gymnastics Plus is the first one we were totally happy with. The quality of the coaches and the staff is superb and they exhibit a strong sense of genuinely caring for each gymnast. We feel comfortable and confident in leaving our daughter with the staff for several hours a day and have seen much improvement in her skill level as well as confidence as a team gymnast. We are very grateful and blessed to have found Gymnastics Plus.

Gymnastics Plus is more than just gymnastics instruction. Gymnastics Plus in its thirty + years of operation has provided countless number of students with a unique learning experience that will stay with them a lifetime.
