I've been there the last 6 months and am very happy with this hot yoga studio. They have lots of classes at different times (from 5:30am to 7:15pm) so plenty to choose from, and great instructors. I love how they adapted 90min bikram to 60min.

Over the weeekend I went to yin class that Samantha taught and it was the perfect class before Bikram yoga. I felt stretched out and really calm before going into the next class. She knew a lot of information and focused on 5 elements and grounding. It was exactly the push I needed to get me through the next class, very professional and all around excellent. The team here at this studio has been very caring and helpful. Looking forward to checking it out again. 🫶🏼

I have been a member at this studio for 6+ years and have nothing but amazing things to say. Though the Bikram dialogue stays the same through every class, each instructors class has a slightly different feel but all equally amazing. Every single instructor is truly passionate about seeing their students excel and expand into their own practice. I’ve practiced through 2 pregnancies, a torn meniscus and immediately following abdominal surgery to aid in my body’s healing process and I genuinely don’t know what I would do without this practice and the invaluable instructors in my life. The studio is always so clean and the staff is warm, loving, and welcoming. There is no other yoga studio in the metroplex that compares to BYNT Grapevine. ❤️🔥

Just walked out of my first Bikram “inferno pilates” class with Shelly — LOVED IT. It’s a good toning workout and the instructor always includes modifications for those who are beginners. Will gladly be back, thanks Bikram!

Men and Yoga instructors BEWARE!!!
I've practiced Yoga for over eight years, Bikram, Iyengar and power. My GF and I signed up for the intro special, having just moved to Grapevine. When we got there only I was asked for my ID by the owner, in a curt and rude way. I don't take my wallet so I didn't have it, also I've never been asked for one before so I was a little shocked. I signed up online, there were no instructions telling me to bring an ID. When we went to sign up for unlimited, I begrudgingly gave it to her. After ten minutes of waiting for the owner to scan the ID with a printer she had to plug in and try to get working, so to complete 'her process' that she obviously never does. She handed it back and told me to bring it another time. Horrible customer service, she couldn't take a picture of it with her phone, so she made her problem my problem. Men, beware, apparently we are not welcome. Additionally, for yoga instructors, her attitude and lack of professionalism cost the studio $3,600 a year in revenue. She must be rolling in cash and must pay the highest teachers class rate in Texas. Ask for a rate hike and if she says no, ask her why she can't attract students who try out her studio.
Additionally, her class was awful. She teaches like she's doing Bikram in the 90's. Really harsh, very abrasive and unnecessary, funny because she's teaching 60 minute classes, IYKYK. So maybe drop the attitude. If you go, take a class I recommend Tonya and Denise, also Kathryn who I know from Zen Yoga in Fort Worth.
It was an awful experience and glad I'm not financially supporting someone like her. Customer service is dead.

I arrived in Dallas for a 3 week training event in October 2023, still recovering from a severe knee and shoulder injury. I searched local hot yoga studios and luckily found BYNT. Amazing teachers, plenty of class times and a great space to practice in. Three weeks (and many practices) later, I left almost pain free and feeling amazing- thank you so much BYNT. “Do what you can do with the body you have today” (and stay with it)! You guys rock!

Love this studio. Teachers are amazing and it’s overall just a wonderful community. I have been an avid runner, boxer, and cycler prior to Bikram and honestly nothing compares to the mental, physical and spiritual benefits you receive from a Bikram yoga class. Also this style of class is for everyone:). Studio is extremely welcoming

Walked in at 6:01 and the front desk lady made this confused face and said I couldn’t enter the class late and that she’s not sure if I’ll get my money back…. I’ve never gone anywhere without a 2-3 minute grace period

Read the reviews I definitely should have done so. Weather related delay today caused me to be 4 minutes (!) late to tonight's 6pm class. They have no staff in the lobby and there's a hot pilates class right after. I also called the number on the door, it just rings and rings. As a fellow fitness teacher I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service with there being no front desk staff for the classes after work. Please rectify this and hire staff up front to check in your clients.

It's a great, friendly yet challenging workout place. My boyfriend and I tried their intro special, and fall in love! It's definitely a friendly neighborhood studio where everyone knows everyone. The staff and the instructors are always helpful and very encouraging. Hot yoga is hard. We are still trying to get used to the heat. The other workout classes are low impacted but you can still get your sweat on!
Highly recommended if you are looking to try something new!

I was in DFW for a few months over the summer, I am so lucky I found this studio! The crowd that practices is super diverse, this practice can feel intimidating, so it's encouraging to see a lot of different levels of practice. Also, the woman in the dressing rooms were very friendly! I think this may just be a Texan thing too, but I relocated to an area where people don't really acknowledge each other and it made me miss home. If 2022 is yr year to try something new, I'd stick w this and hit as many hour long classes a week as I could. Thank you BYNT! Hope to see you in February.

An awesome ‘workout’ for body, mind, and soul! Great, caring instructors, who definitely encourage you to reach your potential, not compete with others in the room. Been doing this for 18 years with Bikram North Texas, and crave it after being away for a vacation, etc. Know the Bikram NT is an independent studio, and doesn’t line the pockets of the founder of the yoga series.

I’ve been practicing bikram yoga for 16 years consistently. I am impressed by this space. First of all it is extremely CLEAN🏄♀️ The teachers are knowledgeable and on point. The community is friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of parking, and they have everything you need at the studio. This is a brilliant place for anyone... everyone, at any level. Bikram Yoga gives life long youth vitality, and vibrant radiant health. All ages shapes and colors practice here, I love it.♥️

Love this place to the moon and back. Went here for two years while I lived in Grapevine and it did a lot to help with my flexibility, cardiovascular strength, and reduced my back pain. Bikram Yoga may not be for everyone but I would definitely recommend everyone try it at least a couple times. It just might change your life!

I’ve never encountered a studio with less class than this one. They did not post nor say over the phone how much for a trial class, but when I show up at the studio they said “you can either buy a month for $30 or pay for the class at $25.” What a joke. I’ve never even done Bikram, why the hell would I agree to a month. At that point, I knew I’d pay for the one, and walk out and never return, whether I liked it or not. So trashy.
The class was fine. Standard Bikram as I’ve read about. The teacher was lack luster and classless as well when she found out I didn’t want to join. Additionally, the studio stinks like patchouli.
The only reason this place has clients is that it’s the only Bikram in the area.
I’d definitely choose vinyasa just so I don’t have to deal with old money hungry dictators obsessed with predictability. So one-dimensional.

The class they teach here is very good.
The pricing model turned me off. The deal was sign up for autopay before your trial month ends and get a 99 dollar rate. If your membership ever lapses, the rate is 109 dollars. (These numbers may not be exactly right. My memory is imperfect). I don’t want to jump through hoops to get the best rate. If you go to this studio, talk to your friends about their membership fee. It may not be the same as yours.

Beautiful, lovely "old style" Bikram studio. Wish the class had been 90 minutes instead of 60, but all was lovely. Great teachers, kind and helpful front desk staff. Everyone is made to feel welcome. Nothing like doing a Bikram class and the Grapevine studio is gorgeous! The Arlington one is super, too, though!

The environment of this place severely inhibits the relaxation and meditation that people normally seek from hot yoga practice. The room is brightly lit with fluorescent lights and the floor is made of some strange material that seemed to absorb sweat and stick to everything. The instructor stood on a pedestal the entire class with an earpiece microphone to intensify her already loud and obnoxious voice. She rattled off the postures just like an auctioneer, and was often very hard to understand as she trailed off her sentences with mumbled jibberish (JUST like an auctioneer!) Being new to the place (but NOT to hot yoga), she called me out quite frequently in front of the entire class on her microphone, which was not helpful at all. She also reprimanded me in the middle of class for drinking water "in the middle of a pose" and said I had to wait until everybody was done with the pose so that I "wouldn't steal the energy away from my classmates". At the beginning of class, she forewarned me that I would not be allowed to leave until the class was over, even if I was not feeling well. As a Registered Nurse, I think it's important to take care of and listen to your body, no matter what the "etiquette" may be. I should have just walked out in the middle of class, but ended up staying for the entire 90 minutes to give this place a chance. I don't know how anybody can relax and enjoy their practice at this place, I will definitely not be returning.

This is not my first time to go to heated yoga. I must have not drank enough water that day, so the heat got to me. The instructor would not let me out of the room. I should have thrown a fit and walked out, but did not have the energy. The place should be closed down.
