Our daughter has been attending Byron’s Gymnastics for the past two years, and we continue to be incredibly impressed with the program. The coaching and instruction she receives have helped her develop a wide range of skills, build confidence, and feel fully prepared for competitions.
One of the most notable aspects of Byron’s Gymnastics is the strong sense of team building the gym and coaches foster. It has been wonderful to watch the gymnasts support one another and grow together. The coaches are highly experienced and take the time to understand each athlete as an individual, tailoring their guidance to ensure every gymnast can excel.
Overall, our experience with Byron’s Gymnastics has been outstanding. We are grateful for the positive, growth-oriented environment they create and the impact it has had on our daughter.

As a mother of a competitive gymnast who has trained at this gym for the past two years, I’ve watched an incredible transformation take place. The gym has clearly been rebuilding and strengthening its coaching staff, and the progress shows in every meet.
Last season, we weren’t placing among the top gyms. But this year? Completely different story. The quality of coaching and training has skyrocketed — we now have several girls placing top five on events like beam, bars, floor, and vault. The growth has been unreal.
And the hard work truly paid off… we brought home TWO All-Around State AA titles this year! Such an amazing moment for the team and proof of how far this gym has come.
The coaches are dedicated, the environment is positive, and the results speak for themselves. If you want a place where your gymnast can grow, be supported, and succeed, this is the gym you want.

My daughter started recreational gymnastics at Birons in kindergarten and 2 years later competing level 3 where she’s been placing at the top for most meets. This gym is our second home, the staff is friendly & professional. The coaches have been instrumental in her development & she is happy and thriving!!

I am the parent of two children who have been a part of the competitive team at Birons. It has been a sad experience. The coaches, while personally very nice, are incredibly inexperienced. The Biron teams regularly finish very low in meets. It’s sad to see the girls working hard but not being given the requisite coaching to succeed.
Prior to my younger daughters joining this gym, my older daughter competed out of another gym about 10 miles away- Discover. At Discover, they were taught by former Olympians. The gym regularly wins first or second at its meets, and the girls individually go on to state and beyond.
We are leaving Birons due to its poor performance and will instead make the long drive to Discover so that my daughter will have an opportunity to succeed,
Today when notifying the gym, the gym tried to force me to pay for four months all at once. I told them no. I ultimately told them they are not authorized to make another charge to our card on file. However the moment I left, they charged our card anyway for $295.
AVOID BIRONS AT ALL COST.

Be careful when you sign up any program with them. My boy was join the ninja class last year and I am pretty sure that I only sign up that semester and his class end in Dec 2024. But I just realized they have been keep charging me monthly fee until July 2025 and I reach out them to see if any make up or credit they could offer for us and they just ignore my emails and I physically went to front desk twice but nobody could help. I asked the front desk lady that why wouldn’t anyone contact us if we still in the program and didn’t show up for 7 months and she said he doesn’t care as long as my bank account keep charging successfully . If I receive any subscription email from them in the past 7 months realized that we are still in the program that I could let my boy come. But nobody doing anything and the attitude they treat their clients is not be expected at all! They act like they don’t care their student but just the money! I am super disappointed!

My daughters go to Birons and it has been a horrible experience. Lainey the manager charged me twice for membership fees for the same kids. When I tried to speak to her about this she just yelled. She also charged me for classes we did not register for. When I asked her to give me the email of the owner she refused to give it to me. They are horrible staff and your kids get overlooked there.

I decided to sign my daughter up for their free trial because I saw the school had good ratings. First of all, they had so many kids in each group they couldn’t pay attention in details, but it’s understandable. After the class was over, no one cared to speak with me about enrolling. Still, I wanted my daughter to attend. So I sent them an email saying I want to go ahead and enroll, please advise how to move forward. Weeks go by, and I haven’t received a response so I thought they were to full or just didn’t care for my business. A few months later, I received a bill from them! Showing all the months I didn’t pay?! Mind you after the free trial I never went back. So I emailed them and their response was that I emailed stating I was interested in enrolling so my daughter was signed up and thats why I’m being billed. So I emailed back stating I never received a response. They stopped responding. A few weeks later they sent me the bill again. So I responded the same thing, and they stopped answering me. They had the nerves to send me to collections, when they don’t know how to respond. I’ve found this whole interaction with them very unpleasant and unprofessional. As a business, the least they can do is respond. I do not recommend this school, it’s over crowded, no proper communications, the ladies sitting at the computers are rude.

I read another mom's review about how her/her kids were being overlooked due to their race and I am here to share my experience.
I had been rudely spoken to by the staff/management for a couple of times in the gym. Most recently when my toddler was playing in an open area covered by mats, and just as I realized there was a coaching session starting I led my child to leave. It was at this moment a staff member rushed to me and declared, unnecessarily loudly and rudely, that I should stay away from the area for the safety of everybody.
First of all, there was no sign in this area so it is never clear when can people hop on there to play. I have seen kids playing in this area too many times while there was a private coaching session going on, not to mention I had asked the permission from a coach ( who was sweet and supportive) before my kid stepped on the mats. Secondly, there is a playground for younger kids but that area is constantly taken over by older kids running around. When I informed the staff about this situation they just shrugged and said some of those kids are the kids of instructors. I thought the management should place the safety of ALL kids equally important.
Overall, disorganized management and lack of protocols are what I would comment on about this place if my experience was not due to discrimination. There also seems to be a disconnection between management and coaches quite a lot.
Some coaches are sweet and attentive though.

One of the employees stole my daughter‘s glasses when she left them behind after class I called that night and asked them to hold them for us we have class every Thursday so I figured I will wait till next Thursday to pick them up because we have 2 pairs of reading glasses for her well when I got there the next Thursday. They told me they’re no longer there and they don’t know what happened to them, but they knew exactly what glasses I was talking about because they said they had seen them all that week under the desk where the receptionist is. I would call and email daily afterwards hoping they would show up because these glasses were only 2 weeks old and cost me around $400 with Transitional lenses after trying to get the owner to help and the staff help for weeks they start to roll their eyes and act like I did something wrong and they say that it’s not their responsibility but it is they're responsibility because I found them they held them and they were taken after that they were in their hands the owner will not help me identify the person that did Or help me get them back instead they just tell me I’m out of luck it’s everything about this place is trash I just don’t have the heart to take my daughter out of her class that she enjoys seeing her friends do better for your customers

We have absolutely loved Birons!!! I went as a child. My oldest went as a child, and started over with kids 18 years later and my last 2 have been there since they were a year!! It has always been a fantastic place! Great coaches, great philosophy and great place!!
Just to confirm how amazing they are, we were there when Derecho blew thru. The team did a great job of keeping our kids (and us) safe and calm. Just confirmed we have chosen the BEST place!!!

Horrible customer service..they do not know enough about there services to answer any questions. Manager is belittling, not informative, and does not manage his classes well. Several times there was no one there to teach my daughters class on time and the manager does not have back up ready to cover nor do they announce what is happening when they make changes to your child's coach.

They are horribly rude. They do not provide enough information and when you try to ask questions They. Right not know the answer to They want to direct you to the website. Problem when your daughter is crying asking to be signed up for tryouts you know nothing about due to lack of announcement. Sorry I did not look at the tiny flyer on the desk until today which only led me to more questions that they so rudely would not answer. I felt belittled because I was asking the price if she made the team which they never told me. Can't go somewhere that treats me poorly.

My daughter has been on the Birons competitive cheer team for 2 years. We LOVE it here! Her team has won several competitions and placed in many. This gym focus just the right amount on being hard working and progression as they do on spending time with your family. I mean kids need to spend time at home sometimes and Birons makes that a priority while also being competitive in their sports. a win win.

Do not walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I brought my 7 year old daughter here for their "Beginner Homeschool Tumbling Class" to do a trial class to see if it was a good fit. The facility itself is impressive. It is huge, and has a very large practice area and dedicated cheer practice area. The "coaches" are far from friendly, at least not to anyone there for the homeschool program. Coach Callie or Cara, was rude to not only myself but another mom who was there with a child for the homeschool class. She seemed obviously annoyed by this new class option, and made no efforts to hide her annoyance. My daughter has never done tumbling before, so obviously all the movements were new to her. So instead of grouping her with other beginners, they grouped her with children who had clearly been taking classes for a while. The coaches then forced my daughter to try and keep up with all the movements the more experienced kids were doing. My daughter was clearly struggling, to the point she hit both her face and head MULTIPLE times on the floor. At no point did the Coach ask if she was alright. So not only did my daughter get injured, she was also completely humiliated in front of the other kids who had to wait for her to finish these movements before they could continue on to the next thing which was extremely embarrassing for my daughter. This facility, it's staff and it's programs are NOT INCLUSIVE whatsoever. If your child is not the typical thin, petite gymnast mold, DO NOT SUBJECT THEM TO THE HELL THAT IS THIS PLACE. We literally left halfway through the trial class, it was THAT terrible. In what universe should a 7 year old be leaving a TRIAL class for BEGINNERS in tears and with a migraine???? Oh that's right, at Biron Youth Sports. As I said to Jordan on the phone, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. I can't even imagine who you are getting to sign up in these trial classes.

Highly recommended Birons if you’re looking for something to enroll your kids in over the summer!

Absolutely terrible, dirty, unorganized summer camp. They have small children under the age of 5 outside on the concrete in direct sun with heat index over 100deg F. A camp at a gymnastics camp and the kids have very limited if any exposure to gymnastics is not acceptable. Last but not least, the energy from the instructors is sub par and when asked questions you get to the third or fourth instructor before you get an proper answer. Poorly run, poorly managed and I am surprised they have not been reported to the state for how this place is handling kids particularly around unsafe environment on concrete parking lot in >100 heat index weather here in Houston. See attached picture of the unacceptable outside kids play area during summer camp.

I had my grandson birthday party here and I was so impressed by the staff and the gym. I visited the gym with my grandson for the fall festival he feel in love with the place and wanted his party there. Everyone was so professional and kind. They set up everything big plus. They we polite and very engaging to the kids they laughed and played them throughout the different parts of the party. When it came to time for food and cake they again were amazing. They passed out everything and waited on the kids as if they were at 5star restaurant. I forgot to mention I had a few added decorations that I wanted to add ( they setup all the decorations) and they accommodated my changes with a smile and asked was there anything else. He told me he wants to join the gym because he so much fun. All the kids were so excited and said they want to come back

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Birons Youth Sports Center. Their programming is excellent. Their teachers are professional and great with kids. The facility is state of the art. MOST of all, Birons has an unmatched TRUE devotion to being a force of good in the lives of the children and families they serve. Every part of their work is focused on doing great things for children. Far beyond the sports training, students at Birons learn confidence and have a place where they are included and mentored in positive ways.

Amazing birthday party venue: the staff were so welcoming, organized and helpful. Our 8 year old and his friends had the best time! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything was thought through and taken care of. Our group had the gym to themselves, it felt private and calm and masterfully planned. Parents could have a conversations while the kids played full-on. The coaches led the activies and supervised the safety. The staff unpacked the car, organized the room, set up the cake and food, and packed everying up for us at the end. They even set up a group photo and special birthday child handprint on the canvas wall. Everyone was so nice. Wow! the experience was memorable and exceeded our expectations. Thanks Birons team, you're the best!

My daughter is 5 and only joined this gym about a month ago. BIG GYM! Very nice gym with lots of different areas throughout the gym for kids to jump and tumble around. I homeschool so decided to join the homeschool program that's on Thursdays. I noticed we are never greeted while entering the gym yet I noticed other families and kids are. My daughter has had several different coaches but on this day (Thursday October 6) a new coach I've never seen before (brown hair with glasses I think she teaches the preschool class) my daughter is the only black kid in that class and as I watched them warm up I noticed the coach with the glasses never greeted/acknowledged my child or even talked to her and introduced herself. As I think about it neither did her regular coach. I had to literally go up to her on the 2nd week of class and ask her what her name was and I thanked her for the class. MIND YOU THIS CLASS IS SMALL THERES ONLY 3 or 4 GIRLS IN THIS CLASS!!
I also had my son do a trial class on a Saturday morning a ninja class (a lot more people and way busier on the weekend) I had specifically explained to the girl at the front desk my son has autism. Again my son was the only black kid in the ninja class. At first he was very nervous and was starting to cry while on the trampoline. The coach never acknowledged him or that he was crying. As the day went on my son got more comfortable and started having fun. However I did hear and notice rude remarks from one of the other little kids to my son. Again this was not acknowledged (maybe the coach didn't hear him) The gym does have several black coaches on staff but not a lot of minorities who are memebers. I don't know I'll give it another month and see. My daughter does enjoy the classes though!! I've seen other reviews and families have had great experiences I'm just stating what I've observed these past few weeks. We've been here almost a month and I can't tell you not one employees name here. We aren't acknowledged or spoken to.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: In the Spring my daughter had a conflict with her schedule and couldn't attend class anymore. I noticed 6 months later that we were charged for the 6 months we weren't there and I reached out to Brandon and he quickly refunded us the tuition for 6 months. I was very impressed with this level of customer service.
We've been attending Biron's off and on since 2008 and each time my kiddos enjoy it:
Birthday parties - lots of fun and everything is taken care of and ran smoothly
Regular gymnastics classes - great introduction to gymnastics and strength building
Team Gym - awesome experience in the competition world of gymnastics - mostly tumbling. My daughter learned the basics of tumbling in this group with Coach Mo starting in 6th grade [which is kinda later than usual] until 8th grade...She is now a Varsity Cheerleader at Memorial
Ninja Zone for my 8 year old daughter - loves just being active and loves the class and the teachers

My children had their first week of camp at Birons on Monday. So far, it’s been fine but it’s very disorganized. There’s a lack of communication between the staff. We walked in Monday morning and the front desk ladies referred us to the tables up front, just to be referred to the front desk again. When they finally got our information we were sent to the tables again and no one could tell us where my children needed to go. The girls at the tables told us that a coach would show us around and take my children to their cubbies. We approached the “coaches” in question (a bunch of teenagers having the nicest chit chat on the benches) and not one of them could help. When ask to speak with the camp director, they told me she had not arrived yet. It’s ridiculous the amount of people at the front that are supposed to help but seem to be either talking or eating. I had to walk my kid myself because the coaches could not be bothered to help. As I walked my child to their cubbies I noticed even more of the staff crowded, eating on the floors facing away from the children. According to my daughter, they have the whole gymnastics girls eating on benches or on the floor during lunch and snack time. Yesterday, my daughter came home really upset that she couldn’t bring her craft home because it had been lost or maybe thrown.
At first glance this place looks ideal, but the floors are dirty and the coaches seem to be kids themselves with zero professionalism, even their attire seems very inappropriate for it being a youth sports center. The girls there seem to not be wearing any bottoms. Overall, the entire facility is being brought down by the blatant inexperience of the staff. Every day I walk in my children and the same people are crowding the front just on their phones. If this is how they act when parents are supposed to be watching I can’t imagine how they would act when their alone with the children. It seems like there is no form of adult supervision in this facility. I had my children enrolled for two more weeks but I am seriously reconsidering this now based on these events. It is pretty upsetting considering it was the only place that had extended care and specialty camps, I just wish they had more organization and better staff.

My son does a lot of tumbling and loves large obstacle courses so this camp seemed perfect. They only do this type of activity 9-12 pm with arts and crafts with a bit of tumbling in the afternoon.
The field trip day my son says they did not tell them to bring their water bottles (camp says the clearly state to bring them - but evidently they do not check that the kids have their water). Then they took the kids to an outside park after lunch (they never mentioned they would do this) on a day that it was 105F. Apparently the counsellors brought a container of water and cups but my son was told they only could offer a water fountain at the park. He had nothing to drink from 9:15 - 1:30 pm!
Thankfully they came home early (because a camper got hurt and they had to curtail the trip).
Make sure that you know what they are doing with your kids and that your kids are pretty self sufficient. We will not be going back.

I would have probably never left a review had I not received the link from the owner. My daughter attended the gym for almost 5 years. We were so happy to be apart of this organization but after trying the competitive gymnastics (seemed a bit unorganized) we moved to competitive cheer. She loved to be in the gym and if she could go every day, she would. We truly feel that the younger coaches need more training on kids being mean, bullying and picking favorites. As a parent, I brought this up to the head cheer coach (kids being mean) and was told that the whole team was just mean. We also enrolled our child in privates with Coach Mo! He is amazing, but after seeing some of the coaches frowning (Literally) at my daughter learning new skill, I was incredibly sad and disappointed. We are not quitters and finished our cheer season only to see the extent of the bullying at the end of season banquet, my daughter got in the car crying. When we notified the coaches that we were taking a break, we received no call to discuss the issues. It was like they already knew and didn’t care to change anything and as we had been feeling, she really didn’t matter to them. After taking a short break and finding a gym closer to our home we have seen our daughter improve dramatically due to positive reinforcements, a positive team environment and coaches taking the time to point her in the right direction. We will always have a special place in our hearts as Biron’s taught our child the basics. We just wish that the coaches and staff took the time to learn about all their athletes’ skills and personalities and not just their favorites. From our 8-year old's perspective..."She was continually told that she needed to be like the other little girls". In our world today that is incorrect! Our little girl is perfect just the way she is and if her skills are off, then point out the skills that need improving. Wishing you all continued successes.

Excellent gym for children, my daughter trained w Biron's for 3 years (8-11 years old) and loved the team spirit and the coaches. She developed her skills a lot during the period and became a confident gymnast. Very caring and family oriented gym, well organized. Highly recommend!

This facility prides itself on being a great value with a great program. They offer longer classes for competitive pricing, and truly care about their employees & customers. The family element of this business really does shine. They have done an A++ job of providing safety protocols amidst the ongoing pandemic. I recommend this facility to anyone who will listen!

My daughter is enrolled in the Kinderstars class for beginners age 5-6. She loves her coaches, and always has a great time in class. They use a reward system of stars when kids master a new skill, and the kids get so excited when they earn a new star. The staff at the facility, and particularly at the front desk are very professional. We also love their Parents’ Night Out Program!

Great Gymnastics Facility with qualified instructors. We have sent our three kids to Biron for summer camps for last 3 years, they loved it. Also enrolled in Ninja camps which provides them an avenue to burn their energy in a safe and supervised environment.
We, as parents, like the safe, clean and active environment that Biron offers. Their instructors are qualified and encourage kids to practice active lifestyles by teaching them a number of gymnastic activities at the proper level that kids love and master by the end of the summer camp.
We are really please with the attention provided to both our kids and to us as parents and recommend Biron Youth Sports center to all parents.

Their recent overnight move with no prior warning to a depressingly horrible new place had us faced once more their very poor customer relationships skills: front desk never aware of anything, upper management never calling back when committed to, never apologizing for any of their wrongdoings... Dealing with them is just a huge mess. Gym "lessons" for younger ones go without any type of coaching: kids are given exercices with no directions and no feedback, and when doing make-ups you'd experience very different levels of expectations from one coach to the next with no curriculum consistency. Not the kind of service you'd expect for the price.

We have been with Biron's for about six years now. We've seen it grow and move to their new location. Our daughter has expanded her gymnastics skills with every year. We feel that the coaches really and truly care about each athlete. They all are easy to talk to and work hard to support the athlete attain the levels that they have as their goal each year. Our daughter considers it her second home!

I love this place! My daughter (4 yo) attended the summer camp for the last portion of summer before starting K and fell in love instantly. The first day she actually walked in without even saying goodbye -- which has never happened!
Their Sprouts preschool area is a small little safe haven in the back of the gym where the little ones can get a little firmer sense of structure -- there are toys, a rug (for circle time reading, activities, etc), cubbies for their items, etc. The teachers are bubbly, bright, and friendly. They even have a cheer that my daughter repeats anytime she hears the word Sprout.
This place huge -- seriously WAY bigger than it looks from the outside -- but in the chaos of children, the staff run this place like a well organized machine. It's nothing short of amazing. Within a few days, the staff knew her name and made her (and me) feel completely at home.
We will be back for winter break at my daughter's request. Highly recommend!

The sole issue i had with this place is the lack of care they took of my daughter on her first day. I made it be known that my daughter and family had absolutely no experience in gymnastics. They had the kids in her group rotating through obstacles but never bothered to show my child how to do anything. She didnt know how to do a hand stand cart wheel nothing. I told them zero experience. They said the beginner class was appropriate. Her class was way in the back so i could barely see her. Long story short my kid ended up with an abdominal strain that took a little bit to heal up. She also had pain in her back from falling so much when she attempted to do what her group was doing. They did not supervise her while she was doing these things to have the oppurtunity to correct her. They just threw her in with kids who knew how to do things. Again she had no experience and no instructiom from the group instructor. After a trip to the pcp and healing time shes fine today.
All in all the owner refunded the money. Which im glad he did because she wasnt released to go back to even complete the month. I was very surprised that i didnt have to fight for a refund. So that being said any company where the owner is heavily involved must be reputable. The staff at the front desk was very nice and attentive.
But I suppose they are not accustomed to dealing with a 8 yr old in a beginners class who doesnt know anything. So if your child has experience this would be a good place ...but if your child has zero absolutely none i suppose try extra hard make sure they show him or her how to do things properly to avoid injury. Or consider another gym that takes care for new clients to gymnastics..
.making sure athletes have proper form is part of basic health and safety in any sport...teaching proper form was completely skipped for my kid.
It is quite possible that this was an isolated event since all of the kids appeared happy there but its not so easy to swallow when your kid is that one isolated event.

My daughter had her birthday party at Birons last year. It was ok, but not extraordinary. The staff seemed not very experienced and forgot part of the program that was advertised on the website (face painting). Despite this experience, my daughter wanted to go back there for her birthday this year, since she loves gymnastics. This time we couldn't even book because the administration is so poorly organized. When I called they could not explain me the different types of birthday parties, but took note of the date and time and stated we had a valid reservation. When I finally managed to actually speak with the person responsible for event organization (about a month later), it turned out that we had no valid reservation since we had not put down a deposit. I had offered to put down a deposit every time I called, but was told I should wait to speak to the event organizer... Long story short: the date and time we wanted was booked by someone else and we're having a party at the Little Gym this year ;-)!

WE ARE SO IMPRESSED!!!! WHAT AN AMAZING GYM!!!! My 7 and 8 year daughters wanted to sign up for competitive cheer, but I was so worried about my 7 year old, in a class with 7-11 years olds, she has had very little training. Both my husband and I thought it could be devastating to her self esteem, we were very concerned. Birons offered a performance team (non-competitive 5-8 year olds) and thought this would be ideal for her, but she was not having any of it!! She wanted to be on the team with her big sister. So I called Birons beforehand, and spoke with a young lady named Courtney, told her I would buy her lunch, if she could talk to my daughter, and try to convince her to do performance cheer. Courtney was quick to say, no need to buy me lunch, we do this kind of thing all the time. So, the first day of practice, we went to the gym, and asked for Courtney. Holly cow!!! Courtney deserves an academy award!!!! She spoke with my daughter, telling her coach Rob had a team that she would be fabulous on!! And how coach Rob was so excited, and on and on and on she went..... I thought, slam dunk!!!! Job done!!!!! But unfortunately it did not work (no fault of Courtney, I don't know how she could have done a better job!!). My daughter was insistent on doing competitive cheer. So I felt I had no choice, and I allowed her to go into the first practice class. She did terrible!!! Exactly what my husband and I was afraid of!!! Oh, and Courtney had coach Rob abreast of our concernes and our situation from before we came in, and also while we were there. Courtney even spoke with my husband on the phone, while all this was taking place!! I know, I know!! But we were very concerned. So at the end the class, coach Rob invited Avery to come back to try another (performance) class the following day. Needless to say, my 7 year old was deflated :(. My husband and I talked her into following through with the invite for class the next day. We went, she was more in her league, but by far not the best in the class. So you know what coach Rob did? He made her the captain of the team!!!!! I'm surmising Rob knew what my 7 year old was feeling, not being able to make the competive team, he must have known she was heartbroken, even though she was not showing it. What coach Rob did flipped everything over on its head, my daughter is on cloud nine!!!!!!! Thank you so very much coach Rob and Courtney!!!! We are sooooo impressed, from parents who are NOT easily impressed!!!! Let me also mention, we came in blind, no referral, I knew no one at this gym. We have been only coming 2 weeks now. I had been in upper management most of my adult life (Mercedes) this kind of atmosphere normally comes from the top down, so I'm guessing this place in awesome all the way around!!! And I should mention, all above took place, before we officially signed up, and before we even paid for anything!

Horible experience!
I booked the class for my daughter. I had to call back to re-schedule. I called 6am on the day of the class which was at 4:45pm. Left a meesage and nobody got back to me. I called the place and they kept saying the class was at 4:30pm not 4:45pm and could not find my daughter registered. I started doubting that was the place but since no email was sent I had no way of checking. I resorted to looking into y credit card statement and confirmed that the place was correct. Called back left a message saying we could not make it, as nobody would pick up. The next day I called and I got told that I did not provide an email (nobody asked me for it when I paid) and that there would be no refund or consideration to the fact that I was trying to reschedule.
Horrible customer service, not worth the hassle.
All that for USD 33.
