It’s okay.. they are 24hrs. they have no working website and no members portal to manage memberships, so you are stuck dealing with the counter people. I had a free month, for doing PT up there, and I can’t remember what day I signed up, and they would NOT let me just put payment information on file to keep it active after the free month is up, so I’m stuck guessing which night I won’t be let in again, then I’ll have to go to the desk AGAIN, and fill out stuff AGAIN, for what? They input my code incorrectly, so I couldn’t get in after hours, me outside looking like a dummy with folks inside staring me down like I’m trying to break in, of course no one would let me in.. when I called them they had no clue why, I happened to call off my code and she said whoops, we input the wrong code on our end.

Love this place. Great equipment, very friendly people. Just know what ever day you sign up is the day the charge will come out of your bank. They will not work with you under any circumstances.

The trainers definitely don’t make you feel welcome at all. They act like members of a high school click that rejects and seclude newbies. It feels more notorious in the CrossFit class. So far I tried about 5 classes and by far only one has met all my expectations.
Part of a healthy life style is inclusion and part of a good business because they are is creating a welcoming environment that is going to attract new members thus increase revenue.
Price wise is too high for very limited machines and low customer service
