Checked this Gym out and let me tell you...it’s a hidden “gem” Gym lol seriously though it’s very clean from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out the staff is super friendly and helpful and if you are COVID concerned don’t worry they literally clean everything every 10 min and the self clean up system they have going is very convenient no paper towel pumping and spray bottles to carry around like 24hr it’s actual sanitary wipe stations with built in trash cans placed close enough to everything that you don’t have to walk across the gym to get to, that being said super nice equipment and a lot of variety when it comes to machines unlike a lot of gyms where they just have duplicates of the same 3 things..all equipment is new and clean though the gym is not a big box there is plenty of space the way it’s layed out so you aren’t on top of someone or waiting behind them. All of this being said super clean super nice staff and super nice gym all that at $10 can’t beat that!

Quality equipment, usually not too busy so I don’t have to wait for anything. Great atmosphere workers are very friendly especially one named Ian. Always helps me when I ask. Great gym experience overall and good price.

All needs met and clean environment. New equipment is great. Employees there when I need them. I have my routine down and know what I have planned before walking in. So this gym has everything I need every time in the AM and PM.

One policy can take a company from 5 to 1 stars. I was happy with the facility. Enjoyed my workouts and kids club.

I'm not happy about the process of trying to put my membership on hold. I'm not interested in the gym during Covid. I downloaded their app and tried to freeze. No option. I went to the website I tried to freeze there. no option. I called the club I was told I have to come in person. Having arrived in person today they looked me up in the system and told me that the New York office will have to get back to me.

This is a great prescription for frustrating and pissing off a client long-term. Covid is a real issue. Making it hard to freeze or cancel is not in your best interest for high customer satisfaction.

I had fancy gyms, and exclusive gyms which are good for when you are starting out and need to push yourself. Becoming more advanced I come to the point where I just need my most important needs met. This gym offers just that. The gym is inviting, the placement of equipment makes sense on the floor, clean equipment, new equipment, good air quality (no heavy sweat smell) and the employees are there when I need to buy a drink which is all I need them for. I am in my own zone not looking for conversation. There are labels on ALL equipment with pictures so it’s easy to figure it out. I know my routine and I am in and out. My AM workout was great and showers clean. The street leads to the freeway which heads to work. My PM workout had no issues and equipment available.

If you need more attention and someone to hold your hand a bigger commercial gym is for you or pay for a personal trainer. If your more like the above then this gym is great.

Gym looks great after the remodel. Even though I was with Fitness 2000, nothing changed for me, so I'm happy! The staff is super cool too

These guys took over for Fitness 2000 and I thought it couldn't be worse than them, I was wrong. I'm not sure about the employees that work here but the company that owns Blink Fitness is terrible. Make sure you check everything you sign and know who you are dealing with. Actually, pay a little more and go to a gym that isn't owned by an awful company.

I hate the Bedford location. The employees are rude and make me feel stupid when I have to ask questions on how to use the equipment. Talk about a self-esteem destroyer. I’ve gone to this location 3 times and it was the same each time.
