Yesterday I had another workshop again from this place. This time was about “spine alignment” with Yoga - Tai Chi style. I really thought only chiropractors can do that job, but I was wrong again. Master Anita guided everyone how to do the warmup & stretches first then do the wood pillow, healing wand to do “self alignment”, I went home feels so relaxing, after lots of searching to find tender spots on my neck & tension on my upper back. Pressure with with tennis ball with deep breathing techniques, plus great explanation about the anatomical of human body, the structure of the spine all that makes me understand why the Tai Chi was designed with particular ways of slow movements and stretching. All these actually helps relaxing my upper back that has been super tight for years. The master asked us to practice it at home every night, but I prefer do it in the studio together with others. Thanks for the knowledge and all the 4 great workshops before with all other masters. as well.

I have been attending regularly for several months and I cannot recommend enough! Everyone should experience the amazing healing energy available in every class. I have done several workshops and have had private sessions with Master Anita. She has healing hands and is a very knowledgeable and caring person. Brain and Body Yoga has been such a great experience! The sessions really helped me relax and focus, and the massage therapy made a big difference for my pinched nerve. FINDING TRUE SELF is one of the most constructive workshops that I have ever attended!! Not only does it work on your physical

Today we did a lot of stretching, which was very good for my body. We also did imagery thinking about a childhood friend, which made me very happy. Master Anita is truly the best. In my private session with her, she did a full body scan using only her hands to feel where my body was carrying trauma. She asked me the right questions and gently guided me into memories I had completely suppressed, things I didn’t even know were still inside me. I cried during each session because I realized I had been carrying pain that was never mine to hold. With her guidance, I finally began to let go, to forgive myself, and to forgive my parents.
She also encouraged me to join her classes, and I’m so glad I did. The first two classes were powerful. She taught us how to reconnect with and love the bodies we live in, moving energy through our hands to heal ourselves: our organs, our tissues, our nerves, and our hearts. As we worked, we affirmed ourselves and felt the truth that the power and energy to heal is in our own hands. We visualized our organs, our tissues, and sent them healing.
The third class was more challenging for me, but honestly, it was also the most powerful. Standing there, working with my arms, something shifted. I remembered who I am, why I’m here, why I’m worthy, why my presence matters, and just how special I truly am.
If you do any private sessions or classes, I cannot recommend Master Anita enough. She is spiritually aligned with the highest standards of what a true spiritual leader should be, knowledgeable about energy, vibration, power, the higher self, and everything spiritual. She doesn’t just help you heal your body, she helps you heal your soul and your mind. If you’re truly ready to remember yourself, this is the place, and Master Anita is the one to guide you there.

My husband recently started coming here . We both do the group classes and I have done four private one-on-one sessions with Anita . I don’t know how to describe the classes . They vary from day to day but all include stretching , tapping, breath work, mindfulness and expressing gratitude and love for yourself It is a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere . . I came here with the hopes of clearing/healing my Chakra. Not knowing I had 7 of them. What I didn't expect was to find healing of my chronic back & hip pain due to L6-L7/ bulging disk/ L3- L4/ Compression fracture. I wanted to heal holistically. This style of yoga has been amazing for me. It has helped me manage my pain/discomfort. I signed up for 1 year membership. I walked into this place with limited mobility & 60 days later, I have 60% of my mobility back. I'm happier ☺️ & I'm looking forward to maintaining my achievements thru this practice. I wanted to share an amazing place and an even amazing person there. At the time in my life earlier this year when I was facing a lot of challenges in every aspect I can say that Body & Brain Yoga brought me to a place of calm and peace. It encompasses Body, Mind and Spirit. When you use all 3 in every session the results are amazing and life changing. I met the most amazing Master and healer here, Master Anita who comes from 27 years of experience. She is an amazing teacher who is very committed to changing lives of the members at Riverstone/ Missouri City center. When you meet her you can see right away that her warmth and kindness is very genuine. She does one on one healing as well, I can vouch that it has got my spirit back into my being. I recommend that everyone who cares about their wellbeing should try it out as we forget to put ourselves first but Master Anita will teach you to do that always!

I come across Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi in Missouri City while looking for a yoga class to take with my mom who was visiting me. What we found at this center was more than just yoga class, as the center teaches healing of body, mind, energy, and spirit. I've had been having upper neck, shoulder, and lower back sciatica pain for the last 20 years and with worse pain in the last few years to the point that I needed to see a chiropractor and massage therapist often. However, after attending regular classes at the center for 4 months, my body conditions improved so much that I can live pain-free without visiting a chiropractor and massage therapist. Thanks to Master Yoosoo and Master Lloyd and all the other Masters who taught this method either in class or at the workshop for my healing. Once my body became pain-free, I understood how stress and negative emotions were causing pain in my body as I would feel the impact of negative emotions as they arise. Previously, I was not able to tell as the body was always in pain. In addition, Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi has many exercises and techniques for energy healing, and energy blockage release which I found very helpful in so many ways. My mother also benefited greatly by attending the class for 2 months as her internal organs became much more healthy and she learned techniques to calm her mind. I am very grateful that the center is in my neighborhood and I treat each class as a healing session. I highly recommend taking regular classes for two months and seeing the result yourself. Anyone will be pleasantly surprised how much good it can do for the health and the well being.

I have been going to Missouri City Body and Brain center for almost twelve months. The yoga we practice has helped me tremendously to grow and improve my health condition. The staff at the center is very friendly and offer individualized exercises which help in improving specific heath conditions. Breathing and meditation exercises we do help me calm down and has improved my focus. Excellent yoga exercise, good brain stimulation and meditation. Enjoying so much. I would recommend to any age group.

Master Yoosoo is such an amazing and professional instructor. I regret as to why I waited so long to try yoga. I’ve had neck and shoulder pain for nearly eight years. My orthopedic doctor sent me to physical therapy and it seemed that my pain never got relief. Sessions with her are always so spiritual- both mind and body opening. She is a great teacher, great person and makes yoga classes not only pleasurable and relaxing, but also healing.Her attention to detail during our healing yoga session is unmatched. Started few weeks focussing on stress ,anxiety and focus. I was not very confident about about the outcome so fast. But from day one, instructor were so understanding and helpful,the training exercise, breathing activities and stretching helped me calm down my energy, feel stress after class. After reading the book 'Inner Engineering' by Sadhguru, I wanted to try yoga and was looking for in-person classes. The closest I could find was 'Body & Brain' in Missouri City. I am glad I enrolled there. The instructors are extremely polite and knowledgable. I could see a difference in myself within 3 months. If you are in the neighborhood you should give it a try. The combination of stretching exercises and meditation will give relief from body aches as well as bring a positive vibe in yourself.

Body and Brain is wonderful! It’s not typical Yoga but can help people of all sorts. It is strenuous at first but if one sticks to the program one will see excellent results with stress, sleep and even better focus!

I had a friend who did energy healing for me when I was in Las Vegas. And when I got back to Texas a doctor referred me to Master Yoosoo. I was pretty sick and depressed and low energy and weak and pain on my back because of stress and out of alignment with my back. I had very little energy and I had no idea what to do next. And my sister died during this time in NJ. I was at the lowest point of my life. And honestly, the private treatments were so amazing. I had 20 sessions and I now look and feel like a new person. I am now coming back for exercise every day and sometimes twice a day. I want to have my balance life because all of my life I did not know how to love me and care for me. Her personal counsel helped me resolve some health issues in a non-invasive manner. I have been taking online evening classes with this center's master on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a few months. This is one of the more strenuous classes. I could not do half of what the class was doing in the beginning. I am glad I didn't give up and now I can follow quite a few of the exercises with both physical and mental demand. The continuous attendance has helped relieve my years of shoulder and neck pain. I still don't get all of the exercises but I feel I can trust the master to lead us to a better physical and mental state.

I am so glad I found this center when I did . It helped me a lot with managing my stress and overall health. Sessions create enormous energy that lasts . The value created with online sessions during COVID is hard to overestimate . It is amazing to have an access to a great pool of masters each having unique way of teaching at the comfort and safety of your home. Master YooSoo also worked with me to take care of an old painful spot, and I thought it was magic, as pain disappeared after just one session. I absolutely love my overall experience at the Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi facility. I started my pursuit to healing in February 2019. I initially searched for Reiki healing and was referred to Master Yoo Soo for a consultation. Master Yoo Soo was so compassionate, caring, loving, and understanding, I instantly knew I had embarked on something that would change my life forever. Everyone has been so wonderful. The classes and workshops are intense and are truly an awakening to the body, mind, and soul. I love it...I surely can't forget about Master Lloyd, he is awesome. I have been attending Body and Brain Yoga now for about 2 months. I had always wanted to practice yoga. I have tried the hot yoga and did not feel like that was what I was looking for. I attended the standard class thinking it would be more classic yoga. It was a,different kind of yoga more geared towards inner well being and bellybutton healing. I just love this center. Master Nahun has been at this center for two years and she is so warm and her beautiful smile never fails to inspire us all. Body and Brain Missouri City is outstanding. When I started about 9 months ago, I had a lot of stiffness in my back and neck. I have been going to Body & Brain since 2006. It is a great place to reduce stress and improve flexibility. In addition I have traveled to the main center in Sedona several times and found each trip to be better than the one before. I highly recommend checking this out. I have been going to Missouri City Body and Brain center for almost twelve years, the energy yoga we practice has helped me tremendously to grow and improve my health condition. I have also taken many of their special classes and learned a lot how to deal with different situations and take better care of myself and family and friends. The staff at the center is very friendly and offer individualized exercises which help in improving specific heath conditions. Breathing and meditation exercises we do help me calm down and has improved my focus. I also volunteer at senior and assisted living places and offer to the community what we learn. I am so happy that finally I find the one "Yoga" class that I like. I join the class since summer 2015. I have stiff neck / shoulder and lower back pain for years. I start coming to the class regularly and I can see the improvement on my body condition. The wooden pillow really helps relaxing the neck and shoulder. I love it. I use it every night and it helps me sleep better at night. I would definitely recommend everyone to try out the class. After all, a better health make a better life.

I love to come to Body & Brain Yoga. When I go there instructor greet me so warmly. They are so kind and nice. Also I love their class flow. Stretching, breathing, meditation helped me sleep better and feel better.

Dahn Yoga has immensely helped me deal with stress and anxiety. It's just been over a month but I feel more relaxed and am able to channel my energy better. I feel more positive, energetic and healthy. It's amazing how simple exercises and techniques can have wonderful effect on your overall wellness. Age is no bar at Dahn Yoga and I was amazed to see people with acute back, knee, shoulder pains etc feeling better in just a weeks time.
I was always intrigued by the Chakras and Dahn has helped me realize the importance of proper functioning of each chakra. I recently experienced the energy flow through my body and believe me it is a very exhilarating experience! I do have a long way to go, but what I feel now is something nobody can take away from me. I look forward to Dahn Yoga sessions everyday and highly recommend it. It is a natural way to heal your body of all problems, big or small.

I came to Dahn Yoga in order to relieve stress and gain physical strength. I have been here for one week and and it is amazing how much I have changed just six classes. I had severe tension in my neck and shoulders, and now my shoulders and neck are almost completely stress free. I also was very tired all the time, and now I feel much more energy.
I am much happier and feel like I can accomplish anything. I am gaining confidence. The exercises are difficult at first, but with focus and determination they have become easier. I am amazed at how much I have improved in such a short time.
