BODY BURN is a high-energy mat based workout combining rhythmic bursts of cardio and dynamic muscle targeting exercises. In just 45 minutes, we give you an efficient way to improve health, increase energy, build mental grit and gain lasting results, all while being surrounded by good company. We set out to test your limits and provide you a good “burn” every session. We strive to be more than just a place to workout; we’re a place to invest in yourself and the people around you.

The class is amazing! I don’t really workout, so this class is beginner friendly and challenging at the same time. The instructor is great! She has high energy and motivational. Her playlist is really good and makes the workout more fun.
