Awesome gym, mix of old-school and new machines. A couple powerlifting items I haven't messed them yet tho. Tons of belts to use when lifting,aswell as many pulldown/handle attachments. 3 workout areas one being the main building which has most of the equipments a smaller outside area and a training area with aerobic exercise machines, punching bags and has most of the oldschool stuff. Employees are always friendly and the owner seemed like a cool guy over the phone

Great gym with open air space- feels like home! It was quick and easy to get in during posted hours, flexible membership passes available.

The steel plates make that satisfying clanking sound. Old school gym aesthetic over the big box gym for me. 🤌🏽 ✨

Small square footage old rusty weights andlots of plates and dumbbells, lots of old school machines you don't see in modern gyms anymore both inside and outside sections I love the setup

All show no go all talk no action.No one is ever there too open the door and the so called trainers look like a pile. They say work hard maybe that's why nobody goes there because they don't know anything about working hard, Hippocrates.Save your money and go too trufit on military.Just a bad joke.

I just started going to this gym last week and the staff is really welcoming, friendly great folks there to talk to, easy to get along feel of a family type atmosphere. I haven’t been to the gym in years so not sure what’s the best route as far as getting the most out of working out and the trainers there really care about educating me and helping, guiding me towards my goal of living a healthy life. I really enjoy the small home style gym atmosphere. They also have a juice bar there to help give you great nutritional drinks at a reasonable price. That’s a big plus since I don’t get that from big box gyms. They offer great advice on what drinks/protein shakes and they all really taste great and best part they are healthy. I am glad I finally decided to take that first step! Let’s work out!!

I love GOLD's GYM, I just wish they had the option to add on a family member, like my wife, for a small extra cost. Right now it's individual prices which makes competitors more compelling...

Been going around 3 weeks now and lm really loving this gym. Staff is really nice and helpful, very clean and they are always sanitizing equipment. Large selection of equipment for every workout. I couldn’t have made a better choice.
