Let’s just say that I Absolutely LOVED the Body Shop Gym. I travel all over the United States going to unique one of kind gyms. This gym lived up to exactly what I look for in a gym. Old school vibe with everything I need for a solid workout. I also love the warehouse style gyms. If you’re ever in the area, make sure to stop by and get a lift in. Oh yeah, it’s only $5 for a day pass. That’s as cheap as it gets. I usually pay between $15 - $30 for most day passes. Owner was super easy to work with and made it simple to get in the gym to lift. Thanks and two huge thumbs up.

Gym with a lot of love in it. It has a good amount of specialty bars and heavy dumbbells. Id like a little more natural light and mirrors, but it adds to the character. There is a dungeon weight zone, an outdoor weight zone, and well lit boxing/auxiliary area.

This gym is perfect for anyone that truly wants go to workout without the traffic of less dedicated people. It has every machine and free weight set up you could want or need for building muscle, losing weight, or staying fit. Plus the added bonus of a boxing/MMA gym on the side. I love this gym, a body builder’s dream come true. Thank you to the gym creator. It’s like you read my mind.
