Just after 1 visit my body feels the difference. I suffer with back problems and this workout was pain free, but very effective. I feel muscle soreness from a workout, but no pain. My trainer Amanda was excellent and the rest of the staff was wonderful. I look forward to more workouts!

I don't know what I would do without this place! Life is busy and it takes 20 minutes two or three times a week and I know that I am getting a lot for my money and my time! A 20 minute workout here is like a 2 1/2 hour workout in the gym. It really is! I love all of the trainers and the owners. Check it out!

Everyone at Body 20 is very enthusiastic about helping me achieve my fitness goals.
A special shout out for Amanda for her addressing my limitations and modifying my exercises accordingly.
I was hesitant about the program for myself as I am 77 years old , 280 pounds, with physical and medical limitations. (About as far removed from a body 20 that can be found.)
The program itself is simple , 20 minutes in length, once or twice a week..After 3 sessions, I can already feel the benefits of this muscle stimulation method without the gym time and pain .

Workout โ0โ โFirst client session at this incredible studio! To say this Body20 technology is cutting edge is a HUGE disservice. Getting a workout this intense with so little impact is nothing short of mind blowing! All exercises are scalable to meet you where you are, so donโt worry if you struggle with physical limitations or are just getting back into a fitness groove.
