Absolutely love this! This is amazing! The suits really work and everything you read about it is true. I am a trainer, so I wanted to see what this was all about. I took two sessions and I could tell a difference in my muscles right away. This is so exciting! I suggest everyone try this to see for yourself. This is life changing!
Also, Nancy and Jaden were so fun to be around. They made me feel so comfortable and happily answered all of my annoying questions!

I’ve been with Body 20 for over a year and always have a great experience. It has been amazing for my health and fitness and is a motivator to know I have an appointment and need to go with my busy work schedule. I was out of town and not able to go for about 4 weeks and came back and Samantha was amazing. She knew exactly how to get me back into the routine and made it fun. Love these workouts and feel so good after!

I personally work with Samantha, and she has been a game-changer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind the workouts, and her expertise really shines through. What I love most is how she supports me throughout every session, ensuring that I maintain proper form and technique. She doesn’t just let me go through the motions—she challenges me to push my limits, motivating me to dig deep and give it my all, right until the very last rep. From Zero to Elite for only 20min per week?
I am always raving about Body20 but have been meaning to write a review about my experience. I began this past spring after about 2+years of skipping the gym. The idea was to commit to something reasonable and achievable that I could stick to. With its lure of 20min workout 1-2x per week I thought, why not give it a try. That was 9 months ago and I am in significantly better shape than what I started and consistently getting comments about how I'm looking more fit with questions about what I'm doing. I tell them Body 20 and my Awesome trainer Chandon. Chandon is a great fit for me and he looks out to nudge me to ensure I'm doing my best work. I trust his experience and the consistency with the same trainer has helped me tremendously. The owner Nancy also makes me feel like family and not just another member. I'm looking forward to continuing my Journey here with Body20 Watters Creek and would highly recommend it to anyone… and if you go tell them Royce sent You 😉👍

Wonderful experience so far! Muscles get sore and I like how I get to target muscle groups with different levels of intensity. All of the trainers I’ve worked with have been great and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Laurel (the lead trainer) & Samantha multiple times and they’re both very attentive to my goals! Combined with my regular gym workout, I’ve had friends compliment me how I’ve been looking toned!

totally love this place. I have ZERO time to do all the things i need to in order to be healthy. here, i am in and out in 30 min, without needing a shower! And i can feel the workout going all week. I have wanted to get back in shape for years. Yet, I can always get myself out of it by rationalizing that as a single mom of 2 who works full time, I simply do not have the time.
After finding out about Body20, I knew if it worked the way they laid it out, I could get what I wanted and not be able to talk myself out of it.
And boy, have they delivered! All of their trainers have been great, but I mainly train with Sam and Laurel. They are both very supportive, attentive & encouraging while holding me accountable to myself!
I was already losing weight but now I've also gained muscle without bulking up. I feel stronger, happier, and healthier since starting with them.
I have been, and will continue to be, an advocate of this business, its concept, and its people.

Body20 offers something that I've been seeking for years, a quick and efficient workout that easily fits into my week. The workouts are good on their own, but then add the suit and WOW! I have seen the most difference in my arms and thighs, my endurance has also increased. The trainers are all knowledgeable about the exercises, how to make adjustments if you need them, and how to get the most from your 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! I am a postpartum mom after 5 pregnancies and the lowest weight I have been in 6 years! The cost is covered by my HSA and the time commitment is only 20 minutes! I do twice per week and have seen very consistent improvements on my Inbody scan (look this up online to see all the details) as well as the fit of all of my clothes. The trainer is so encouraging and the workout feels like I’ve done hours in the gym. The owner also owns the Body20 in North McKinney and has been using the system a long time. It is so customizable and allows for certain areas to be challenged even more if you are comfortable. Compared to paying for hours with a personal trainer, this is much more affordable and provides much quicker results! Highly recommend if you are looking to tone up to wear a bathing suit this summer!
