Mercedes was AMAZING! This was my first time taking a Pilates class here and she made sure to go over everything I needed to know. Not only that, but her pacing was great and she made sure to come around and make sure that my form was good! Not only that, but Ava in the front desk was very helpful and kind! She did not push me to get a membership, simply gave me all the information I needed in case I did want to sign up. I cannot wait to come back!

Lori is truly one of my favorite if not favorite pilates instructors. She's helped me correct my technique and because of her I always feel great doing Pilates knowing I have the right form. She's kind, compassionate and so patient with all her students it makes every experience with her lovely. I can't say enough good things about her. Leaving BodyBar is going to be so sad for me because I will no longer be able to have Lori as my instructor. - Michelle House

If you don’t want your credit card held hostage, think twice before committing to a membership...
It makes me sad to leave this review because the instructors are good! Hoping to help others make informed decisions about signing up. If you want to cancel, you need to give a 30-day written notice. Meaning, you may end up paying for an extra month even if you aren’t able to use it. When I signed up I was told that I just needed a 3 month commitment and could cancel any time. Seemed fair and clear enough.
Long after my 3 month commitment, I tried cancelling my membership a week before it was supposed to renew, and they told me I would be billed again. They said it was in their sign up waver that you need to provide 30 day written notice from when you want your account to be inactive. I tried explaining my sign up experience and how I wasn’t told about this policy and was led to believe I could cancel at any time after my three month commitment. They said they normally do tell people about this policy and that it’s standard for boutique gyms. It seemed like I wasn’t believed or there was no care. And that was that. Hoping to help others save their money.

I have been going to Bodybar for over a year. I used to teach yoga and have done various workouts my whole life. I really feel like bodybar encompasses all the things I love about strength training, mobility, balance, flexibility, focus, while getting heart rate up. I am not a fan of running and typical cardio. I love these classes and along with brisk walking I get everything I need. I work full time and have two older kids which makes my life pretty busy. Scheduling class helps me ensure I prioritize myself. The time goes by so quickly and I love that there are always ways to modify, either easier or harder. Mercedes and Rachel are amazing but really they are all exceptional! I also must mention the wonderful front desk staff that always provide a warm welcome. Try it, you won’t regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about this studio. I typically hate exercise, and now I hate to miss a single day. These classes are amazing and the instructors are wonderful. Best purchase of 2024 hands down. Go! You won’t regret it.

I went to bodybar for the first time today and the class was great. However, the front desk woman was very passive aggressive. I have done pilates before but my friend that came with me has not done a class. After telling the front desk woman this she proceeded to ask us “Are you guys just bar hopping?”. I was very confused and she made us feel bad about trying out bodybar. Again, we had never been to bodybar and I had only been to one class previous to this one in another state. The instructor was amazing and so was the class, but the woman at the front desk made us feel very judged and embarrassed.

All instructors are incredible and attentive to each people’s needs. All classes I attended were so fun and intense. 2weeks after I can tell my body is changing. 90% classes on the reformer so time saving yet time goes so fast during class. If you want muscles build up with fun, join Rosy’s class. Fall asleep fast and don’t wake up during sleep after starting Pilates.
I’m a introvert type person but instructors are kind and make me feel I’m welcome here :)

Favorite Pilates studio ever! The instructors are brilliant. I'm a "bigger girl" and I've always felt very comfortable and welcomed each time. The modifications are perfect for me as I continue to build strength. The workouts go by so fast because of the variety that they incorporate each time. I've been a member since day one and I've never had the same workout twice, which is perfect for my short attention span. There's a great diversity of people who come to classes too, young to older, already fit to working on it and even pregnant ladies, it's refreshing! It's new, it's clean and it's literally the best self care decision I've made for my self in a long time. I have the unlimited class plan and I'm super glad I do, I literally go 5-6 times a week! The app to schedule classes is super user friendly and it will even add the classes you select to your personal calendar if you want it to so you don't forget a class or double schedule yourself (which I've had a tendency to do). All around Bodybar is the GOLD STANDARD and I'm honored to be part of their tribe!

I’ve never been one to enjoy working out, but I absolutely love this place! I go every day I can! This is a place where you get out what you bring in, but there’s so much encouragement to help push you to your goals. You can’t go wrong with any of the instructors, they’re all amazing and will help you during your workout. If you’re looking for your next workout spot, I highly recommend BODYBAR!
