i love bodybar! the variety in both classes and moves so you never get tired or plateau is great. the instructors, the owner, and the girls at the front are all so amazing, they come up with great workouts that target every area of the body- i especially love Rainey’s classes! very welcoming and bright studio, i look forward to it every week.

Rani was the best coach and personally demonstrated each exercise so everyone knew exactly what to do and how to do it. She moved the class along very smoothly and helped individually correct each member in the class as needed. Will definitely be back!

I have never been excited for a workout like I have since starting at Bodybar Southlake. The classes are just the right mix of challenging and fun. I love every instructor I've had. They all bring something different to each class, and they are always so kind.

I love this place!!! Both the Keller and Southlake studios are perfectly well kept and welcoming. I love their variety in class type, keeps it fresh while tailoring to my goals. Shoutout to their fantastic team who are all extremely well trained. Their owner is a pleasure to work with!

First time “Pilates/Pilater” and absolutely love BODYBAR. There are a variety of classes at all times of the day. The instructors are amazing and provide tweaks to your form when needed. Always leave there challenged and accomplished. Love this place!
