Rusty and old equipment. Not worth the monthly price. And a 100.00 cancelation fee. Glad my membership ended, not worth the 30.00 a month fee. 40.00 a month without the year membership.

I attend yoga here as well as work out. The staff there are friendly and helpful and the class variety included in the cost of membership is amazing! There are activities and classes for all ages and range of fitness levels.

Body Workz Bridge City is the BEST! It's my home gym and it offers everything from machines to group classes to shakes !
Everyone is supportive and it has a family atmosphere ! P.S. if you are new to yoga then this is the place to practice !!🕉✌🏻🌸

Usually just dropping literature off, but they are always quick to greet you when you walk in. It's usually busy, but there is always equipment available. The facility is always clean.
