BoomFit is about the members that make up our gym family. We have moms, business owners, doctors, nurses, teachers, police officers, fireman, pastors, and students who walk in and out of the doors of our gym every single day. They come here for one reason – to become a better version of themselves. No matter what the day has for them they can count on being surrounded by friendly people and getting in a great workout.

Boomfit Longmire is a great Crossfit gym. The athletes and coaches are extremely friendly and helpful to newcomers. I chose Boomfit because I wanted to get back into Crossfit after taking a few years off. I made the right choice for sure!

Matt was very meticulous about making sure all participants were actively participating to the best of their ability. He happily took the time to assist me with my workout. As an older lady, it can be intimidating working out with younger people, but Matt made me feel totally at ease and in no way uncomfortable with my lack of workout skills. I appreciate the effort Matt took to make me feel like I was part of the group. OUTSTANDING JOB!!

The people here (both coaches and others working out) are amazing and keep you motivated and looking forward to working out.
In particular, as a coach, Kaleb has an amazing attention to detail that helps keep you safely progressing towards your goals. He shows genuine care in your improvement and seeks to keep the workouts fun. He is a key reason why I have made BoomFit my gym.

Super nice atmosphere, SUPER good coaches you can see-, tell- amd feel they truly ‘care” about the people. “I think a good coach has the heart of serving/making you better.”
I got so many good advice/instructions to improove my techniques. The coaches are super inspirational, the atmosphere is absolutly AMAZING!!! Ive seen some boxes because i have been travelling a bit and YES This box is highly recommended. 🫶👏🤩 Thank you for everything and see you 2mrw;)!

Dropped in for 24.3 while visiting a friend. I was impressed with the facility at the University location. It’s clean, bright, and well organized. There is plenty of space for athletes. The coach was personable and wanted to make sure he knew if I had any injuries prior to starting the workout. All of the other athletes were welcoming and easy to talk to! If I lived in BCS (and not Kansas), I’d definitely consider being a full time member!

I will never train at this gym again. I have trained with their CrossFit and Personal Training over the past several years, and have more recently had a horrible experience with the billing/communication with them and unfortunately am out several hundred dollars. Communication is terrible. Sad do say.

I joined with a specific goal in mind. Not only do they scale the workouts down to not make me feel like I can’t accomplish it, but they push me towards the goals I’m there for. I felt welcomed and cared for the moment I walked in. Robert is an amazing coach. He jokes with you but encourages you the whole time, whether you’re lifting 5 lbs or 200lbs. He will bring out the best in you even when you think you have no more to give. My class is amazing and everyone just wants everyone else to succeed. There’s no pressure , only to do your best. Charlie is a phenomenal person who brings a light to the room with his charismatic energy and his know how. If you’re in town I highly recommend stopping by, even just for a pep talk, ask for Robert, by the end of it you’ll feel like you can do anything.

Hats off to the fantastic coaches and members of Boomfit. The wife and I came into town for Father’s Day weekend and wanted to get a couple of workouts in. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome and encouraged. Everyone from coaches to the athletes made us feel as if we had been members there for years.

If you’re scared or nervous to try this gym, then do it scared and nervous. You’ll be glad you did especially after all your apprehension and doubt fades away. This is the most welcoming, friendly gym I’ve ever been to and I’m so glad I joined. The coaches are super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.

I would rate 6 stars if I could. After years of inactivity, double knee replacement and feeling and seeing the effects, I started the 6 week challenge in January to get an idea of whether or not I could even get through a workout. This has been the most fun experience I have ever had punishing my body. My trainer, Stephanie, was very encouraging, pleasant, knowledgeable and knew exactly how hard to push me. I have now moved into the crossfit classes and they are amazing. Hard and challenging for an old man, but amazing! I can't say enough about how the staff and class participants are so welcoming and encouraging. This has definitely been the most pleasant exercising experience I have ever had and recommend it to all my young and old friends.

Have been doing small group sessions with Bennett for more than a year now. The coaching is personalized to evaluate areas that need improvement and not a “one size fits all” approach. This allowed me to develop on my physical fitness that has translated amazingly well to other arenas in my life. Highly recommend!

I’ve always been interested in CrossFit and found this place. First of all, I wanna say the workouts are tiring buttttt they are so much fun! The community was soo welcoming and I feel so comfortable working out with the coaches and the other clients! The manager is so helpful and really tries to accommodate your needs. The coaches send emails checking up on you, making sure you are on your way to accomplish your goals, eating right, etc. I could not have found a better gym, if you are looking to truly better yourself, join BoomFit!

I'm brand new here. I haven't worked out in years, but the staff helped me believe it was possible since minute one! I am so encouraged by the atmosphere and meeting others who have been doing it for years, even after knee replacements and other injuries. CrossFit isn't just for Superheroes, after all!

This gym is the best! I was so nervous my first time, but everyone is so encouraging, and the coaches are so great at scaling everything to your level. You get so much more than just a workout in (and you get a really good workout!), you get a positive community who truly cares about you and your life. Everyone I’ve met here has been so positive and supportive. Not to mention how fun it is! And they have the nicest bathrooms haha!

Charlie, Alicia, and the amazing others on staff are totally intentional about building better people (apart of their mission.. check out their pod cast) through relationships and quality delivery in every detail of their operation. I was a little leery to get involved with CrossFit. It was an unfounded concern. Charlie, Kyle, Tyler, Julie and the rest of the staff wiped all concerns away. The clientele are just as supportive as the coaches and employees. Before I joined BoomFit, I worked out on my own up to 7 days a week and felt reasonably in shape...given my baseline, they work out things that I never hit and yet, they do not push me to do anything beyond my abilities. Additionally, they help with me adhering to a proper diet. In just 4 weeks, I have lost 3% body fat and am much closer to my fitness goals. I am 52 years old and in better shape than I have been in quite awhile. I highly recommend giving Charlie and his gym a try!

If you want a super welcoming, encouraging, and FUN place to get a workout in, then College Station CrossFit is the place for you. I have never done CrossFit before so I was a little apprehensive when I joined. The coaches and members made me feel at home instantly.CrossFit can understandably be a little intimidating... But what I found out was that this gym has something for everyone. The coaches take the time to help scale the exercises and help pick out the right weight for you. All while encouraging to increase your skill levels! I think the best part is that gym member is so encouraging. They aren't there to compete with you. They are there to get a good workout in, have fun while doing it, and they personally want you to do better as well. I have never been more fit in my life, and I have never thought that I would be doing some of the things I am doing today. That wouldn't be if I hadn't found such an incredible gym!

I was a gymnast through high school. Throughout college I was in the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M. Afterwards I worked out almost daily at a weightlifting gym.
There are many things I love about College Station Crossfit.
1) Community - Everyone is encouraged to know each other and nothing is more motivating than having brothers and sisters push you every workout to do your absolute best.
2) Variety - Doing back/biceps, chest/triceps, shoulders/legs, running, and yoga every week got extremely monotonous. I had the same workout routing for years! Now, everyday I get to wake up and check out the WoD (Workout of the Day) with excitement because the workouts are always fresh, unique, and fun!
3) Holistic Fitness - Never before have I seen such an even balance of muscle, flexibility, and cardio. This is one of the main things that sold me on crossfit: everyone seems to be extremely strong, but also have awesome endurance in cardio. That is very rare for me. In gymnastics and weightlifting, it was always huge, super strong people. In the Corps, it was tons of cardio kings. Now I get to see an even balance of both and it truly is holistic.
4) Lifestyle Change - College Station Crossfit doesn't just seek to make you a better crossfit athlete... They challenge you to be better in all areas of you life. The belief system is that you will be a better employee, spouse, parent, child, student, and friend when you take care of yourself physically. And that doesn't just mean in workouts! I have seen myself eat healthier and watch how I take care of my body in all areas since being challenged at College Station Crossfit.
I love the people. I love the atmosphere. I love the workouts. I love College Station Crossfit.

College Station CrossFit has a really nice facility. There is the usual crossfit gym equipment and additionally another part of the facility that has traditional weight training and cardio equipment. I have done crossfit training here and it is very well coached and the staff and trainers are friendly.
