Breathe 3 is a boutique Pilates and wellness studio offering small & private group classes (Pilates, strength, core & yoga) as well as Pilates privates & duets.

Our boutique studio is small by design. Each session is designed to build confidence through the 6 foundations of Pilates, with a focus on mobility, stability & strength.
Our mission is to transform our community towards a healthier mind, body, and spirit. No matter what kind of day you’re having & no matter what level of fitness, you will walk out of our studio feeling more energized, rejuvenated, centered & stronger.

This pilates studio is right by my office and I finally got around to attending a class and let me tell you, Miranda is so phenomenal!! I haven't had the chance to take a class with any of the other instructors yet, but I am sure they're all fabulous, I've spoken with multiple of them prior to today. I have done some pilates at home, but had never taken a class before, and I was honestly nervous going into a studio for the first time, but Miranda was so informative and patient and really helped me with understanding the fundamentals and the basics, so that every single movement was completely thought out and effective. I cannot wait to take another class!

I did at home pilates videos growing up but that was the extent of my exercise classes. Having a desk job, I have had increased back pain and was seeking a way to increase strength. Through my online searching I found Breathe 3 Wellness and I am so glad I have. I have been attending class once a week as I'm able and can tell a difference in pain management and strength. Miranda is the best - so patient, inclusive, and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff and knows how to bring out the best in each student, regardless of experience level. First, I have to say up front that Nicole is the reason I joined Breathe 3 Wellness. We met back in 2020 in an Executive program at UT Austin, McCombs School of Business, and hit it off during that time. She's also a top notch Yoga instructor and Pilates instructor. Not to mention her winning personality! So, to walk into such a beautiful studio with all the right vibes, and a GREAT Pilates session with Nicole, me joining was a no brainer. I took a fairly intensive series of one-on-one classes with Lisa, who is a terrific instructor/mentor. My time was structured to my specific interests and needs and very well adapted to a pudgy 66 year old man. As a result of my experience I’ve lost 10 pounds, gained stamina, confidence and both physical and mental strength that I’d liked. Lisa provided well-guided and very thorough training adapted to my body and capabilities, gently but firmly pushing me to reach higher on every visit. I will be renewing my relationship with the studio and Lisa after a hiatus (overseas trip). I highly recommend both Pilates and this studio if you want a well-balanced, truly great experience.

I’ve recently started 1:1 Pilates sessions with Gia, and it’s been an incredible experience. As someone new to Pilates, I came in hoping to manage chronic pain and reduce the discomfort caused by pronation and club feet in my back, hips and spine. Gia has been amazing at guiding me through the fundamentals—especially helping me understand proper breathing and natural body mechanics. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, always making sure I feel supported and safe in every session. Even after just a few classes, I’m already noticing improvements in how my body moves and feels. I had the special privilege of trying out Breathe 3 Wellness during a week of free classes, and it was an amazing experience. I took a pilates class led by Miranda, and when I say it was the best pilates class I've ever taken, it's no exaggeration. The studio is bright, the equipment is state of the art, and the vibe is great. I have to say Miranda made all the difference, though. Her energy, knowledge, and music selections, made the class fly by while there, and I felt every moment of it the next day in my abs. I would love to take more classes here in the future!
And P.S. do not miss the heated mats at the end of class, absolutely unreal.

Pilates care is the best way to explain Breathe3. I’ve had the pleasure of doing Pilates for years and after several injuries, needed a Pilates studio that had care and correction knowledge. Well Breathe3 is it. The classes are set for you to be you. They correct your posses. They let you be at 3 count when others might be at 5 count. They not only coach you but they teach you. I build strength with every class. I’m now a 5 count and my body feels great. Very impressed with this studio and their staff.

I have been practicing Pilates at another studio consistently for 18 months and I tried an endurance class with Micheon (the owner/founder) during the Breathe 3 Anniversary event and OMG! I was sore for days - in the best way! In one class my body was worked in ways it had never been. I swear I saw a new ab muscle emerge the next morning!
Micheon is an incredible instructor. The small class size makes it feel like you’re attending a private lesson - your form will be corrected to make sure you not only prevent injury, but also to ensure that you get the most out of each movement. This is super helpful for all my fellow C-section mamas who can’t feel those lower abdominals. Micheon’s got ya!

Let me start off by saying, the new space is absolutely stunning (and super, super convenient for anyone in Alamo Heights/Terrell Hills) and incredibly inviting. Once you meet the owner, Micheon, you will immediately want to sign your life away to this studio if it means you will leave looking even a fraction as good as she does.
I'm new to reformer Pilates, but felt at ease even during my first class. I'm 6 months pregnant, and was completely supported with modifications as needed throughout the class. The instructors are knowledgable, the classes are perfectly intimate (so you'll get plenty of one-on-one coaching if needed even in a group setting) and the entire experience will keep you coming back for more.
