Brigade has a friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff plus a well maintained array of equipment for all levels of fitness.
The seniors class has been beneficial to me personally as I notice improvement in strength and balance.

We LOVE this gym! They have so many options for various levels of fitness, they have group classes that are the same… varying levels for varying degrees of fitness. They also have a clean, safe environment at all hours with state of the art equipment that is well maintained!
My daughter and I like to work out after hours and we never have to worry about anything. This gym is more like a family than just a place to workout! The staff is always helpful, and they make top notch smoothies!! They also have tanning, a sauna, a massage therapist AND personal training and functional medicine options. It really is a great place to go to get fit!

Been going to Brigade for over a year and the staff is always very welcoming. I love that I’m able to go at any time because they have 24/7 access. If you’re in the Greenwood or Midland area I highly recommend this gym.

The BEST gym in the Midland area. The childcare staff are unbelievably kind and loving with my children ages 6 &9. Gym equipment is top tier - always clean and functioning with multiples of each to keep the flow moving and limit waiting to complete sets. Your choice of machines or free weights. My most favorite part about the gym are the friendships curated and the sense of community it provides - especially when we were new to the area. There are also the added perks of group fitness with amazing instructors, sauna, tanning and access to body scan. Will be a member of Brigade as long as we live here.

We were in the area for a few weeks and luckily found this gem. Onsite childcare alone is 10/10 considering most small town gyms do not offer that. Also lots of options for whatever fitness goer you are, plus sauna and a ninja course which is cool. The place was always clean and everyone was super friendly, even the younger employees which isn't always the case. The weightlifting room was great overall, not many options for machines but that was ok with me. There was a possible scheduling hiccup with the childcare one afternoon when school started, but nothing to deter me from coming back again one day.

Great place. Nice staff family friendly. The facilities are clean. They have plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. They also have a two person sauna a three D body scanner. Classes in the morning and an American ninja warrior type of room.
