Ashley Yates, the owner, is very passionate about teaching people how to swim. She spends time every week networking with owners of various types of businesses in older to bring attention to the need for swim lessons and help raise money to provide scholarships for those that would not otherwise be able to afford it.

I highly recommend this swim school! From day one, the instructors have been incredibly warming, professional, and encouraging. We love this swim school. Each teacher was very nice and make classes enjoyable for the children. The staff over all helped us with transitioning but Ashley went over and beyond for us. She answered all of my questions and responded to messages promptly and made sure we have everything we needed for classes.

My daughter has been attending British Swim school for over a year now. She began at Turtle 1 level and she is now in Barracuda. We both have had an amazing experience with coach Morgan and her team. Everyone is committed to safely training the kids and making it fun along the way! I would strongly recommend this program to any mom who has a little one who needs to learn to swim or an older child that would like to perfect their technique.

His instructors Miss Paisley and Miss Victoria hands down have been so awesome and attentive by making sure my son is learning but having fun at the same time! We stayed with British swim school for over a year now. They’ve helped him with details on how to improve with backstroke, butterfly along with other swim styles. Just watching him grow and learn survival skills is such a blessing.

I am a big fan of this institution. My instructor Paisley is fantastic, and I could not be happier with the techniques. Paisley is able to provide helpful tips and instructions that make movements and learning more intuitive. I am a 60+ year old woman with a fear of water, but her instructions are great for beginners of all ages. After each practice, I return home feeling accomplished and proud. I have never felt defeated or discouraged here.

I could not be happier attending these lessons at this institution. I would recommend this school to anyone, no matter your age. If I can do it, you can too!!!

The lessons are goal directed and the teachers ensure you learn a skill for the day. I have only had a few lessons and I feel like I have learned how to survive in water and not drown. I definitely recommend British swim school if you want to learn how to swim. Even if you already have some experience swimming, you can learn some skills that can make you a stronger swimmer.

Our family loved this program. The teachers were super professional, patient, and they gave my child the best experience he could’ve possibly had. We’ve also definitely seen the results outside of class when we take him to the beach/pool, so we definitely recommend this program to any parent looking for swimming lessons for their little one.

British Swim School is a good place to have your children learn how to swim. My children can swim but I also wanted them to learn water safety. Ashley and her team are doing a good job at that. I was particularly impressed with the lesson that simulates accidental fall in water. They taught my kiddos how to maneuver themselves out of water if such an event should happen. They have classes even for good swimmers. Your good swimmers can be skilled swimmers at BSS. Good place overall.

My little one was so scared of the water. She has come so far in the last two months. She went from not wanting to get into the the pool without her floaties to jumping into the pool! I was so excited to watch her achievements! The instructors are so good with the kids.
