Welcome to a Holistic approach to maximize your lifestyle. I have over 37 years of experience in the fitness, sports performance, and wellness arena. Specifically, my extensive teaching experience includes resistance, athletic performance, weight, and functional training, boxing, yoga, meditation, conscious nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.
My passion for human development is infinite. It has been and still is an honor to inspire thousands of people to live significantly by taking care of themselves through mindfulness, movement, and nutrition.
The spectrum of my clientele consists of special needs/Adaptive, middle school to professional athletes, men, women, and children of all ages.

Hands down the BEST fitness, wellness, mind body spirit. Bruce changed my life when I met him 20 years ago and he is still my number one. Take his yoga class, get in for personal training, meditate with him, have a sound bath, sit down for a matcha and have a talk. Your life will be better for it!
